I am an indie author with a focus on mysteries. My debut novel is "The Message Was Clear."

I was born and raised in Baltimore, Maryland, where I spent twenty-five years working in the computer industry. Afterward, I found a love for writing. Now, a significant amount of my time is spent writing or imagining.

During this process, I discovered how much I’m drawn to strong female characters who can take care of themselves, both physically and mentally. This is a characteristic you’ll see in my debut novel as well as my future writing.

I am a slow reader and I don’t read much. This was a good read. It was pretty predictable with no plot twists. I did have some unanswered questions about the car accident and how the kids were taken. I enjoyed the book and would recommend it to others that like a mystery. I enjoy romance also so I would have enjoyed more romantic involvement with some characters. The note in the bunny was very unexpected.

Wow…the perfect story for this title.

An extremely well developed story with twists to keep a reader guessing and intrigued to the very end. I couldn’t put it down. Finely imagined characters and scenery that paints a visual as you read. Well done and good job.

I have read this book at least three times during its creation, so I presume I’m in a different position than most. Having said, I would still like to say this is a book of merit. It’s a captivating story about loss and discovery with some unexpected twists. A must read!
