THIS IS A FAKE AI-generated BOOK! **Video linked below** "Written" by a young man named Josh who uses AI-generated "Linda" with FAKE credentials to write alllllllllll these books about every popular psychology term! To make money from people genuinely looking for answers!
Linda Hill's author website is a parked URL. The publishing company is fake, and its website leads to Josh. Her photo is fake, all these big companies sharing her work (Forbes, CNN, etc) have not done so. Josh has pumped out SO MANY books in her name - real psychologists take YEARS to research and publish.
I did not expect much from this book because I was not sure what I looked for anyway. I just started dopamin detox by chance during my holiday and I got some questions. I wanted to find answers for the questions and this book provided not only answers to my questions but also expanding understanding, information and clarification. This book provided scientific approaches along with author's own experiences. They were both useful. Overall, this book is a great book to understand, commence and then maintain dopamin detox in our daily life!
Written so that most anyone I’ll understand. I’ve been having some struggles with my own dopamine, stopped drink on new years. This causes one to look at addiction a whole new way
I really needed to read this book. It's not a long read but it's full of actionable steps to detox from all the distractions of life and get back to basics. Do yourself a favor and read this book and put it into action. You won't regret it.
It's a good start if you have never researched dopamine detox before. Personally, this book doesn't provide me with new information since I have already learned a lot about dopamine. Nonetheless, it serves as a good reminder.
I would rate it 3/5 because I don't want anyone to think that this is a bad book. This is a great book for beginners.
