It’s like 40 pages and I thought it would NEVER end. This book was straight ridiculous. Girlfriend just plops down on dude’s dick, mid get-to-know-you conversation, taking her own v-card, after knowing him for 5 minutes. No really. That isn’t even an exaggeration. She doesn’t even know his name.

I wish “Reina” was spelled correctly.
Adriel (22?) had grown up in a highly religious family. Her father is the town’s pastor. She has three younger sisters that she’s sadly not close with. Her mom is a subservient wife and doesn’t do much to protect her daughters from her husband’s tirades.
Manuel moved in next door to Adriel’s family. He also has three brothers but the difference is that his parents are more loving and supportive. He helps his dad and is a bike mechanic, which he loves, until he meets Adriel, then she’s all he thinks about.
This was okay. There were not only typos throughout the book, but spelling mistakes too. The one that bugged me the most the endearment mistake (Reina). It’s an insta love story, which I tend to enjoy in general. I found I wanted more info of their family’s dynamics. Maybe it’s because it’s a series and we’ll get more on everyone else as the series is released? I read Stir already, so it helped.
I also found the staccato writing (with not enough contractions) bothersome. This is a ME problem lol. Maybe I noticed it more because I had already noticed typos/mistakes?
It was a cute story. Their first time was… um… intense lol 😅😬. Go Addy 💁🏻♀️ you do you girl 🫣😂.
There’s only one full smexxy scene in the body of the book and we get another in the epilogue. Either way, they were 🔥🔥🔥. I love into-the-future epilogues ❤️ this one’s 10 years later.
Overall, I liked it but wish the mistakes had been fixed (especially the random letters in spaces).

DNF. While the storyline could've been interesting if it were expanded, the writing itself was pretty bad. There was absolutely no finesse. The MCs have a very loose connection going on, and then this girl is suddenly dropping herself on his dick (as a virgin, with zero prep). This wasn't romance or even the most basic smut; it was awful.

This is a wee bit too short. It’s so short and everything happens lightning fast. It had potential though. It helps to put it more in context if you’ve read the second book in the series, Stir, first. I’m quiet enamored by the notion of these four sisters hooking up with the bad boy neighbors next door.

I'd give this 3.5 stars at most.
I'm not like the grammar police, but when words are missing from sentences or when sentences start but just suddenly end without finishing...it's very obvious that a proofreader either read through this really quick and did a subpar job, or maybe the version I got is not the final and fully edited version.
In regards to the actual story.
Well it was a good insta-love story. Adriel lives in a very devout and religious (almost cult-like) household. She doesn't agree with her father and his ideas of a woman's role is. But when the new neighbors move in, Adriel knows her life is really going to be changing.
Manuel is everything her father wouldn't want for her as a father, but you can't deny the kind of connection these two share.
I'm just really confused with why the father and mother didn't come to confront Adriel until like a month or two later...like Manuel and his family are their neighbors and I'm sure they saw them around town...but...yeah I'm confused.

This book finished at 82%. Extremely short and rushed. I swear I about missed the sex scene - I’m talking ridiculously fast. Nothing particularly steamy about it. Didn’t have enough time to really get to know these characters or bond with them.

This insta-love novella is a blazing hot spicy romance that has an obsessed bad boy in love with an innocent young woman. This five star read is perfect for readers that love insta-everything and over-the-top books with a possessive male, sweet heroine, lots of steam, and a happily-ever-after ending.
Adriel Abell is a sheltered 21-year-old young woman. She has been isolated from the influence of the outside world along with her four sisters; Aasta, Imogen, and Rayna. Her father is a pastor at the town church and he demands obedience, purity, and respect. Adriel was allowed to finish high school but couldn’t attend college as her father believes a woman’s place is in the home. Adriel’s mom has been teaching her how to be a good caretaker and ensuring she pleases her future husband.
Manuel Luna recently moves with his family to the house across the street from the Abell family. He spots the beautiful Adriel looking out her living room window as his family is moving in. Manuel instantly knows that this young beauty will be his future wife. His everything. He’s totally over-the-top in a swoon-worthy way.
Adriel and Manuel have undeniable chemistry. I squealed when they finally came face-to-face in person. I did think the park scene was a little unrealistic but this is an OTT romance after all. Manuel is obsessed with Adriel and he’s so sweet, charming, caring, and gentle with her. He won’t let anything get in the way of his happily-ever-after with Adriel. The spicy scenes were so yummy!
I wish this book had been a full-length novel because I wanted MORE! I cannot wait for the rest of the series to be released. It sounds like Manuel’s brothers; Sebastian and Mateo will be just as possessive and obsessed with their women.

Great insta love read, and a great start to this series. MK knows how to write insta love stories with alpha obsessive/possessive men. Manuel is definitely that. With just one look at the blonde angel across the street he knew that she was made for him, and would be his wife. Adriel is from a very strict Fire and Brimstone Christian home and she knows that this is not the life and future she wants to live, so when she spies the HOT man that is moving across the street she can’t help but imagine how it would be with him.
When these two get together it is HOTT and their relationship moves at light speed. But when you know you know, and even though it was quick, they couldn’t get over how right it felt. Another HEA from MK, and I can’t wait to read the rest of this series.

This was very hot, steamy read. Adriel was a pastors daughter who was very sheltered and being groomed for a good husband! Manuel and his family moved across the street from her and as soon as their eyes met through the window there was a instant connection. Manuel saw Adriel and was in love, he was going to make her his wife! When she escaped her home after a disagreement Manuel took his chance to show her how he felt. Blaze is the next book in MK Moore's latest series. There is some discrepancy on whether this is the first or second book in this series. Series revolves around four brothers from one family finding their matches with four sisters from another family as soon as they move to town. Manuel and Adriel are both the oldest siblings. Insta-love all the way!!! Only irksome issue was discrepancy concerning name/sex of first child. Changed from one chapter to the next. So Stir,The second of the series was recommended to me because of the H wanting to read her so I read that one first. I devoured it,it was so good. I didn't know there was a first book I thought I was the first book lol. So I read Blaze I was excited because the other one was so good but it let me down this book must be the authors first book,It is short & has alot of errors but over all a good storyline. Since they are brothers I would definitely read both if I was you. I would recommend

Manuel and Adriel are the beginning of a cute series that I can’t wait to see finished. Adriel is the oldest daughter of a very strict and controlling pastor. She doesn’t believe everything he says and wants to experience life. She meets Manuel on the night she leaves her house after a fight with her dad. Manuel is instantly in love with her and knows she is his one. They spend time getting to know each other and because it’s a book by MK Moore they get their HEA. I loved this book.

I liked this one a lot. We don't see as much of Adriel's parents like we did in Stir. This is definitely an instalove story between these two with very minimal drama. Sweet and steamy all at the same time. Looking forward to the rest of this series.

He just knows that she is his Reina🥰🥰🥰 Instalove, OTT, sweet, romantic, steamy and safe with a sweet HEA😍😍😍😍 and a bit of family drama(her parents ) I really hope we get the stories of the other Luna men and their HEA👍👍👍

I absolutely loved this book by MK Moore, she is one of my favorite authors. You're going to fall in love with Manuel and how he saves Adriel, and gives her the life she so deserves. A sweet and perfect story.

Stupidest thing I’ve ever read. I’m sorry but like come on, they see each other and then sex?! Not even 10 words exchanged. Sorry but, I’ve read smut novellas before but this was just the most ridiculous thing ever.
