Unforgettable Eats
Peyton James’ life is predictable. She’s ready to start her own family, but boyfriend, Jeff, isn’t getting the hint. Peyton plans a surprise romantic getaway, proposal included, only to discover Jeff has been unfaithful. To add insult to injury, he blames it on Peyton’s weight.
At the urging of her best friend, she goes on the vacation with only her tripod dog, Wasabi, at her side. The first night, her car veers off the road in a storm. Tall, hairy, and gorgeous Bo Squatch pulls her from the wreck.
Having been burned by love in the past, Bo focuses on running Squatch Custom Shoes, and keeping his family out of trouble. The curvy goddess accusing him of being a stalker is the last thing he expected. He needs to convince her to keep his family’s secret, or the consequences could mean their death.
When she begins to look at him with desire instead of fear, he’s in danger of losing his heart. Just as things between them hit their stride, a feuding clan guns down his door. He’ll do whatever it takes to keep Peyton safe, including push her away.

Wonderful quick read, I would have finished faster if I had not had to work the first 3 days I was reading it. I’m grateful I was given the opportunity to be an ARC reader.
The chemistry between Peyton and Bo was palpable from the start. The drama was intense, it was always in the background but the “action” was always over quickly, not dragged out just for the sake of making the story longer. I appreciated that. This is an instalove romance, so if you don’t enjoy instalove this may not be the book for you.
I was intrigued by the Sasquatch/Bigfoot love interest, but I was most excited for a plus sized QUEEN for the main character. I related to her insecurities, being plus sized myself, but she didn’t harp on them or let them get in her way.

This book was exactly what I needed. It was adorable and well written. The story line was cute and the characters are so lovable. A must read especially if you need a feel good book.

Cute and quirky
This is definitely a cute and quirky little read.
Payton James is a slightly overweight girl in a heart breaking job and a mediocre relationship. Till one afternoon ,and a surprise gone wrong . Enter talk dark and hairy Bo who is perfectly content to be alone in his cabin.
Add a touch of folk lore and a hint of suspense and you have an entertaining afternoon. Highly recommend for your next quicky😘

*ARC Reader - These are all my own thoughts*
I loved my reading experience. The story is compelling, the main character Peyton is so relatable, strong, and fun. Reading about her food makes me wanna try it! Bo is amazing and a gentleman. Peyton is a sassy, curvy, social worker and takes a much-needed vacation to Broken Bow, OK. While there, she meets Bo Squach and yes, he is BIGFOOT or one of them at least. Through danger and bad weather, they come together in a whirlwind romance. Great setup for a sequel that I hope to see in the near future.

ABSOLUTELY LOVED THIS BOOK!
Peyton is such a relatable character, and I felt for her all through this story. I couldn’t put this book down and was surprised by the storyline a few times. I really loved Bo our mmc, he has been through so much in his life and I just rooted for him during this book. It was so different than what I thought it was going on, but I’m so glad I read it! Amazing story and I highly recommend!

I got this book because my hubby loves bigfoot lore...and I knew he would be so pumped that I read a romance book about bigfoot. I really enjoyed the book...It's the first romance that I've read that was fantasy-ish...I wish it had been clean...I'm not a fan of swearing or trashy bedroom scenes....it was well done, and that's the only thing I'd change. ♡

Great Book.
This book has all the romantic feels. The heroine is a sassy curvy girl and the hero is tall hairy and handsome.

A Cute Read
Such an sweet and good feeling read. After taking a small break from reading for a new months I’m glad this was my first book to dive back into.

This book is amazing! I love the fact that the main character is a curvy girl! I loved the pace of this book and the writing is so well done it has you craving for more. I couldn’t put it down literally I stayed up until 6 am reading it and then I wish I hadn’t because it was over. Definitely had withdrawals from Unforgettable Eats! Love love love the Author so much! She has quickly made my top 5 Author list. If you haven’t read this book you need to. It’s cute, funny, adventurous, and has some good twists in it. I especially love the journey of self that the main character goes on. Can’t wait to see what next from D. Z. Dunn and hopefully there will be more of Unforgettable Eats.
