KYLE C. FITZHARRIS is an American novelist, screenwriter, and the best-selling author of political thrillers: The Eighth Plague, The New Americans, Skip Shot, among others. Fitzharris worked intelligence under Non-Official Cover (NOC) in Central America and Mexico and at one point led a task force of eight federal agencies. His efforts helped indict international conspirators responsible for drug smuggling, money laundering, murder-for-hire, and terrorist funding.


In 2012, Fitzharris was handpicked by the U.S. Secretary of Defense, Leon Panetta and nominated by the Joint Chiefs of Staff as well as the Department of Defense to the prestigious JCOC & DOCA. At the Pentagon, Fitzharris was assigned liaisons, briefed, and then flown by C-17 to Army, Navy, Air Force, Marine Corps, U.S. Coast Guard, Homeland Security, and ICE bases up and down the Eastern Seaboard. He was honored further by being tasked with the mission of bringing greater attention to Wounded Warriors, as well as creating awareness of the struggles and needs of the families of deployed and post-deployed men and women of the U.S. Armed Services. His upcoming thriller, Scorched, centers on a Wounded Warrior amputee fighting the effects of PTSD while racing to stop cyber terrorists bent on starting World War III. Fitzharris resides in Southern California.
