When a friend offers me a week at her family’s home in Maine for the holidays, I say ‘yes’ so fast I forget to say please. As a single mom, time to myself is impossible to come by.

I’m barely in the house when I’m mistaken for a burglar. When the lights come on, I discover the broody FBI agent who found me is Noah Tate, the off-limits older brother of my best friend from high school.

Noah was tall, dark, handsome, flirty, and popular back in high school. I kept my secret crush on him under wraps. I was above all that now. Except the chemistry burns so hot between us the air crackles with it.

We’re snowed in, so maybe we can make the best of it.

Noah & Sasha’s story is perfect for readers who love: friends to lovers, slow burn, broody FBI agents, small town gossip, emotional romance with a dash of angst, plenty of swoon and all the feels, and a protective hero who’s more than ready to prove a sassy heroine wrong.

*A full-length, standalone romance.

Sasha is a single mother who has always put her daughter first which means not much free time to just be. She's offered a week at friends house in Haven Harbor when her daughter is hanging out with an aunt, and of couse she got packed. Little does she know there's someone already staying there, so things take off in the most humorous way LOL! See, FBI Agent Noah Tate (her friend's older brother) needed a break from his job so he's already staying there, not to mention he took her for a burgler (see funny) but then things really get interesting when they stay there at the same time for the week. I LOVED every minute of this story, and I LOVED Sasah & Tate, plus it didn't hurt that when he knew he knew but can he convince Sasah to give them a chance after the week is over?! I have to say that All I Need is my favorite to date story by this author, so yeah, all of y'all need to experience it for yourselves! HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

When Sasha found herself about to become a single teenage mother, she focused on being the best mother she could be to her daughter Quinn who is now a teenager. While her daughter is away, she is looking forward to a week with no responsibilities at her best friend’s cabin but she wasn’t expecting a roommate.

Noah is an FBI agent who finds himself on hiatus so he decides to stay at the cabin thinking he will be alone as well. Having a surprise guest wasn’t part of his plan but he soon realizes that it could be the best possible outcome. He doesn’t want their relationship to end when the week does and now he just needs to convince Sasha.

When it comes to Sasha and Quinn they have only ever had each other so letting someone else in wasn’t without its challenges but the outcome made it well worth the challenges they had to overcome.

5 star Review All I Need (Haven’s Bay Holiday Series) by J H Croix

From the first chapter I was fully invested in All I Need. I love single parent, small town, suspense and stories set around the holidays so for me this book was a total winner for me.

Their meet cute was not the normal one and that set the tone for this entertaining read. When Sasha is offered a week at a friends house in Haven Harbor, Maine she jumps at the opportunity since her daughter Quinn is away with her aunt. Being mistaken for a burglar by FBI agent Noah Tate, the older brother of her high school best friend just adds to the situation.

I love romantic suspense stories and the chemistry that sizzles between Sasha and Noah was explosive. I loved how caring and protective Noah was and Sasha was such a sassy and feisty heroine, a devoted mother, that you cannot help but love her. This book was a little gem, well written, with witty banter, a little angst and all the nosiness of a small town.

Don't get me wrong: Noah's a total hottie, but he's a sweetheart too. The moment his protective insctincts turned on had me swooning! However, Sasha stole the show for me. Despite being an awesome human being and terrific mom, she was convinced she wasn't sexy and couldn't grab a man's attention. She had plenty to offer and the result of her connection with Noah was pure fireworks! Add in Quin and her quirky, no-nonsense attitude and I was in book heaven, partly because Noah having to win over Sasha's teenager allowed us to see the relationships develop way beyond the I love you's... Now I can't wait for more of those Tate siblings!

Ms. Croix has written a heartfelt romance with an FBI agent, a protective single mom, and her sassy teenage daughter.

Sasha's daughter, Quinn, is her whole world and she would do anything for her. Life has not been easy, but she has made sure their lives are happy and filled with love.  When Sasha has a surprising encounter with the older brother of her best friend, she realizes being snowed in with her high school crush may not be too bad since their chemistry is on fire.  After all, they will be going home after the holidays and will probably never see each other again. Never say never.

Noah is a workaholic and has not had time for relationships...until he meets Sasha. What started as a holiday fling, morphed into much more when he couldn't stay away from her. Luckily, he found out they only lived a few blocks from each other. Now he has to break down her walls and prove that he's serious about her and her daughter.

I loved the chemistry between Sasha and Noah. Noah had his work cut out for him because he not only had to convince Sasha but her feisty teenage daughter and boy, he passes with flying colors. Noah has a way with kids considering he babysits his nieces and nephews. He also knows how to communicate with a challenging teenager who has the tendency to make him blush about his intentions toward her mom. Sasha wants to be the responsible one for her daughter's sake, but she's falling for Noah as he charms his way into her life. There are some yummy sex scenes between Sasha and Noah that had me wiping my brow. And I guess I was expecting some suspense in this story, and it looked like there might be with Sasha's deadbeat ex, but to my disappointment, it fizzled out. Perhaps it could have been an additional plot twist that would have added to the romance.  However, I really enjoyed the family aspect with Quinn's sassy quips and intelligent comebacks. I wish I could have been that kind of teenager.  I also adored Sasha's nosy, but perceptive next-door neighbor. She had some sage advice that helped snap Sasha out of her doubts. Of course, Noah's brothers were also very supportive and understanding of what their brother needed to give him a push toward happiness in his life.

If you adore captivating romances with an angsty teenager thrown into the mix, give this book a try.  I can't wait to read the rest of this series.

Thank you to Ms. Croix for giving me the opportunity to read this book with no expectation of a positive review.

All Sasha wanted while her daughter was with away with her aunt on a trip before Christmas was peace and quiet. She has worked hard to raise her daughter and thanks to her closest friend Thea, she will be staying at Thea’s family home. She hasn’t been back to Haven Harbor much since she was basically forced to move away, but this reprieve is necessary. The first time she won’t have her daughter, Quinn, with her since she was born, Sasha needs to just relax. What she didn’t expect was Thea’s older brother Noah to be there as well. Noah, just needed to be away from his job and the city for a little bit. Only his older brother Dallas knew that he was gone and going to take this break to recharge. Not expecting anyone else to be there, he was surprised to see Sasha. After not seeing her for years, he truly sees her. He knows her history even if she is 4 years older and was in college when she moved away, but he had no idea the extent her past has shaped her present. There is an instant attraction, but both are holding the cards close to them as neither are sure if they want to venture into that path. Sasha hasn’t had a relationship since having her daughter and no matter how attractive Noah was when they were kids, it doesn’t hold a candle to him now. That flame though, will it light up the sky or will it be snuffed out when both are faced with struggles?

I love how protective Sasha is. Her daughter is her whole world, and she would do anything for her. Life has not been easy at all, yet she has an amazing outlook. You would expect someone jagged, but you don’t see that in Sasha. She has a smile for anyone that comes her way even if she see the daggers that they throw her way. Noah is just that cinnamon roll. He wants to take care of Sasha and Quinn, but it isn’t as easy as that. The wall is built high and trying to knock those bricks down isn’t easy. Yet, he truly doesn’t want to stop trying. He knows in his head that he wants them but proving it might be difficult. Such a great read that sucks you in right away and you don’t want to put down.

Wow! I am always so excited to see a new release from Ms. Croix and the Haven’s Bay Christmas series has short and entertaining stories that will get you into the holiday spirit. I love small-town romances and seeing old acquaintances meeting again and finding love is incredible. This series is based on the Tate siblings, and this is Noah and Sasha’s story.
Sasha left Haven Bay as a pregnant sixteen-year-old and is now returning fifteen years later when her friend, Thea Tate, offers Sasha her family’s home for a week of vacation. Being a single mother keeps Sasha busy so spending a week by herself sounds great except Noah, Thea’s older brother, has the same idea. Sasha had a high school crush on Noah but hasn’t seen him since she left Haven Bay.
At the last minute, Noah decided to go to his family’s home in Haven Bay a week before his family is due to arrive. He thought someone had broken in when he got there and found someone in the house because no one was supposed to be there. He hadn’t seen Sasha in years and was surprised by his attraction to her. He knew he was falling for her and wanted to continue their relationship once they got back to Boston.
I loved how patient Noah was with Sasha and her daughter. He knew Sasha feared her daughter’s reactions to her dating and he respected her wishes. Can they navigate through all the obstacles that real life throws their way?
This is the second book in the series and it can be read as a standalone, but I feel like reading the first book is better. The first book gives you more of the Tate family dynamics and history. I have come to love the Tate family and I cannot wait for Ian’s book, which is next. I highly recommend this feel-good festive book.
I received an ARC but also purchased my own copy. I am voluntarily leaving a review. All thoughts and opinions are my own.

All I Need is the second book in the Haven's Bay Holiday series by J.H. Croix- and while this book holds well as a stand alone I do think that it is better enjoyed after reading the first book, All I Want, as the stories interconnect with the Tate siblings and their small hometown of Haven's Bay.

I really enjoyed Noah and Sasha's story- Noah being the workaholic FBI agent and Sasha being the shunned teen mom who is now the mother of a teen- and them both needing a little break for the holidays. Just like the first book in the series- the storyline all moves at a pretty quick pace but without feeling like the story is incomplete.

And one of my favorite things happened- the hero is the one who fell first and oh boy did Noah fall hard. Not only that but he also fell for Sasha's daughter, Quinn. Sure it might feel a little abrupt that this longstanding bachelor with no thoughts or desire to settle down all of the sudden is all in with a single mom who also happens to be one of his little sister's friends but that is also kind of Noah's charm. He is so so sweet, naturally protective and when he gave his heart he gave it wholly. Sasha is a little more guarded and hesitant in pursuing a relationship with Noah. She didn't seem to have made many attempts at dating and made her daughter her sole focus. In fact, she tends to be a little overprotective or jealous at Quinn's new relationship with Noah.

Now I don't know that I would necessarily label this book as a slow burn- things definitely do not start out slow but I guess it's a slow burn in the sense that once their relationship moves to real life and not their secluded vacation life things set back and move at a slower pace to get everyone on board.

I'm excited to see how the rest of the series shapes up and if Thea has any friends left for Ian to fall head over heels for 😉

This is book two in The Haven's Bay Holiday series and it is Sasha and Noah's story and it is definitely a must read. Sasha is a single mom to her teenage daughter Quinn who is her world but life hasn't been easy for Sasha and her daughter and work has to come first so she has no time to date of have a relationship so when Quinn goes to spend time with her aunt her best friend Thea offers the family house in Haven's Bay so that Sasha can relax so she is really looking forward to it but things don't always go as planned. Noah is an FBI agent and while taking a break and staying at the family home he thinks that he has a intruder only to find out that it is Sasha who he hasn't seen for quite a while. Sasha and Noah decide to share the house and when they realise that they have a instant attraction and strong chemistry between them so they decide to have a friend's with benefits time and omg the chemistry sizzles off the pages when ever they are near each other but what will happen when it is time to leave and go back to there lives. Will they carry on seeing each other to find out if what they have is something more and special or will they walk away and miss out on something very special that could give them a happy ending, well you will just have to read this book to find out but you definitely will not be disappointed with the outcome. I absolutely loved this book and I couldn't put it down as it had great characters and a storyline that pulled you in and kept your attention throughout and it was so addictive that I can't wait to read the next book in this series.

What a fantastic best friend's brother, friends to lovers, single parent and FBI agent romance that is sweet and a joy to read. Ms. Croix gives us Sasha and Noah's story that sees Sasha wanting a vacation without her teenage daughter. Sasha was a teenage mother at the age of 15 and has really had no help. This is her first time away since her daughter's aunt took her skiing for the Christmas break. When her friend offered their family house to her for the seek, she too her up o her offer. What she did not expect was to have a visitor in the way of Noah. Noah is her friend's brother and handsome as anything. He is also an FBI agent. Her week to herself ended up as a week of friends with benefits. But was that the end of it? Noah wanted more and with the both of them living in the same city what could be better? However, Sash is not looking for a relationship as her plate is full with Quinn her daughter and her job. Can Noah convince her that it is worth the chance? When his job ends up having a connection to someone from Sash and Quinn's past, what will happen?

The storyline was such a joy to read. Sasha and Noah had this chemistry that was slow at the beginning but the more time they spent together the stronger it got. Noah was determined to make Sahsh see that they were meant to be together and Sasha was the ever-so-protective mother and an independent woman. Friends and family always get involved in small-town romances and this one is no different.

All I Need is one book that I suggest you add to your TBR list for November.

FBI agent plus single independent mom.

So I enjoyed this book. This author writes good characters and builds a decent story. I will say they often put some kind of conflict just for drama.

This book is about Sasha who got pregnant at age 15 and has been on her own since then. Her daughter is now 15 and going skiing with her aunt, which gives Sasha a chance to go on vacation alone. She was told by a friend that she could stay at their family vacation house during this time.

While trying to get the lights working someone asks her to identify herself and she can tell that they have a gun.she says who she is and is then greeted by Noah, one of her friend's older brothers.

He tells her there is enough room for her to stay and that he had only decided to take a vacation there himself that day. Of course she thinks he never noticed her when they were younger and could not possibly be interested in her. He on the other hand can't believe he didn't notice her back then and thinks she is the hottest woman.

Of course she decides she'll have a fling with him and they will go their separate ways. After the week is up he insists that they keep in touch and go out when they go back to work. They both work and live in Boston. She works for a lawyer and he is an FBI agent.

This is worth reading if you like romance with a teenage child to complicate the relationship.

OMG, it's been ages since I read a book by this author... Ages and I so regret it.
But life got in the way and I couldn't read all day long.
I wanted to, but I couldn't.
J.H. Croix is an amazing author and her books show just what.
Her writing is sweet and hot, engaging, and super intense.
Just go read her previous books and see for yourself.
All I Need is her latest release and explores the lives of Noah and Sasha.
Noah is an FBI agent. A hot as hell FBI agent. Lol
His job is always consuming and he needed a break from everything.
So, he goes away to his family home.
What he wasn't counting on was an intruder...
Sasha just needed a few days away from everything.
Being a single mom, she lives her life for her daughter, with not to much time for herself.
When her friend offers her house for a quick getaway, she was all in, until she's mistaken for a burglar...
OMG, I'm in love.
I really needed this book and I didn't even know it.
I love a good single-parent romance and throw in a bit of suspense and I'm game.
Amazing plot, well written, and super engaging.
Love the interaction between the two of them, and love how that relationship evolved into something more.
Love it so much and I really wanted to keep reading.
I wanted more.
Another amazing book J.H. Croix. How I missed your writing. I voluntarily reviewed an Advance Reader Copy of this book.

I am a big JH Croix fan and I try to get my hands on all of her books. So needless to say I am a bit disappointed in myself that I have missed the first book in this series, which is something I will rectify as soon as possible, but I can definitely say that this does read as a stand-alone. Noah & Sasha have known each other most of their lives but have fallen out of touch. I really enjoyed how these two meet up again, it is something that I have read before but JH Croix’s version had me all in right there and then. But the reason I only gave this four rather than five stars is because this part jumped around a bit. They were together at Noah’s family’s house then all of a sudden his family was there and then in the next moment they were both back in Boston. I felt this part of the story rushed unfortunately.
But after they both get back to Boston I thought the book really took off as all the real world problems came into play and they had to learn to navigate that. Add in a little bit of drama and suspense and it is honestly a wonderful book to read which I did very much enjoy.
I will definitely be keeping a better eye out for the next book as the little snippet at the end of this one has me excited to read it. I voluntarily reviewed an advanced readers copy of this book

Having read Ms.Croix's work many times before i always look so forward to picking up more of her books! As soon as i stumbled across the announcement for this one i knew i had to read it next! I picked it up and got right into the Haven's Bay Holiday Series! I enjoyed it!

Sasha and Noah's journey captured my attention! Sasha is best friend's with Noah's sister. Little did these two know they'd be staying at the house at the same time. Can they ignore their attraction?

I admired Sasha and the awesome character she was. Noah had me falling. I really liked the memorable way these two were brought back into each other's lives. I enjoyed getting to see how they'd tackle being in a shared space together and their feelings.

Sometimes life puts a person into your path at the right time. I was so glad that i got to jump into this series!

With All I Need, Ms.Croix has created a good read that you'll get into quickly! I am so looking forward to diving back into this series with the next installment, All We Have!

Sasha is in Haven's Bay to spend her vacation at her best friend's family home. Sasha got pregnant when she was young and left Haven's Bay for Boston. Sasha is taken for a burglar by Noah until the lights come on. Noah needed time away from his job with the F.B.I. and thought he would spend time in Haven's Bay at his family's home. Sasha and Noah are fiercely attracted to each other and give into their attraction. Noah lets Sasha know he wants to pursue a relationship with her when they return to Boston. How will Sasha's daughter react to Noah being in their lives? How will Sasha react when her daughter goes to Noah for advice? Can Sasha overcome her insecurities and let Noah into her and her daughter's lives? Can Noah convince Sasha his love is true? I really liked All I Need by J.H. Croix. Noah and Sasha are a great couple, and I absolutely loved Quinn, Sasha's daughter! I would definitely recommend getting All I Need and the other books in the Haven's Bay Holiday series by J.H. Croix. Single mother and best friend's brother. Sasha got pregnant when she was 16 and had to leave Haven's Bay but she kept in contact with her best friend. She offers Sasha the family vacation home for a week or so. Unknown to her, Noah, her friend's brother has decided to spend some time at the home also. They think each of them is an intruder until Sasha recognizes Noah. They are attracted to each other and do take advantage of Sasha's daughter, Quinn being on a ski trip with an aunt. They both live in Boston and Noah lets Sasha know that he wants to continue to see her when they get back. I liked how Noah takes time to get to know Quinn and brings her food when Sasha and he go out to eat. Quinn isn't against Sasha and Noah being together since Sasha hasn't dated much in her 15 years. Sasha is hesitant when she thinks she's being replaced as the only parent in her daughter's life. Will she lose Noah of be able to overcome her fears? I liked all the characters in this story. I was given an early copy to read and review. I'm leaving my honest review.

I really liked this book and how it portrayed a single mom who got absolutely no help from the baby daddy.
Sasha has been raising her daughter by herself with no help from even her family. She is taking some time for herself while Quinn is on a ski trip, so she goes back to stay at her best friend's family home for a week in Haven's Bay. She was supposed to be there alone but Noah, best friend's older brother, shows up. They have known each other since she was little but lost touch when she left town after she got pregnant, and he was away in college. They have a spark that leads to fire between them and for the week together they act on those flames. Since they both live in the same city, they decide to keep seeing each other and see where it goes. Things get serious fast between Sasha and Noah. What do you do when your teenage daughter goes to your boyfriend about how much some issues? How do you handle the feelings of jealousy and resentment about it? Will they be able to weather this storm?

I received this free eARC novel from the author and Valentine PR. This is my honest review.

I adored this book! I love that Noah and Sasha were able to reconnect after so many years and you can just feel the attraction between the two.

And I love that this spanned over a long period of time, but didn't drag out the time or anything. It was very well paced, and had just enough spice and just enough sweet to really make this a great story!

I also love how attentive Noah was with Quinn. Their relationship was so sweet and I loved seeing them interact and get to know each other.

This book really showcased a great family dynamic and how, when letting one person in can cause amazing and conflicting feelings all of the time. I honestly was here to see more of the sweet, family side rather than the spicy scenes because I just got so warm hearted seeing everyone falling even more in love with each other.

I'm so glad I got the chance to read this story and I'm looking forward to more in this series!

I loved this book !

It made me smile, swoon and very happy.
Noah and Sasha's story is about letting go; easy to say, but sometimes very hard to do.

Again, miss Croix's writing is so good; a very good single mom/best friend older brother rom with great descriptions, losta deeply felt emotions, little drama and real life misunderstandings.
Nice reading pace and instant chemistry between leading characters

Highly recommended read; can't wait for the other siblings' books !

Noah and Sasha have known each other for many years, she’s his sister’s best friend. When Thea offers Sasha a week of solitude at their house in Maine that nobody is using, she agrees to the week of peace and quiet. Noah decided he needed peace and quiet too, showing up at the house and finding Sasha there is a nice surprise. With a week to themselves, their attraction grows and they decide to keep seeing each other when back home. But will her daughter accept Noah and can Sasha let him in fully into their lives.
A good read with steam, some humour and great characters. I liked these two and I loved Noah, he was patient, compassionate, loving and accepted her daughter right away. Sasha, was OK I understood her independence but her stubbornness near the end…could have done w/o that and her drama. Otherwise I enjoyed the read, Quinn the daughter who was a bright spot, the neighbour and especially Noah, who was sigh and swoon worthy.

I absolutely loved this book. Noah and Sash have known each other for years because she was his sister’s best friend. They meet up after several years when they both decide to stay at Noah’s family home in Haven Bay. This wasn’t a planned event neither knew the other was going to be there. Noah thinks someone has broken in and being the FBI agent, he is he is on guard and scars Sasha the way they bump into each other. I am not one to give a lot of spoilers let’s just say that they spend time together and start to develop feelings for each other. Although Sasha is a single mom who was shunned by her family and town, she is very protective of her feelings and her heart along with protecting her daughter.
This is a wonderfully written story with likeable characters and throw in a teenage girl to add some sass to the story. I loved Noah and how he is so super sweet. This was just a great book to get lost in.

When Sasha is offered her friends house in Haven Harbour for a week to relax and recharge her batteries, she jumps at the chance because it’s not often this mum gets a chance to have alone time and this works perfectly as her daughter Quinn is away with her aunt. What she didn’t expect was the older brother of her friend to also be looking at spending the same week at the family home that is under renovation. What follows is en entertaining read that will appeal to all romance lovers.
This book ticked all my boxes, I swooned, I sighed, I smiled and at times I held my breath, I fell hard and fast for the caring, protective Noah, I adored the strong and sassy Sasha but it was a teenager named Quinn who I really related to. A great read that I highly recommend.

Got to love a growly alpha male who turns out to have a heart of gold, loves fast and hard and makes Sasha and her teenage daughter Quinn the two most important people in his life in short time. Sasha's life as a single mother hasn't been easy from being run out of town as a pregnant teenager to never really having dated or loved as her daughter was the focus of her life, so when her best friend’s brother, who she was sure had never noticed her growing up, barrels into her life, can she trust that this is more than a casual fling and his feelings are true? Ms. Croix writes the drama and emotion of their blossoming relationship, of Sasha learning to trust Noah entering her and Quinn's lives, with warmth and realism and captures some classic teenage moments. The story is just long enough to grow Noah and Sasha's relationship, throw in some drama, toss in some hot and heavy sex scenes, and get them to their HEA in a couple of reading sessions.

All I Need is a single mother and best friend's brother story. When her teenage daughter goes away with her aunt, Sasha takes her best friend up on the offer to stay at her families house in their hometown. Neither of them realize that her friend's brother is also spending the week at the house. Noah remembers Sasha from years ago, but she is all grown up now and the chemistry between them is new. Sasha has been taking care of her daughter and hasn't had time for dating or romance, so maybe a holiday fling is just what she needs. At the end of their holiday, Noah is ready for more. Sasha wants to take it slow. Can she handle bringing a man into her daughter's life? She has done it all on her own for so long, can she let someone else in?

This was a quick, feel good read. Noah and Sasha are both great characters. I also liked the scenes with Sasha's daughter Quinn.

This story of a single mom and the romance she has with her best friend's brother was good. Noah is an FBI agent. He's protective and take charge. Sasha became a single parent in her teens and her whole life has been about her daughter. When the two find themselves staying in the same house alone before Christmas, sparks fly. Boy do they fly!

I really liked that the teenage daughter had lots of snark, but was willing to dial it back to support her mother in a relationship.

I can't believe I'm saying this, but I could have actually used fewer sizzle moments and more story. It seemed like a good half of it was sizzle. There were plenty of tender moments, too, but I guess I would have liked more development in the plot.

Thanks to Wildfire for the gifted copy of this book. All thoughts are my own.

A funny chance encounter that leads to a well written forever love. Noah works in the FBI Financial Fraud Department in downtown Boston. He and his brother Dallas were working on a case and found information connecting to their father. They had to step away once they found out their father was connected to the investigation.

Sasha got pregnant when she was fifteen and had her baby at sixteen. She left her hometown for Boston and was a single parent struggling to raise her daughter Quinn. Sasha’s best friend Thea told her to get away for the Christmas holiday since Quinn was spending time with her aunt. Thea and her brothers have the family home in Heaven’s Bay that Sasha stayed in.

The book drew you into the characters storyline and kept you turning the pages to see if Sasha was going to get a second chance at love.

Sweet story that will have you swooning, and falling in love with the characters right from the start! 5 holiday stars for this one!
Sasha, having been on her own since finding out she was pregnant at fifteen, has done her very best raising her daughter Quinn with the help of her nosey neighbor. When her best friend offers up her home on Haven's Bay for a quick getaway while Quinn is away, jumps at the chance. What she didn't count on was sharing the place with her besties hot older brother Noah. He also needed a break, and took the opportunity to head to the house, not knowing she would be there.
The instant attraction these two share is off the charts, but she's guarded, she has her daughter and her own heart to protect, but she can't resist him!
This was a quick read, but full of love for sure, don't miss out on it grab it asap!

Haven’s Bay for the win! All I Need was the second book in JH Croix’s Haven’s Bay Holiday Series. It was swoony, sexy, and sweet!

Sasha was ready for time to herself. Her best friend let her use their old family home for the week. It was supposed to be empty but after the lights came on she came face to face with with her best friends brother.

Noah needed time off so he thought going to his family home in Haven’s Bay would do the trick. He wasn’t happy to discover someone trying to break in until he realized who it was. Would they be able to stay in the same house or would the chemistry be too much?

These two were so much fun to watch get to know each other. They may have been off limits at one time, but all bets were off now!! I love how Croix’s book are always so much fun! I can’t wait to see what she has in store for us next!

This book is hard to put down, Sasha and her daughter Quinn are a team, and no one has come along who held Sasha’s interest until a snowy weekend.

Sasha has been the best mom she knows how, and now after 15 years, she has a week alone. Her friend has loaned her the family home for a week of quiet. Haven Harbor does not hold good memories for her; a mistake at 15 made her the topic of the town. But her friend’s brother has the same idea and shows up unexpectedly at the house. Noah needs time away from his job and Boston. The attraction is instant, but once they return to the city, will this week only have been a fling? Sasha puts her daughter first, and when Noah and Sasha’s lives become tangled, will it be too much?

Thank you to the Author for the advanced copy; this is my voluntary review.
