Supermodel Toni Moretti used to have it all in LA. Now, she’s come home to Cardinal Point, Texas with nothing but a surprise—an unexpected bundle of joy set to arrive in July. But how does a washed-up twenty-something fashion model reinvent and support herself when she has no other marketable skills? Maybe the secret to her success is buried in her childhood home amongst fabric scraps and sketches. Arch Lawrence has stepped out of his father’s shadow and into his own unique retail furniture business in Cardinal Point. He has to be a success, but good help and suitable vendors are hard to find—and hiring a clever but stubborn and out-of-his-league supermodel with a secret could be the best or worst decision of his life. If Toni embraces her true strength and purpose, and Arch realizes happily-ever-afters are real, these three just might make a family.
Sweet romance from a witty transplanted Texan who’s a mountain girl at heart.
Writing funny stories with a bit of snark, celebrating life & family, always looking for a good brownie.

2.5 stars | Was alright, the small town vibes were nice. I didn't really care for the main characters as much as I liked the side cast. Lina and Gray are the best!
A sweet and clean romance. I really admire how Rossi adds the reality of pregnancy and romance -- it IS complicated (both, independently, and doubly together).
My favorite line: "We live, we love, we lose, but we have to try." So true!!!!
And Arch is ADORABLE! the perfect blend of knight in shiny armor and romantic ... if only Toni let him in. (C'mon, girl. Oh, wait ... she's ME.)
And my dad is JUST LIKE Arch's Dad. Creepy weird. Also comforting. Arch's ability to fight back by being the better version of himself wants me to be the same.
A perfect romance for the month of the 4th of July!
This is the first book I got to read from my "stuff your kindle day" finds. It was a cute story! It has lifetime movie vibes. Very sweet, hometown story.
Towards the end, it did start to lose my interest which is why it's 4 stars instead of 5. I would have loved to see the baby daddy come back & try to fight for their relationship, leaving her to decide who to choose.

I love how the main characters was committed to making a big change in her life. The support of her sister was very important to her change. Very witty banter!
It was a slow read at first, but definitely a good read, i tears up a few times, and at the end I balled like a baby. I wish it hadn’t ended like that!?!
