Rate this book
Featuring the award-winning combination of Jerry Scott's trademark humor and Jim Borgman's brilliant line art, Zits is the perfect comic for anyone parenting a teenager, or who remembers the days of sleeping in until noon, subsisting entirely on pizza, and rehearsing for an arena rock tour from the cozy confines of the garage. Filled with lessons about growing up and growing older, this book contains so many laughs it will make your sides hurt.

I've been reading the Zits books since they came out. They were very relevant when I had a teenager in the house. I have to admit the jokes are getting a little stale, might be time to have Jeremy experience young adulthood. He's worn out his teenage years.

I've been reading Zits for years, and recently decided to buy and read all of the books in the series, and am so enjoying them! Bingeworthy Zits is another of the oversize, full color treasuries that I love reading due to their large quality printing, my only complaint is they are so large and floppy they can be hard to hold while reading! This collection includes strips from the early 2020s and starts out with one of my most hilarious strips when mom is trying to dance and Jeremy calls EMTs thinking she is having a seizure! There's another funny strip where mom is explaining to Jeremy how they had renovated the house when he was little and Jeremy is horrified to realize he might have been conceived in what is now his bedroom! There are also some strips about the now mostly discredited "return to school" post COVID policies. Anyone who likes Zits will love this collection!

I do enjoy newspaper cartoon strips, and this one slips nicely between the more serious For Better Or For Worse, and the wackier Foxtrot. A slice of life strip, revolving around Walt, the father, Connie the mother, but mainly around the teenager Jeremy. With his friends Hector and Pierce, and his Girlfriend Sara, the majority of the strips revolve around the band, the VW camper, and school, as a slice of teenage life.
The strip has been going for 20+ years now, and is maybe starting to show it's age, but it's still managing to raise a smile

Used to read this in the newspaper ages ago and forgot about it. Stumbled upon this collection and decided to give it a shot out of nostalgia. This collects comics from 2020 and covers life during the first year of Covid 19 for these characters. As with other comics I read as a child or teen, I have flipped from relating with the kid, to relating with the parents.

Anyways was a nice nostalgia trip, made me laugh a few times, had to show my wife a few strips. I don’t think she knew this comic but she still found the ones I showed her funny.

Book 181 of 300 ~ 2024

🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

I loved this compilation/treasury... it featured strips that were written during Covid-19... man, what a time.

I showed my hubs the 6ft distance between people, and boy, do we miss that *lol*

All the Zits cartoons published in 2020 are collected in Scott & Borgman’s ebook only Bingeworthy. Zits followers know what to expect and they won’t be disappointed - many cartoons are funny and a few are terrific (a little more than a quarter of the way through, the one about texting in the olden days [i.e. my lifetime] illustrates perfectly the reason why most kids believe most adults are ignorant. And vice-versa.). And none is an unkind or offensive. Highly recommended.

Aptly named

Daily comic series, collection

Jerry Scott and Jim Borgman have collected their work from 2020, and there are some real gems. Amazing how after laughing at some of the panels, I think, "Yeah, I remember dealing with that!" The names of the guilty may changed, but some of the stories remain the same. Enjoyed.
