It is a good series about a man and his increasing harem, that received superpowers in an eventful night.
In this book he will have to hunt down a woman to find another artifact. The search will take them into the Canadian woods, we’re they have to solve some riddles and discover some new aspects to the world they live in.
The book involves a harem concept so their some scenes that are not common but in some aspects the author should have edited some lines out of the book. Overall it is a good read.
Absolutely stunning and thrilling read that I couldn't tear myself away from. With a new lead on another artifact the team is in for a trip up north, where they'll encounter new forces, natural and supernatural stand in their way... Along with a stunningly beautiful woman who will stop at nothing to reclaim the artifact.
Can't wait for book 6 and the confrontation that is about to happen!
The story has gotten bogged down and repetitive. His relationships make no sense and he has the focus of a prepubescent 10 year old. Beautiful accomplished women would settle for an immature dork much less be willing to share him... Not to mention the tired and even offensive red man falling for white man's lies storyline - repeatedly! Sorry, but this one falls way short.
This was one action packed and rather mysterious addition to this delightful saga! This story is unpredictable in the best ways and will leave you devouring the pages, I eagerly await the next one!
More travel and some power upgrades and new supernaturals. Some new characters got introduced that seem interesting, should see more of them later. Liked finding out a little more about the artifacts. Looking forward to the next book.
Still leaving bodies, still finding ancient artifacts, and still banging the ladies. Jonah and crew at it again, north of the border, with a twist. Again EV has wrapped us all in this adventure. It looks to be a helluva ride. Come on down and see the sights.
I found this book to be interesting in the search for the artifact. The players remain the same and I have formed the opinion that the character, Mary is somewhat a twit. Over all it is a book that hold ones interest and is fast paced.
I liked the first book, but subsequent books are repetitious and annoying. The constant references to the "quality of beauty" of everyone was totally unnecessary and I say again VERY Annoying.
Very enjoyable continuation to the series. I really enjoyed the description of the lake areas in Canada. The interweaving of multiple ancient peoples is great.
