While it’s helpful to know that meta-analyses show that tapping is indeed an efficacious tool, even though the mechanism is not understood, books like this don’t do the therapy any benefit by attempting to explain the hypothetical method of action behind the process. Even worse, the author attempts, particularly in the last few pages, to suggest it as an efficacious cure for his own cancer. The method may be sound and backed by evidence, but it’s really troubling when even manuals describing the technique and how to apply it attribute miracle cure status to it.

Very informative!! It goes over many tapping techniques; EFT, TFT, and MLT being the main ones. It also includes case studies, the science behind it, and the different things it can help with such as; PTSD, depression, anxiety, pain, and phobias.

Wonderful book!

Dr. Galo's style of writing is so clear. Readable. No extra fluff.
I tested one of his techniques only once so far, and it was super beneficial.
Highly recommended.
