Djaromir’s tunnel cities literally overflow with the super hot, incredibly loyal, most of them bearded, all of them amazing, and totally too good to be true human-ish looking aliens; all of them searching for their soul’s mates.
On the verge of literal extinction, these guys know they’re doomed if they don’t make some big moves.
In Miners of Djaromir, sweet, sexy, and explicitly detailed shenanigans ensued when Warlord K'hor and his crew rescue a shipment of human females on course for a fate worse than death.

Leora is a former snake milker that now enjoys the okayest job of balancing motherhood and writing contemporary romance. *Some with a sci fi twist*

A sucker for dirty talk, both the sexy kind and the type that leads to the discovery of new curse words, Leora catches all the craziness in her head on the cracked screen of her laptop. Squeezed into a small workspace in her Florida garage, this author uses her imagination *and cannabis* to explore the worlds she has created.

Her work has been praised extensively by her mother—who pinky promised to read the sexy parts with her eyes closed—and ignored by the rest of her family. Some critics have made compelling statements about her work such as “foul mouthed woman” and “nothing more than porn”. When asked for a comment regarding those reviews, the author’s answer was, “f$&% yeah!” with an enthusiastic nod and accompanying finger guns shooting in the air.

Check her out at LeoraGonzales.com or on social media for updates, new releases and random little weirds she overshares when she’s bored.

✨ Spoiler Review ✨

Spacenapped: Imogen completely surprised me in the best way. I expected a fun sci-fi romance novella, but I got an emotional, action-packed adventure filled with heart, humor, and chemistry that had me hooked from the very first chapter.

Imogen is a fantastic heroine. She’s intelligent, stubborn, and refuses to let being kidnapped across the galaxy define her. Instead of falling into the damsel-in-distress role, she constantly challenges her captors and proves she’s just as capable as anyone around her. Watching her adapt to an entirely new world was one of my favorite parts of the story.

The romance develops naturally despite the impossible circumstances. I loved the slow build of trust between Imogen and her alien love interest. Their banter was adorable, and every moment they let their guards down made me root even harder for them.

🚨 Spoilers Below 🚨

The reveal that Imogen’s abduction wasn’t as random as it first appeared added so much depth to the plot. As the truth about the larger conspiracy unfolds, the stakes become much higher than simply getting home. I loved how the story balanced romance with danger instead of sacrificing one for the other.

My favorite scenes were when Imogen stopped thinking only about escaping and started fighting alongside her new allies. Those moments showed just how much she’d grown throughout the novella. By the end, she wasn’t the same woman who had been taken from Earth—she was stronger, braver, and willing to risk everything for the people she’d come to love.

The ending was incredibly satisfying while still leaving me wanting more from the Phaeton Universe. I closed the book smiling and immediately wanted to dive into the next installment.

Leora Gonzales packs an amazing amount of world-building, romance, suspense, and character development into such a short book. The pacing never drags, the characters are memorable, and the emotional payoff makes every page worth reading.

If you enjoy:

* 👽 Alien romance
* 🚀 Fast-paced sci-fi adventures
* ❤️ Slow-burn chemistry
* 🌌 Strong heroines
* 📚 Quick reads with big emotional impact

…then Spacenapped: Imogen is absolutely worth picking up. This novella proves you don’t need hundreds of pages to tell a captivating love story.

⭐ Final Rating: 5/5 Stars

Fans of sci-fi romances should definitely check this one out! I met Leora at the Space Coast Books Lovers con and she recommended this book to me as an intro to her writing style and I do not regret. This novella was short and sweet, jumping into the good stuff a couple chapters in and not letting up until the end. The world building was intriguing and I am looking forward to reading more books from this universe and reading about the different mating pairs (and triads…🔥) in the series. 😉
