This book is packed with information on what would happen if you could talk to deceased people. It is eye opening. It gives you a window into and a different perspective on living and life. It has many stories, of clients case studies, which you can skip. Essentially, people you know, after they pass, can hang around. They no longer carry the personality they had when they were alive. They are full of light, levity and want to help you. So they hang around, until you ask them to help. However, it is not peaches and cream. You don't just ask and receive. Because they are not the highest power. They are lower down the pecking order. So it is probably a better idea to go up the chain of command and ask the source, God, or whatever you want to call the Supreme universal consciousness.

Second, this is Earth school where we get experiences and we keep getting those same experiences, until we do it right, as decided by our spiritual path. Whatever we were sent here to do. If it is in line with that, all good. If not, you will get the same experience with a different name. We are supposed to be joyful. We chose our experiences before we became into the body.

Third, there's a whole committee around us, that we can't see, trying to help us. We just have to be silent and be true to ourselves and ask for help. Ask, "what is not serving me well? What is draining me or holding me back from the life I want". It's not the same for everyone. So don't just get any business coach, any personal trainer, any assistant. Vet them if they have the same vibe as you. Think about your decisions in silence. Because that is where all the answers are.

A lot of nuggets in the book. However you have to weed through long case studies that may not interest you. They are there so people have faith in the author's abilities to problem solve for their clients.

Why this book? I have lost a few people along the way and I needed to know...that's all.

I enjoyed this book and the outlook on our heavenly and earthly life. From what I gleaned from this book, we all show up at birth with assignments. Such as mending complicated relationships with parents, reconciling with estranged friends, and standing up for our worth. This birth assignment hit me as TRUTH. When I was born I had two older sisters who fought all the time and never saw eye to eye. I was the youngest of the family and a true peacemaker. They came to me all the time with their problems looking for advice. As we grew older they still squabbled and one would call me on the phone to tell me about the fight. As soon as she hung up the next call would be my other sister with her story. I love them both with my whole heart and never took sides. They have both passed leaving me with many memories, and proving that my job in life is to keep the peace.
The book said we have to repeat lessons that we don't get through our thick heads. When I look back on my life I see that with relationships.

I have read all of Rebecca’s books and have been following her for years. This book is one I need to
purchase in order to delve more deeply into the questions and meditations. She explains so much more in depth than what I have found in similar books. The soul family and birth family section greatly impacted me along with lessons on worthiness and boundaries. I have had signs from my Spirit Team for years so that chapter I skimmed over but to any newbies on this topic- it is a wonderful guide filled with personal stories of validation for skeptics unsure about how those who have passed on give messages. I enjoy her personality and easy to understand text. I highly recommend to any spiritual seekers..

I listened to this book, it was narrated by the author. I have heard Rosen speak a few years ago some of this content far-fetched for me other aspects, I think there really must be something to it. She is very impressive speaker without being obnoxious about it, her talents come through, so I tend to believe.

Rebecca Rosen is an empath and very in tune with the spirit world. This book provides some lessons on how you can essentially connect with a higher power, possibly within yourself, or possibly something larger than we can see to make peace, heal and grow.

As many books, some chapters, I found a bit long or far-fetched and others. I slow down and listen to again and again.

I rated this a four because for me, it was very personally relevant and relatable. I have a habit of always reading the book I need when I need it. This book isn't unique in its message, but rather how the sentiment is expressed. I thoroughly enjoyed Rosen's style of writing and insight into spirituality and mediumship etc.

Would recommend this book to people curious about insight provided by a medium, personal stories about a psychic work and people who are trying something different in terms of self improvement.

I liked this book so much I now listen to her podcasts. Her guidance to listen and seek spirit(s) in our lives is spot on. Reading the advice, actually doing the meditations, made the steps come alive and relevant in my life. I liked how she made examples real and personal. This was more helpful for me to understand similar happenings, spirit guidance in my own life.
