From the author of Marrying The Heiress comes a smoking hot, heartfelt romance with playful banter and a happily ever after.

Lowell
Pursuing Harriet was only ever meant to be a limited thing. I made an unconventional proposition, keen to reintroduce her to the male body after her long abstinence of all things bedroom - related.
She’s guarded, complicated and has possessed my mind.
One night is not enough.
And then there’s this deranged woman  -  Betty - messing up my phone with text after text, calling me emotionally redundant and questioning my abilities in the bedroom.
I call her a shrew. It wasn’t nice of me, but she’s not exactly behaving herself either.
I didn’t believe in serendipity, in twists of fate where worlds collide, delivering up your soulmate. But I make a discovery, a cosmic, fated intervention that’s impossible to ignore.

Harriet
Ever since my brother died, I’ve been texting his old number, desperate to feel close to him. But then out of the blue, a stranger - Ted - replies.
He’s seriously unimpressed with the messages and updates that bombard his phone, so I fire off a text or three, telling him exactly what I think of him!
Around the same time I meet the smoulderingly sexy Lowell Winters, a heart surgeon renowned for his cold, vacant heart.
Despite his devastating good looks, I’m not looking for a memorable hook-up. And I’m definitely not looking to lose my heart. But after his direct and dirty proposal, I agree to spend a night in his bed.
One night leads to another, then another, our time together Off. The. Charts.
And then I uncover something that turns the world on its head. That has the stars colliding. That makes me rethink everything.

All The Feels de Autumn Miller

Argumento:

Lowell

Y definitivamente no estoy buscando perder mi corazón.

Pero después de su propuesta directa y sucia, acepto pasar una noche en su cama.

Una noche lleva a otra, luego a otra, nuestro tiempo juntos Off.

All The Feels is the second book I’ve read by Autumn Miller and I thoroughly enjoyed it! This was an entertaining, witty, humorous, and insightful book with an interesting plot full of unexpected twists.

Harriet Winchester is in an accident in which she gets sideswiped by the charming and charismatic heart surgeon Lowell Winters’ car. Harriet has no one left in her life. Her twin brother and last living relative passed away in the recent past and she is still grieving his death. Harriet is a complicated woman and has sworn off relationships, but when Lowell, a commitment-phobe, proposes a no-strings-attached 'sex education', Harriet can’t resist his charms. This starts a relationship that naturally transforms into something neither were expecting.

Harriet and Lowell are kindred souls. They both have demons in their past that make them very similar. When you mix in a relationship built over text where neither knows the other’s true identity, you get a captivating and addicting plot.

These characters were brilliantly developed. They seem very natural and not at all fake. Their dialogue, interactions, and personalities made me fall in love with these characters. This is an unpredictable story with a unique plot. Yes, there were a few things I thought were slightly far-fetched, but this is a fictional novel about love, grief, happiness, and tragedy in which those slightly far fetched things work.

Autumn Miller has a unique style of writing that had me captivated from the first page. Harriet and Lowell’s story was an emotional rollercoaster I thoroughly enjoyed. Autumn Miller made me feel All The Feels and I highly recommend this book!

This is the second book I’ve read by this author and she never disappoints. This was a romance read which got me all gooey and gave me huge amounts of butterflies. Everyone loves a romance with a perfect ending too right? Everyone loves a book with a bit of a naughty vibe feel to it too? Women are powerful creatures when they can work their magic to impress.

I adored the style of writing and how conversations flowed. I adored the style of the text messages too. I felt like I was Harriett in places. In my mind I was the one writing as I was reading. If that makes sense. You can’t help but idolise Harriett. I wish I was her. I don’t usually find a connection with lead female characters but in this I did.

The chapters flow from Harriett and Lowell’s perspective which made this flow fast. For me the story focused on the right sort of ‘love’. There wasn’t over the top additional characters which was great as you could get stuck right into the romance.

This was a completely modern style of romance. I cannot wait to read more by Autumn. One of my favourite authors by far of 2021.

The minute I saw the cover I new I needed it for my bookshelf and I can attest that the story inside is as gorgeous as the cover! I read and loved Autumn’s first novel Marrying the Heiress a few weeks ago so I couldn’t wait to get my hands on All the Feels!

So what’s it about?
When Harriet Winchester is knocked off her bike by charming heart surgeon Lowell Winters, she couldn’t predict the affect he’d have on her life. Grieving the death of her twin brother, Harriet has sworn off relationships for life, but when commitment phobe Lowell proposes a series of non strings attached ‘sex education’ lessons, she can’t resist. Harriet and Lowell both have demons to battle, but when the stars align and it seems like fate has pushed them together, can love conquer all?

💜

This book really lived up to its name and literally gave me all the feels. It’s a heady mixture of red hot passion, devastatingly sweet romance, humour and a hefty dose of angst.

It’s beautifully written with convincing and natural dialogue and told from dual POV which is my favourite style of writing. All of the characters are fabulously real and I instantly bonded with Harriet over our mutual love of Sweaty Betty clothes! Harriet has suffered an unimaginable amount of loss in her life and the author dealt with the topic of loss and grief really well. My heart broke for Harriet, but I did want to give her a shake at times! I loved how, despite their intentions to keep things simple, Harriet and Lowell brought out the best in each other and made the other assess their life choices and goals.

There were loads of great secondary characters and I really hope the next book in the series is about Liam (and his dimples!) as I love him!

I’d recommend All The Feels to all romance fans. Autumn Miller is now a one click author for me.

How on earth do I describe this book whilst doing justice to it? I'll have a go but to say I was blown away by it is an understatement.
I started it yesterday, read it until 1 AM this morning (Damn you sleep yet again!), and finished it once I woke up. I was so emotionally involved with our two main protagonists that once I had finished the book I could't sit and write about but needed to think hard about what had just happened to me and my emotions.
So one long bath later, I loved the whole book from the beginning words to the conclusion.
What an unusual way to meet and then to keep meeting, fate was really throwing these two together. I firmly believe if they hadn't met in the way they did they would have met some other way as explained later on in the book.
Both characters are really well written so much so I could believe i was reading a true life story.
Now I have finished the book I am grieving the loss of them in my life as if they were my friends. Hence the bath.
I loved every thing about this book and all I can say is buy this book and read it. It will consume your waking hours as it has mine. A great new author whose books will be worth searching out in the future. This is the second of her books, I loved the first one too. Search her out.
Again, READ THIS BOOK!

Pretty fun and quick read. It got a little convoluted and a bit too far fetched but still entertaining. I think relationship moved very fast and I can always do without a guy pushing agenda on anal within first or second encounter (described as 8 inches too!) with a fairly "naive" female. Ha, she does it but defers to probably not going to happen again.

I liked hearing about their work and friends and family.

My Review

Firstly, the cover is gorgeous and fitting. All The Feels is written in first person from the perspectives of the two main characters Lowell and Harriet. It is interesting to see how each scene is experienced from a different perspective. This is well thought out and executed.

I had been looking forward to reading this book as it is outside of my reading comfort zone. Sadly I just couldn’t get along with the characters. Because I couldn’t connect with them, I couldn’t feel empathy or emotionally invested in their journeys. As things developed and the story moved forward, I felt indifference towards them and this meant the story, however emotive, could not hold my interest. This ruined the book for me.

But, and it is a big but, that is only my opinion. I know many others have enjoyed this book so I wouldn’t try taking anything away from the book or the story. I do hope I haven’t put anyone off reading it, because I am almost certainly in a very small minority who simply didn’t get on with it. Just from my personal experience, I gave All The FeeIs three stars. Now I feel bad.

All the Feel is book #1 in the Hard-Won series, it's a heartfelt and twist of fate romance. Autumn Miller did a great job in executing this plot! As I turned each page, I loved how the storyline flowed. It's a story about how two people unawarely connected way before they ever met. Where grief, coincidences (or more like an unexpected accident) brought two people together. And despite meeting on the unlikeliest circumstances, it morphed into pure serendipity. Referencing how our emotions is driven by the way our "heart feels" and sometimes it may overrule our logical thinking. That when it comes to the matters of the heart, our sense of reasoning is thrown out of the window. And how this feeling may scare a person to push to make the wrong decision because of their fears. The heroine, Harriet suffered a lot in her life, both emotionally and physically. Most of her days she tries to get by, but the pain and grief never really goes away, it's always there lingering deep down inside of her soul. So to keep the grief at bay she found an outlet, and indirectly this is connected to Lowell (hero).

Lowell is not the type of person to express his true emotions freely or gets seriously involved with a someone. Yet that's about to all change. The more Harriet pulls away from Lowell, he finds himself desperately wanting to know more about her. Harriet suffered so much and as a defensive mechanism she doesn't let anyone get close to her, namely the opposite sex. In the second half of the book, I did get a bit frustrated with Harriet's behavior, but at the same time I sympathized her with her; she was scared but she wanted to move past the grief. And I really like how Lowell's character developed. They needed each other to heal the wounds that were inflicted on them by the experience they lived through.

Harriet and Lowell's first encounter was unpleasant or more like accidental, they literally crashed into each other leading to an accident. And unknowingly, they run in the same circle, whether its their work environment or living in the same area. Harriet is grieving from the death of a loved one, her brother. Lowell Winters is a successful Cardiovascular (heart) surgeon. Although, he is passionate about his work and a great doctor, Lowell is known as a "cold hearted person" mainly because of his personal life; he's not the serious relationship type of person, he prefers to keep things casual. And this because of what he experienced in the past. Yet after spending one night with Harriet it isn't enough for him, he wants more.

Beyond Strange . . .

From the very start, I was confused at the texting with a dead man. Then it morphs into more confusion which I finally figure out is a bike or motorcycle accident perhaps? The dialog and descriptions do make everything detailed and graphic. But I didn’t have that “aha” moment of clarity for quite some time.

Involved in an accident, Harriet Winchester is sideswiped by Lowell Winter’s vehicle. Lowell is a heart surgeon. Harriet is still grieving her deceased twin brother and has no other family to emotionally support her. While Harriet tries to push people away and avoid relationships that could lead to more pain, Lowell is drawn to her and propositions her. He allegedly wants no strings and yet neither walks away. The blending of text messages and the physical tries to keep the reader actively trying to merge what is going on into some semblance that makes sense.

I am surprised at so many readers raving about this. I made no connection with these strange personalities (characters, not the other readers). And I felt uncomfortable and off-balance in reading the story. This is not for me. My overwhelming feeling was “get me out of here”. It was too over-the-top and weird. I did not enjoy it and do not recommend it… unless you are just curious.

Autumn Miller's 2nd novel contains all of the essential ingredients for an epic romantic read.
It is cleverly written from the POV of the 2 main characters in the story, Lowell and Harriet, which gives you a great insight into how their minds were working individually and how wires can so easily be crossed when communication is lacking. Which is so often the case in new romances and makes it easily relatable.

I loved that the focus of the storyline was on Lowell and Harriet with a small supporting cast who were there to complement the story and not to lead the reader off in different direction to something else brewing on the side lines. It definitely gave their relationship more depth and a great emotional pull for the reader. Their back stories were well researched and written and really complemented Autumn's plot and story narration.

It was racy, steamy, sexy, lustful. But also heart warming, heartbreaking, poignant, funny, witty and had me feeling all manner of emotions.

I loved the story's ending and really felt as though Autumn wrapped itup nicely with a natural, well timed and thought out conclusion.

Definitely a fab read for romance/chick lit lovers who love a naughty and nice element to their reads.

I enjoyed this book, I like the dual POV format it gives you both their perspectives.

I thought dealing with such profound loss was done with thoughtfulness, care and respect.

I felt this had notes of "Fifty Shades" but was happily surprised it wasn't.

I loved the refreshing change of unknowingly texting to each other, very clever!

I thought Lowell is a well rounded character, he is smart, well established, good looking and a surgeon! But one bad relationship and he guard is up. I liked he didn't run, he listened, was compassionate and likeable!

I felt Lowell should have without a doubt bought Harriet a new bicycle!

Harriet is scarred by tremendous loss, she is charitable, self sufficient, kind, beautiful and doesn't let anyone get too close. She is highly likeable, strong and lonely.

Both characters are well developed, have AMAZING chemistry, hot sex, work well together and have fun bantering with each other which is enjoyable.

Onto All The Time!

Loved it:
This was a fabulous contemporary romance that definitely had all the feels! There was an emotional depth to the story that I really enjoyed and it was a fantastic start to a new series.
Harriet was petrified of opening herself up too much and was fearful of commitment and I liked how patient and understanding Lowell was. There was a fragility to both characters which endeared them to me all the more.
Harriet and Lowell were both broken and hurting in their own way and it was lovely seeing them finally find healing and happiness in one another.
It was wonderful that despite all the emotional aspects, this book never felt too heavy nor sad but maintained a lighthearted and optimistic tone throughout. I especially loved the ending and now can't wait to lies in store for the rest of this group of friends.

What a wonderful little story! I really enjoyed this and loved the way it was written. I love it when we get a love story and get both POVs and this definitely delivered on that. It was steamy, dreamy and laugh out loud! I really enjoyed the text messages between ‘Ted and Betty’ along with their growing friendship. The relationship between Harriet and Lowell was steamy to say the least! Not too many characters, so easy to keep track of who is who and a simple layout of the story! I loved the fact that we got a lengthy epilogue of sorts, I always feel like they are too short normally. The only downside to this was I really felt myself disliking Harriet at times. I just wanted to shake her and found parts of her character a bit annoying. I really loved the growth of the two characters, not only tougher but separately. Lowell will also be getting added to my book boyfriends list!

I enjoyed reading the book.

Harriet and Lowell are very different. Harriet comes from old money, and lives a down to earth existence. Lowell claws his way up the financial ladder, as a cardiac surgeon. They meet, and sparks fly... both of them are not looking for a relationship, so they decide to hook up..

In the meantime they are obliviously texting each other as Betty and Ted... what begins as animosity, becomes a beautiful friendship...

Both Harriet and Lowell are believable characters, because they are far from perfect. I started rooting for them in spite of...

The story is about how their relationship turns into love, and denial... and how they must fight with their inner demons, and grow as a person, to be able to grow the relationship...

This book would have been an enjoyable read for me even without all the steamy stuff.

After successively having lost all her family members, Harriet (subconciously?) decided not to put herself or anybody having feelings for her through the pain of loss again. Lowell doesn´t allow himself deep feelings after being framed by one of his exes. When the two litarally meet by accident, they admit to their mutual attraction but put the stress of keeping it purely physical. Their hearts have a different opinon about their "no feelings allowed" relationship that comes with an expiry date…
I especially liked their text messages as Betty and Ted which gives the reader an insight into their true emotional state and reflects the development of their feelings and their relationship.
I really enjoyed reading this book, it was funny, touching and inspiring.

I can't believe I actually ended in tears with this book. I came into it thinking this was just a good light-hearted sexy romance and spent the last quarter of it basically sobbing at my desk while I was supposed to be working.

I received an advance review copy for free, and I am leaving this review voluntarily.

Seriously, this book is hot but believe me when I say it will also tug at your heart strings. It made me want my SO in more ways than one. I am so glad I read this when I did because it hit at just the right time for me, just like Harriett and Lowell's relationship. So many books have relationships that come to fruition against all odds but the stars were aligned for these two and they finally figured out that they were meant for each other. This book will give you everything - fun, witty, sexy, steamy, and just plain romantic.

I really enjoyed this book. Having read another book by this auther not long ago I knew I really liked her writing style and storylines and this book definitely agreed.
Really great characters throughout, plenty of folk for a series to come through. It says at the back that Liam and Jack have stories coming, I hope Anna does too!
Lots of sweet romance and hot steam as Lowell ignites that missing part of Harriet's life that she locked down through years of loss.
I loved all the little crossed paths throughout, they gave such a cute history to their relationship.
I stormed through this in a matter of hours, I could not put it down!
A beautiful cover also which is what initially attracted me to it. I think this will be a draw for many readers.
I cant wait to read more of Autumn's work.

All the Feels by Autumn Miller is a Contemporary Romance novel, one, that, as the name suggests, gives the readers all the feels. This was the second book I read by the author and I have always adored her writing style and narrative which is what made me excited to read this book as soon as possible.

The storyline was engaging and I was emotionally invested in the characters and their lives. Once I started reading, it was very difficult for me to put it down. The book had the perfect amount of love, steam and intrigue. I really liked the whole premise of meeting by accident and then engaging in a casual relationship. However, as the novel moved forward, I saw the evolution of the characters and how they developed.

Harriet, for one, is a character you’d easily sympathize with. She is a bit broken and keeps herself carefully guarded but she is so strong. Lowell on the other hand isn’t as fiercely guarded but he is also one character you’d really like. In a nutshell, I would definitely recommend this if you’re looking for a nice book you can curl up in your blanket with.

Some lovely pathos in this moving story of two very different people who fall in love. I really enjoyed the way the story starts with the prologue that teases the reader with a random text to a dead man. Harriett & Lowell are both engaging characters, who I feel come across as three-dimensional and interesting. Despite their differences, their chemistry is almost instant, despite their unconventional first meeting! I loved the way the story enfolds with the two parallel storylines of their relationship alongside the text conversations they unknowingly have with each other. Throw in another coincidence involving Harriet’s twin brother and his contact with Lowell, and this make the novel a well-structured romance with some quirky aspects which keep the reader engaged to the HEA.

Harriet and Lowell's story is a very emotional story make sure you have your kleenex handy. Harriet is broken but yet considering all that she's been through she's still strong which she needs to be to handle the unexpected twists. Lowell is pretty broken too although he's much more open than Harriet is. I don't want to say anymore and ruin it for anyone else with spoilers. You really need to experience this poignant entertaining story for yourself as you are going to experience the full gamut of your emotions. I would definitely recommend this book.

This was a really emotional story. I cried a couple of times. Harriet is such a broken character, yet she is really strong with all she has been through. Lowell is quite broken too. He is much less guarded and I love how deeply he falls in love with Harriet. You definitely feel all the feels while reading this story. Happy, angry, annoyed, worried, sad, excited. You feel it all. The sex was super steamy. I know Autumn is a new author and I am excited to read more from her. 5 well earned stars!

I received an ARC from the author and am voluntarily leaving my review. This story is about the emotional ride Harriet and Lowell go thru to find happiness and love. The surprises, acceptance, and dealing with the past all have a twist. Lowell and Harriet fit well together whether in person or on the phone. Their story has heartbreak and loss but also passion and love. It was a good story with a bit a intrigue and all the characters, including Betty and Ted, were good also.

One of my favorites ❤️

I had been in quite the book rut when I stumbled upon this one as a suggestion from a group I'm in on Facebook. It was not a disappointment and it wasn't long before I fell in love with it. You could feel the attraction, the chemistry and the love that developed over the course of this book. The book title couldn't be more accurate. I think this is the author's first book and she totally nailed it. I can't wait for more. A must read!!!

The title of the book is so spot on because it does give all the feels. I felt for Harriet. Not only did she have her own issues to deal with but that she also didn’t have any family connection to hold onto. I could understand why she felt she had to do what she did to Lowell. For some who didn’t have heart, he had a lot of it to give to Harriet when she needed it. Can’t wait for Liam and Nora’s story. That should be a doozy.

I haven’t read very many romance books lately so I was glad to read this one. All The Feels is a perfect summer read that tells of Lowell and Harriet‘s complicated and heartwarming romance. So if you need a feel good romance story check out All The Feels. And OK I have to say that the cover of this book drew me in at first beautiful artwork.

This book definitely has all the feels.
Lowell and Harriet have the most interesting relationship and it gives you so much drama you're on a crazy roller coaster as you read them.

You see the brokenness, the sweetness, the angst, the drama and you cry for all of them.
At the end of the day you want to hug all the characters and cheer them on to greatness.

It began when Lowell hit Harriet on her bicycle. He’s smitten and she is intrigued. But she has baggage and he has a commitment phobia! And her roommate thinks he should want her instead!

Can they get past all the obstacles in their way and forge a relationship?

A wonderfully written story by Autumn Miller.
