Taboo stepbrother/stepsister romance
Nice easy and quick stepbrother & stepsister romance. They start off a little angsty, then they become friends and then they become a little bit more. There’s some angst, but this one reads pretty quickly. All in all a good taboo read. If you’re looking for quick taboo with some heat, then Wild Thoughts is a good choice!
Also I want a book for Kelton!!!!

Wild Thoughts by Charity Ferrell is a fast-pace step-sibling romance.
Zeth has just moved in with his dad. He is the classic bad boy.
Addison, his step-sister, is what appears to be the uppity, good girl.
At first glance, these two are as opposite as night and day. What they weren't expecting was to like each other, much less be attracted to each other.
All-in-all, I really enjoyed this. It was easy to read and very sexy.
The only exception was the mom's reaction and actions towards the end. It seemed a little over the top but not enough to deter me from enjoying the overall story.

Wow….this was such a enjoyable read. It was fun, sexy and sassy. Stepbrother Aflame is what some would consider a taboo subject, but to me I don't see it that way. This book is a very quick read…one that can be read in a couple of hours. I think that is the only reason I didn't give it a 5 star rating. I would've liked this even more had it been a little bit longer. I thought the characters were fun and easy to relate too, but I would've liked to know a little more about them. I thought they could've been developed just a little bit more. But as you can see, that didn't deter me from thoroughly enjoying this book.
With each book I read from Charity Ferrell, she just solidifies that she is an auto read, when she releases a book. When she contacted me to let me know this book released, I was beyond excited to read it. She didn't let me down!!! Even though this story was slightly predictable, it still was fun to read and sink myself into. This book was a little different then some of her other books, in that it is a little grittier when it comes to the sex aspect of the story. Zeth was such an amazing dirty talker…I couldn't help but blush ;) We definitely need to see more of these types of characters from Charity in the future.
Stepbrother Aflame is a stand-alone story, that is told in Dual POV and has a happy ending. The storyline is fun and sexy with a little bit of drama to keep things interesting. The characters are easy to relate to and aren't struggling with a lot of extra baggage.
In this book we meet Zeth and Addison. Zeth's dad is married to Addison's mom, making them step siblings. Zeth gets into some trouble out in California and for his punishment he is sent to The Hamptons to live with his father. To say that don't have a good relationship is an understatement. Zeth can't stand his father and with good reason. When her arrives to his dad's house he catches Addison in a compromising position. Which is extremely embarrassing for her, but give him a little blackmail to hold over her. Addison is on the outside what people would call a goody too shoes. She has everyone believing she is a virgin and leading a good life, but when really underneath she is a vixen. Her mom has controlled every aspect of her life and she is fed up and wants to do something about it. Over the course of the story Zeth and Addison grow close and realize that things are happening. I loved watching these two get closer. It was nice that, even though there was instant attraction, the feelings come over time.
We also meet some secondary characters, but they aren't the main focus of the story. Some I really liked and some I wanted to throat punch. We do meet one friend of Zeth's, Kelton….I really hope we get his story some day. I think there is something great about him and I think he has a story that needs to be told.
So if you are a fan of the step sibling romance book, then I would definitely give this one a try. It's a fun, sexy, and steamy read, that isn't loaded down with a lot of angst and drama. Plus who wouldn't want to meet Zeth….the dirty talking, tattoo artist, with a heart of gold :)

Color me shocked. A stepbrother romance that I actually didn't dislike. Won't be a full review on this one, but I can say the book was better then I thought it would be going into it. I don't have much luck with this trope, so again, color me shocked.

Both develop feelings but their parents discovering their relationship proves to be too much and Zeth returns home.

➖their parents have been married for 5 years and Addison has never met Zeth or even recognizes his name...that's a little unbelievable.

➖Addison had to track Zeth down to reconcile, he didn't seem to have any plans to return to her after leaving. At least he knew he sucked though...

I really enjoyed this book. It was a quick read and abit jnsta list/insta love
Addison is on the surface a good girl who follows the rules and is following the path set out for her by her mother. But underneath all that good girl mask is a girl who wants a bit of bad and a future she chooses for herself.
Zeth is a bad boy who is sent to live with his dad after he was arrested.. He plans on doing his time then getting back to his life. Until re realises there's more to Addison than he first thought.
Oh and there step siblings..
This storyline isnt totally original. Like most step brother/sister tropes .. But it was enjoyable and exactly what k want in a quick book There's a lot of sexy scenes 😀 its told duel POV and flows well. There's a little angst thrown in and a HEA. It's very character driven.
There's a 2/month time jump which I wish was all included.. It would of made it more angsty and I'd have like to have seen what happened instead of just hearing about it after the fact. But this didn't take away from the story too much.

Forbidden romance between Zeth and Addison who are step siblings and I was all for it. Loved their story. Quick romance that will leave you with a smile on your face when you are finished. Zeth was sent to live with his father after he beat up a guy who was beating up his mom. He was just planning on living out the 6 months that was required and then go back to his life but fate had other plans. He meets Addison when he walks in on her and her boyfriend and it goes from there. The chemistry and attraction between them was so good and oh so taboo. Loved them together. There was some ow/om drama in their relationship. Great story with wonderful characters.

Very quick read since the book is super short. However, I feel like it lacks character development and feels rushed at some parts. The story itself is interesting but nothing super unique to hook you in.

Wild Thoughts by Charity Ferell a five-star read that will leave you wild. Once again this author has written a story that you can’t put down, and can’t stop reading in public even if you probably should. I think the poor lady reading over my shoulder on the train may never stop blushing!! There is some of the hottest dirty talk ever in this book. Zeth and Addison are the main characters of this book, but there are others we meet that you will like and some you will despise. But they only play a small part of the story, and what a story it is!! Give this book a go and enjoy, you will have a hot and heavy session and a thoroughly good read.

4.5 Solid Sexy Stars!!!!
I was once again graciously gifted a copy of Stepbrother Aflame by Author Charity Ferrell and I loved it:) OK, so why only 4.5 Stars, well, only due to my "quirky" personal reading preferences, lol... Nothing major at all but just a very minor detail for me that I had wished had been a reversed action between the two but yet as minor as it was, it definitely made the heroine that much more lovable to me as well as left me with a whole new respect too for her character sooooooo hence my little conflicted hiccup, lol!!!
OK, so on with the story... I LOVED Zeth, oh how I loved him, he was cocky and snarky and yet he had every reason to act and feel the way he did with that total douchebag father of his. Addison, oh I loved her as well, she was smart and quirky and totally relatable on every level, I truly loved her!!!! Their story was fun and very sexy:)
I loved that this story was a fast paced read...pretty straight to the point and flowed seamlessly and timely too and very sexy of course! I hate when a story between 2 great characters gets bogged down with silly insignificant issues and time slips by, sometimes years, ughhhh, before issues get resolved, etc.... This book was the perfect afternoon in the sun read for me and at the price, gosh, it's a steal. I say if you are looking for a fun, quick, sexy read please pick it up you won't be disappointed, I know I wasn't :)

I really didn’t know what to expect going into this story, other than I love anything I’ve read by Charity Ferrell. Stepbrother romances can really be hit or miss for me and this one was definitely a home run.
This was a shorter book but it packed the punches. Zeth is down right HOT, especially when it comes to dirty talking. Though deep down the bad boy has a heart of gold. Addison seems like the perfect girl on the outside but she is far from it on the inside. I loved the instant chemistry between these two and their playful banter.
I love a good forbidden/taboo/stepbrother romance and this is just that, but there is also a little more to their story. It is a sweet romance about two people who help each other for the better. The secondary characters in this story are hit and miss for me. Addison and Zeth’s family made me want to yell, Addison’s ex and friend…don’t even get me started. I wanted to slap them across the face, I knew they would be trouble. Zeth’s best friend though, I LOVED him and his sweet baby girl. I truly hope that he gets a story and his own happily ever after at some point.

Zeth is the bad boy stepbrother that every girl wants but should to stay away from cause he will leave once he is finished.
Addison is the stepsister that everyone thinks is so perfect and innocent. Has a boyfriend and big plans for her future. But what if she wants more? To live the life she really wants and not the one that her mother wants for her.
Zeth surprises me with how far he would go for the people that means something to him. That he has a good heart even if he tries to put on an act that he doesn't. He is a dirty talker but he still knows how to talk his way to someone's heart.
I like this, it was a quick read. Yes I started reading it when I was too tired so I had to put it down and continue the next day but still it was entertaining and I think it is really good book. I would like to read more about this story but I am happy that it did end good.

Once again Charity delivers a deliciously naughty story that will leave you craving more. Zeth and Addison are step-siblings who meet when Zeth walks in on an intimate moment between Addison and her boyfriend -- what a way to meet right? Talk about a compromising position! Zeth can't resist using the situation to get away with whatever he wants while living in his new home with a father he hates and a new stepmom who thinks he's basically trash out to corrupt her perfect daughter. When Addison and her boyfriend breakup Zeth offers to show her everything she needs to bring out her inner sex-kitten, but are they playing with fire by taking things up a notch while under the same roof or will they both find something a little more meaningful in one another? You'll fall absolutely head over heels for Zeth's exceptionally dirty talk and you'll wish you were in Addison's shoes and Zeth's bed. I couldn't put it down and I was dying for more by the end. I'm definitely a die-hard fan now. Can't recommend Charity's books more and if you're a first-timer to her work this is a great book to start with.

Well written enjoyable story with great storyline and plot. Characters are likeable and well described. They develop nicely through the story. They are relatable at times. They lack a bit of depth. Would have liked to know a bit more about their past.

I love me some stepbrother books... but good lord this one was WOW!
Addison is a good girl (on the surface and what she shows you) but deep down she doesn’t want to be.. she has a amazing boyfriend (or so she thinks..) but things are kind “boring” if ya know what I mean..
one day this sexy stranger walks in on her and her BF in the act... this of course traumatizes her... then to find out this sexy stranger is her new stepbrother..
Zeth is a tatted up bad boy who has been sent to stay with his dad for 6mo while on probation.. he has to make nice with his new family till he can save up and head back home..
I loved the attraction these two had!! I loved Zeths dirty talk.. how he let Addison fulfill her fantasies so to speak..

This would have been a three star read for me, but then the hero said something really gross that I just couldn't get past:
" 'You want to know why guys choose Addison over you? Because she gives them a challenge. Men don’t want the community cunt.' ”
Now the girl he said it to was an admittedly shitty person, but still, fuck that guy! She wasn't shitty because she banged around, she was shitty because she was disloyal and betrayed her friend (in her banging choices).
It's just such an unattractive attitude in a hero to me. It completely belies everything he was doing in trying to help the heroine own and feel good about her sexuality. This hypocritical, slut-slaming, virgin-whore dichotomy bullshit can suck it.

Good book
Addison is a good girl with a naughty streak.

Addison doesn't know she even has a step brother but soon finds out when he has
a court order that says he has to stay at his estranged fathers house for 6months.
After he beat up his mothers ex for abusing her. He walks in on Addison and her boyfriend on his way to his room.Addison is supposed to be a good girl but she's got a naughty streak her mother would never approve of.
I would also like to know a bit more of keltons story. He is Zeths best friend.

4.5 Stars! I really enjoyed this book! I Love step brother romance and this one was great! I loved our two main characters, Zeth and Addison. Zeth is our bad boy, womanizing, sex on a stick. Addison is our sweet and innocent, good girl. They fight their attraction for each other until they can't anymore. Zeth has a sweet and caring side just for Addison and Addison shows Zeth she's not a prude. I really enjoyed their story I just wish it would have been longer. It doesn't leave you with a cliff hanger but it left me wanting more. All in all this was a quick and easy read that keeps you interested and makes your hot under the collar. I received an ARC in exchange for an honest review.

I want to start off this review by saying that I love Charity Ferrell’s writing. With that said, I can tell this is her earlier work. I devour everything she has written recently. I did devour this one as well but I just wanted to finish it...
The characters were juvenile to me. I didn’t feel any connection besides the physical connection. I just wanted there to be more character development, more angst, and less high school dialogue. It felt rushed.
I will say that I did enjoy the new cover and title better than previous. I think it fit better with the storyline.

This is a stepbrother romance that you won’t want to miss. Addison and Zeth have never met even though their parents are married and their meet “cute” is not so cute but incredibly hysterical (well for everyone but Addison)
This is an incredibly hot read. The characters have insanely great chemistry despite the fact that they don’t really like each other much at first.

I need this to magically turn into a full length novel, because I loved it and I didn't get enough!
Zeth and Addison are stepsiblings, but they didn't grow up together so it didn't feel all that taboo when they finally met as adults and hit it off. Addison's boyfriend is a complete ass, so I was glad things worked out the way they did and thrilled that fate allowed them to meet and Zeth to show her what she had been missing!
This quick little read had me smiling and I really enjoyed it!

My Favorite stepbrother story
EASILY. This was a seriously good, legit read. I felt the chemistry between Zeth and Addison. I loved Zeth. I just discovered Ferrell yesterday, and this is the third book by her I have read. I am HOOKED. I love her writing style, and definitely recommend this book

First of all, this reads like a shortened copycat of Stepbrother Dearest by Penelope Ward. And second. This book did not work. Too short for any semblance of a plot. Too many side characters with no development. And several serious typos and at least one instance of the incorrect character name being used.
Loved the Blue Beech series from this author but this book was a total miss.

This book was hot! I've always loved a bad boy and Zeth is every bit one of the best. Him and Addison have a forbidden romance with being step siblings. I loved how they pushed each other. The bad boy and the good girl. She pushed him to want a future, to want to do better. He pushed her to ask for heat she wanted, to not be shy about it. Loved them.

This is my first time reading something by this author. This was a great story which I enjoyed immensely. Good girl Addison follows her parents rules to the tee. That is until her stepbrother Zeth enters the picture. He shows her how to stand up for herself.

Rollercoaster of emotions. Good read
Wow. The relationships are so shaky. Father/son, mother/daughter, girlfriend/boyfriend, supposedly BFF's. The only realist is the hero who is changed into becoming a better man by the heroine.
