Enjoyed it ok

Rhonda Gibson writes a satisfying Christian romance.

I'll agree with other readers - living in the past was not easy. I'm humbled but what the pioneers, and those transiting coasts at to go through. Gibson does well to give the reader reference of the times she is writing in.

The story movies and a steady pace. At different times a good build up to the romance occurs. I like the supporting characters. Both families provided grounding and support for the couple as their courtship evolves. Some very sweet and tender moments round out a satisfying read.

I really enjoyed reading this book. I enjoy reading books about wagon train because to me its like I am taking the trip with them. If you want to feel like your a member of a wagon train and go through the hardships that each member goes through this book is for you. I have read quite a few books by this author and I have enjoyed each and every one. Happy Reading Everyone!

A sweet read. I definitely was reminded why I prefer to live in current times. Still the point of overcoming past injuries is one that is true through all time. I will admit that I groaned when I read the villain's name because it made them obviously the villain.

Wagon train scout Adam Walker has vowed never to marry after finding his fiancée in his brother's arms. Learning that her late husband only married her for money, Maggie Porter plans to remain a widow.

When Maggie disappears, Adam sets out to search for her. Not only does he locate Maggie, but she has a baby and a large dog with her. Darkness keeps them from returning to camp before nightfall. The following morning, Maggie's father demands Adam marry her.

Rhonda Gibson's Wagon Train Baby is a Love Inspired Historical Romance. It is my second book by the author and my second wagon train story by her. I enjoyed it, and the epilogue was great.
