A swoony small town holiday romance from USA Today Bestselling Author J.H. Croix!
✔️ A broody billionaire ✔️ A whipsmart librarian ✔️ V-card request ✔️ Opposites attract in a big way ✔️ Swoony holiday romance ✔️ Small town shenanigans
She makes the rules. I break them.
I need a vacation more than I need air. A week by myself at my family’s vacation home in Maine is perfect.
Except Jane Matthews is there. I don’t recognize her at first because the smokin’ hot woman with a smexy librarian vibe is nothing like the Jane I remember. She’s one of my little sister’s friends, and I barely noticed her back in high school.
Now, it’s nigh impossible to ignore her. Sparks fly between us every time we’re near each other. When we get snowed in and Jane asks me a favor—a big favor—I don’t know if I can say no.
She says we just have the week. That we can’t tell anyone. That we’ll forget each other after it’s over. She’s wrong about everything.
Ian & Jane’s story is perfect for readers who love: friends to lovers, slow burn, broody billionaires, small town gossip, emotional romance with a dash of angst, plenty of swoon and all the feels, and a protective hero who never expects to fall.

"There are eleventy billion tropes in this book that I just love to read so it’s honestly no surprise that I devoured this story in one sitting. Jane & Ian’s story starts off somewhat similar to the previous book (I didn’t read the first book so I can’t add that one as well) because I am convinced Thea is the ultimate puppet master. What could be better than marrying off your best friends to your brothers? I was really rooting for Jane, the snippets of her younger self has her believing she was never seen, especially from someone as good looking and popular as Ian. And she was right to a certain extent, but once Ian explains why it appeared he never noticed her makes a whole heap of sense. Another great addition to this book is the suspense part. What looked like was going to be a deal breaker for Jane in this part of the story I was happy to read was sorted out without too much conflict. To say I enjoyed this story would be a vast understatement. I loved it. Now I can’t wait until the next book because it’s going to be Thea’s turn!! I voluntarily reviewed an advanced readers copy of this book"

I'll admit that I'm all about the dark & twisty, but there are times when a small town romance is just what my dark soul needs in life, and All We Have definitely gave me all the feels. Ian has come to his family vacation home in Maine for some much needed time off, and he never saw his sister's best friend, Jane coming that's for sure. He spent his time in high school chasing the popular girls, and never really noticed her, and I wanted to hug the younger Jane so much. These days, she's all grown up & sexy as hell so the sparks are flying between them & she wants to cash in her v-card. They agree to the week together with her terms of it being secret & they are definitely sexy but there's more to come. On top of the sexy times, there's an element of suspense to it which could have an effect on them after the week is over, or will it?! In order to find out, and you want to find out, you'll have to hit those one click buttons as I HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
Ian is going through a difficult time at work, so he decides to spend some time at his family’s vacation home in Maine. A little time away is exactly what he needs but a roommate wasn’t part of the plan. Especially since she is his sister’s best friend and seeing her in a towel has put all sorts of ideas in his head.
Jane has come to town to check on her parent’s home as they are planning on selling it. She remembers Ian from high school, but he was more interested in cheerleaders than someone like her. As they spend time together the sparks fly but will their vacation fling turn into forever?
Ian is keeping a secret which causes some turmoil but with the help of family and friends they realize that they are meant to be. I am enjoying this series and I am looking forward to Thea’s book.
It is the perfect time of year for the next book in this holiday vacation home series from J.H. Croix. She writes some of my favorite small town romance and I have enjoyed the books I've read in this series so far.
Jane and Ian end up at the house together and the forced proximity brings their chemistry to light. It was interesting watching them figure things out as she is his sister's friend, but he has a strong connection to her.
The story is shorter, but doesn't feel rushed and, of course, they get their HEA. It is just the right length for a quick holiday/winter read!
Thank you to the author for providing an ARC for an honest review.
As both Jane and Ian escape their noisy lives, for the quiet vacation home in Maine, both expect time alone there. But Thea promised the place to Jane, and Ian told no one of his plans, they end up there together. The attraction is there. Will lines be crossed?
Ian is in Maine for a reason, he can not tell anyone, even his brothers in the FBI. Can Jane get past the secrets?
A quick read in the holiday time based series, Haven’s Bay is the place to be.
Thank you to the Author for the advanced copy; this is my voluntary review.
4 star Review All We Have (Haven’s Bay Holiday Series) by J H Croix
Having read and enjoyed several books by J.H.Croix I could not wait to read All We Have. This was a well written, entertaining read that ticked a number of boxes for me.
Both Jane and Ian need an escape and are shocked when they both end up sharing a house in Haven Harbor, Maine. Jane has memories of Ian from high school but Ian doesn’t really remember her; although adult Jane intrigues him and they are drawn to one another.
However the last thing that either of them need is a relationship and yet once the lines are crossed that is exactly what happens. Now they are trying to make a long distance relationship work. I really liked Ian, but had a harder time relating to Jane, there was something about her, not sure why.
However, what happens when Ian’s past catches up with him? Will it destroy the blossoming romance that he has with Jane? Can Jane trust him or has his past ruined any chance that they might have?
All We Have is the third book in the Haven's Bay Holiday Series by J.H. Croix- and I think that it is best enjoyed if you have read the other 2 books in the series.
3.5 ⭐
Oh, Thea... you would think by now that she would mention letting her friends use their childhood home for a getaway to her brothers but alas she hasn't seemed to learn that and yet another one of her friends ends up stuck in close quarters with one of her brothers.
This time it's her friend Jane that just relocated to Boston and the last single Tate brother, Ian. I felt like I didn't know all that much about Ian but the way that Jane described the high school version of him, he was the popular guy that was nice and fun but also could kind of glaze over everyone without making a connection- especially after all the drama that went down with his father. Jane was the quintessential nerd that spent way too much time focusing on school and her career rather than relationships thus leaving her a 30 year old virgin.
Jane and Ian were pretty fun to read. Their flirty yet teasing banter with each other brought smiles to my face and I am a sucker for a storyline where the guy is the first to fall. Sure Jane had a surface level crush on Ian in high school- but her mindset when it came to Ian was also kind of stuck there too. She was so focused on who he was then and how they weren't in the same league that she was kind of missing what a fantastic guy he was now and that he clearly and vocally wanted her.
Since this was a shorter story at one point and had been extended to this full length size, I did feel like there were times that the story felt a little repetitive. I was also a little annoyed with Jane at the story arc but I also got it to a degree. On one hand it felt like she was kind of acting unreasonable while on the other I could see myself being hurt when Ian's secrets came to light if I were in her shoes- though I still think she overreacted.
I liked the pace of this story- it moved quickly but it didn't have that rushed feeling. It was sweet and sexy and nicely balanced with the mild drama.
I'm excited for more Haven's Bay after all the little dropped clues and tidbits on Thea's former flame back in their hometown. I can't wait to see how J.H. will bring to life a second chance for these star crossed lovers.
---ALL WE HAVE--- This series is okay if all you want is an easy going, sexy romance novel. I just prefer more depth to books. (see last paragraph)
Jane Matthews left Boston with plans for a relaxing vacation at her friends home in Haven’s Bay, Maine where she'd spent many hours in high school with her friends. As a quiet, shy girl back then dating hadn't been something she experienced and then in college everything became about studying and getting her degree. Changing jobs and moving back home to Boston was a big step but she needed this month to relax before starting her new job. But having Thea's brother suddenly imposing on her plans doesn't set well when he doesn't even remember who she is.
Ian doesn't recognize the woman in his family's Maine home when he arrives, but once he realizes it's his little sister's friend it makes sense, since they were several years younger than him. She wasn't the kind of girl that caught his eye back then anyway since all he was looking for in high school was fun. Now, was a different matter. Seeing her with her glasses and pursed lips had an unexpected librarian fantasy rearing it's head.
With an angry storm brewing outside, and enormous amounts of snow piling up, neither Jane or Ian can leave so it looks like they will be sharing his family's retreat home for the foreseeable future.
It isn't long before Jane is thinking that maybe Ian could help her take care of a small problem she has. There was definitely a level of attraction between them, and it wouldn't mean anything, but Ian had the experience she didn't. All Jane is now interested in is losing her V-card, or at least that's what she tells herself.
Evidently this author thinks we can't remember that high school hadn't been easy for Jane because she felt the need to tell us, repeatedly! Along with other mundane details. In addition, it was beyond frustrating when the book got to what could have been very interesting drama or conflict and the story line would suddenly jump ahead several months, avoiding those issues. I found this to be the case through this entire series. I personally prefer books with more depth and angst.
Having read the other books in the series, I wasn't 100% certain what to expect when it came to Ian's story. I will admit that I had some ideas in my head, but turns out I was completely off the mark. Part of me was expecting Ian to use his billionaire status in some over the top way. Maybe by purchasing Jane's family home or something like that. Or it having to do with Jane's career.
I did enjoy their meet cute at the family home. It seems to be a common theme for the Tate family. You'd think Thea would have given her brother a heads up that one of her good friends was staying there. Maybe it was Thea's way of playing matchmaker.
What Ian was going through was intense, and I can see how that stressed him out. Jane seemed excited about her new job in Boston, but we never really knew much about it, other than her being a professor. It was as though her job was second fiddle to everything Ian was dealing with.
The v-card aspect of the story...I don't know. The way that entire conversation came about was a bit odd in my mind.
Also, I wanted more out of the situation Ian was dealing with. I feel that the suspense element could have really been played up and added something to the story. So I was a bit let down with that part.
At the end of this third book, I still don't have a feeling for all that Haven's Bay has to offer. I try to picture the town, and it just isn't happening. That frustrates me a bit, as I'd like to have this visual in my mind. Plus honestly there wasn't enough time spent in that community.
Now I will say I am very curious to read All We Are! I cannot wait to read Thea's story, and see how that all plays out.
I've been so anxious about this book since I finished the last two from this series. It's been a while since I've read a book from this lady and oh boy, I couldn't have restarted it better. J.H. Croix is brilliant and her books show us just that. She has a sweet and intense writing that will hook you up in a sec. Just go a see for yourself. All We Have is her latest release and it's the third book from the Haven's Bay series. And what a series this has been. I advise you to read it from the beginning. You'll thank me later. This new book explores the lives of Jane and Ian. Ian just needed a week away from everything and everyone. So, what better way to do so than go to his family's vacation home? Bulletproof plan right? Wrong... When he sees the beautiful Jane, he doesn't recognize her right away but when he does, he's speechless. How can his little sister's best friend look like that hot woman... Jane is back home to check her parents' home since they were intent to sell it. She was an invisible girl back in school and super shy, with a crush on her best friend's brother. But how could Ian look at her... Now, they reunited and... Oh my God. What a book this was. I loved it from the beginning till the end. Perfect plot, well written, engaging, and hot. Love every single detail and I wanted to keep reading. Hopefully, we'll have glimpses of them in the next book. What started as a request, soon evolved into something more and... I'm not saying anything more because I refuse to spoil. What I can say is that these two, despite the odds, were perfect for each other. Ups and downs, like every life, takes, but in the end, it all worked out. I loved to have glimpses of Jane when she was younger. It gave us a new perspective on her. Loved every single thing and I can't freaking wait for the next book. Another amazing book JH. You nailed it once again. I voluntarily reviewed an Advance Reader Copy of this book.
Needing to clean her parents house out, and wanting to take a break and get some peace and quiet before she started her new job in Boston, Jane heads to her friend Thea’s family home in Maine. All Ian wanted was to get away from DC and have a quiet vacation. What they both get is a surprise when they realize they’re both going to be staying in the same house. Jane definitely remembers Ian from high school, and although he doesn’t remember her instantly, he quickly realizes who she is. In hs she was the shy, nerdy girl that never allowed herself to crush on anyone, and he was the popular guy that all the girls liked. Now years later she’s crushing on him and it frustrates her. Ian finds her challenging and he loves it, he’s drawn to her. But he’s not looking for anything serious, he’s got a lot of things going in his life and a serious relationship is what he’s trying to avoid. So when Jane offers him her v card, he’s 1- shocked she’s still a virgin and 2- knows he can’t go there with her. But their attraction for each other proves otherwise and soon 1 night turns into a month. Now they’re each several states apart, Ian in DC and Jane in Boston, but they’re trying to make things work. So when a huge secret Ian’s been keeping blows up, Jane doesn’t know what to think. She feels like he’s betrayed her by keeping things from her and thinks she’s more serious about things than him and tells him she needs a break. At times I found Jane irritating, it seemed like everything had to be an argument with her. Even the smallest gesture or favor Ian tried to do, she got pissy. And instead of considering his side of things when things were exposed, she just thought of herself. But I absolutely loved Ian. Even with his secret, his heart was always in the right place. This was a good story and I really enjoyed reading it. I was instantly grabbed by it.
This is book three in The Haven's Bay Holiday series and it is Ian and Jane's story and it is definitely a must read. When Ian needs some time away from the stress of his job and what is happening he decides to go and stay at the family home in Maine so that he can relax and take some time for himself not knowing that his life is about to change. When Jane's friend Thea offers Jane the family home in Maine while she is dealing with her own family home and getting it ready to be sold so that she can go back to her teaching job Jane takes her up on the offer not knowing that she is in for a complete surprise because she is not the only one staying there. The chemistry between Ian and Jane is so strong and intense but they both have secret's but hopefully Ian will be able to help Jane with her little problem and then they will be able to go back to there own lives and have a long distance relationship and everything seems to be going well until everything blows up in there faces completely breaking not only the trust but also there relationship. Will Ian and Jane be able to solve this situation and trust each other so that they can move forward and get the happy ending that they both deserve or is it already to late for them to reconcile their differences. I absolutely loved this book and I read it in one sitting as I couldn't put it down as it was so well written and totally addictive and I can't wait to read the next book in this series.
This was such a fun read, and that's definitely been missing in the books I've been struggling with lately. There's sooo many tropes packed into this one, so everyone can get a little something they perfer, and on top with all the feels and the added suspense? I was just glued to my kindle!
Ian has decided to take some very much needed vacation time, but he never expected it to change his life completely. His sisters best friend, Jane, is suddenly all he can see and he has no idea where this powerhouse or a woman came from, but he knows he needs to hold onto her and never let go. What starts as Jane getting rid of her V card -- on her terms, mind you -- ends up leading them both to the life they always wanted.
As much as I loved Ian, I just adored Jane. I wanted to give her younger self all the hugs and tell her what a badass she'd turn into once she's older. She always had a crush on Ian, but he chased all the popular girls, which was something Jane was not. But now she has his attention and she's determined not to let her heart and hopes up again, but will this be what finally opens up Ian's eyes to what's been in front of him all along?
This was just what I needed -- steamy, packed with feels, a bit suspenseful with some truly laugh out loud moments in between. I just adored this book and this couple!
**I received an ARC of this book and these are my honest opinions **
Friends to Lovers. Jane and Ian have known each other for many years since Jane is Ian's younger sister's best friend. They both end up at Ian's family vacation home stuck in a snow storm. Jane is there to check on the status of her parents' home so it can be sold. She feels funny staying in the house with Ian and tells him she'll go to her parents' home. He says she should stay there since the other house has no power or water and the storm is getting worse. She finally agrees. In the morning, he walks in on her after her shower and sees her mostly without clothes. He can't get the vision out of his head. They have sparks that fly between them at dinner and Jane decides to ask him to help her with her V card problem. He agrees because he doesn't want to keep his hands off her. They end up having a great week and decide to see each other even though it's a commute between Boston and DC. Ian had decided that he was going to relocate to Boston even before Jane but hasn't told her because he's involved as a whistleblower in a financial case that he can't talk about. Will this tear them apart or will they both admit their feelings to each other? I like this series and can't wait for the next book. I received an early copy to read and review. I'm leaving my honest review.
When Ian felt stressful from his work, he decided to take a break and came to stay at his family's house in Heaven's Bay. What he didn't see coming is he will have a housemate. Jane who is a friend of Ian's sister just moved back and she had a free time before her job starts so when Ian's sister suggested her to come to Heaven's Bay and stay at her family's house, she agreed. When Jane realised that Ian will be her housemate for a while, she got an idea to get rid of her virginity before she turns 30 years old. What they thought it to be their holiday fling turns to be so much more.
The story is quite sweet and endearing with Ian helping Jane build her confidence but it also offers some tension from Ian's problem. I think their long distance relationship is one of couple goals. But I feel a little bit disappointed in Jane when Ian's problem is revealed. Oh, I totally understand Jane's reaction but what Ian has been through is huge and I think he did the right thing when he didn't tell her about it. Aside from this hiccup, I think Ian and Jane's love story is very smooth. There is a little bit of sexy, sweet, and angsty combined so you wouldn't feel bored. For me, it definitely is another swoon worthy best friend's brother romance that sets in a small town from J.H. Croix.
I love a good best friend's brother, close proximity, old friends to lovers story. Throw in that she is a twenty something virgin and wants him to help her with this pesky problem and you have a great story. J.H Croix has done an awesome job with this book, and I love it. Ian doesn't recognize Jane because she had changed a lot since he had last seen her, and he is really distracted because of the stress of his job. Now they are both at his family home in Haven's Bay in December with a snowstorm stranding them for a couple days. When they finally go back to their lives with him in DC and her in Boston, will they be able to make the long-distance thing work? He can't tell her anything about the stress his job is causing him, and it is killing him that he is keeping secrets from her. He can't tell anyone, not even his two FBI brothers because of the sensitivity of it. When it all blows up and he can finally tell her, she says they need a break. Will he be able to convince her that she means everything to him and make her see that he couldn't say anything to anyone? What happens when the press starts to hound her?
Jane was the quiet one growing up, always had her nose in a book. Now she is a teacher and moving to a new job, since it doesn't start for a month she is taking a vacation and was told to stay at her friend's vacation house.
Ian was one of the popular kids growing up. He always tried to ignore his sister's friends, so when he goes to the family vacation home, he doesn't recognize the woman who is there. He is almost instantly attracted to her. The way she gives him attitude because he didn't recognize her and the fact that she is not so shy anymore piques his interest. Since she is his sister's friend, he decides she is off limits but can't resist getting a rise out of her.
When he invites her out to dinner before a storm, he doesn't expect her request for help with a personal issue. He refuses at first when he hears the request but finds it hard not to meet her demands. They set ground rules and by the time the vacation is over he is not willing to follow them anymore.
This is only the start of the story and is a good read.
Having read All I Need i've been looking forward to picking up more books in this series! I started looking forward to this third installment. I picked it up and got right back into the Haven's Bay Holiday world! I enjoyed it!
Ian and Jane's journey captured my attention quickly! The one thing Ian wasn't expecting at his family's vacation home in Haven's Bay was Jane, his sister's friend. As circumstances throw these two closer together, will they give into how they feel? I couldn't wait to see how it'd all play out for these two.
I really liked the way Ian and Jane were brought together. I wasn't sure how everything would go for these two which i enjoyed. I couldn't wait to see how they'd handle their feelings. The whole forced proximity aspect and their chemistry was so good! Both Ian and Jane kept my attention throughout.
With All We Have, Ms.Coix has created a good read that will pull you into Haven's Bay and keep you turning the pages! I am so looking forward to the fourth installment, All We Are!
*I volunteered to read and review a copy of this book from Wildfire Marketing Solutions / the author*
This is the third book in the series. I definitely recommend reading the first two to get the full picture but it can be read as a standalone. What are the chances that Thea let’s another of her friends stay at the family home in Maine while another one of her brothers decides to do the same? Things kind of start out a bit rocky between Jade and Ian once they first realize that they were both planning on staying at the house for a few weeks and didn’t plan on company. Right off the bat, it’s clear that Jane had a crush on him back in high school and the he is presently attracted to her. I felt like she was harboring a bit of resentment at first. She was too caught up in the past. I really liked Ian and I felt like Jane was being ridiculous and overreacted. I loved the slow burn chemistry! Even though I’d was a slower pace, I felt the intensity ramp up between them! I’m looking forward to what comes next in this series. I received an Advance Reader Copy of this book from Bad Boy Update and am voluntarily leaving an honest opinion.
Jane is in Haven's Bay to make sure her parent's house is ready for sale and take care of the extra boxes left in the house. Jane is staying at the Tate family home when she is surprised to see Ian Tate show up. Jane seriously crushed on her friend's older brother in high school while Ian was older who didn't really notice his little sister's friends. Ian is in Haven's Bay to get away from the fallout of his being a whistleblower. Ian and Jane's witty banter and hot chemistry lead to the hottest sex in Ian's life and Jane losing her V card. Can Jane and Ian make their relationship work when they must return to their jobs that have them living states apart? How will Jane react when Ian's secret puts her in the spotlight? Will Jane and Ian find their happily ever after? I really enjoyed Ian and Jane's story. I would definitely recommend getting All We Have and the other books in the Haven's Bay Holiday Series. I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout, and I am voluntarily leaving my honest review.
Jane is one of Ian’s sister Thea’s best friends in high school. Back then, he was confident and popular, and she was quiet and focused on her study. Jane moved on to get her PhD. Ian went into financial investment. Years later now, they run into each in Ian’s family house before Christmas and got stuck in the snow storm. Sparks fly. Neither one of them look for a relationship. But they fall for each and continue to date after the holiday. Jane starts a new job in Boston and Ian has his company in DC. Their long-distance relationship goes on for months, until Ian’s whistleblower case blows up. Jane thinks Ian should have told her something about the case and she feels he is not into their relationship as she is. J.H. Croix has a way to write a touchy feely story that put you in the characters’ shoes, to feel their happiness and sadness. The suspense of the whistleblower case adds an additional layer of sophistication to the story. I enjoy the story.
Sadly I didn't enjoy this book as much as books 1 and 2.
Again it started off THE SAME - brother turns up to an empty house in the snow, one of Thea's friends is also at the house. They talk about leaving, are convinced to stay.
I was able to overlook that in book 2, but by the third time it felt old.
Also this book lacked the tension and chemistry that the couples in books 1 and 2 had. I also felt like there were parts of the story missing, it felt disjointed at times and the third act tension/break up just felt unnecessary.
I will still read book 4, because I want to read about Thea and Joe, but I wouldn't recommend All We Have to anyone. Thankfully it was another quick read.
Thanks for the advanced copy Wildfire Marketing, in exchange for my honest feedback. Due to the low rating, I will not be sharing my review on my Bookstagram account
4.5 Stars for All We Have ( Haven’s Bay Holiday Series) Another entertaining visit to Haven Harbor, Maine and this time it’s Jane and Ian’s entertaining journey. Jane and Ian have both escaped their everyday life for a break in Haven Harbor what they didn’t expect was to be housemates. From the moment they meet they share a connection but it’s Jane who remembers him from high school and he has no idea that their paths had crossed before. Neither are looking for a relationship they only want a break but feelings soon come into play and they decide to try a long distance relationship but what happens when Ian’s past comes back to haunt him…… One click to find out. This is a romance about friendships, trust and love, it’s about new beginnings and it’s emotional. All We Have is a great addition to the series and it ticked my boxes.
Best friend Thea lets Jane stay in her empty family home in Haven’s Bay, while Jane is prepping her parents family home for sale. Except it’s not “empty”. Thea’s brother Ian also intends to stay to get away from some work stress. Ian was always popular, Jane was shy and studious. While she is no longer shy, she is now a science professor. As there is a major snow storm, they decide to share the house, as it is plenty large for two people.
Both have some family difficulties, and both feel a certain attraction. “It’s complicated”, fits the relationship they start. Moving story of family, relationships, back story and chemistry. Will keep the reader enthralled as these two work to maintain their relationship – with a little help from friends and family.

It’s so good to be back in Haven’s Bay ❣️there’s just something about this place that warms my heart , we’ll mine and others😍
So Jane and Ian end up at the house at the same time neither knowing the other is going to be there 🙈😂and it’s snowing and while Jane needs to sort her parents house she has to stay where she is at the moment as their house had no utilities ….
Jane and Thea were friends going up and Thea was a very conscientious student and really kept to herself and she was a friend of his little sister so Ian never really took notice of her but things change ….
Jane has a proposal for Ian which blew him away but what cones from is so much more and these two are simply perfect for each other 😍 it was also fun to catch up a little with old friends and I’m so excited to had back sometime to see what the magic of Havens Bay is going to do for Thea and Joe 😍
Thea's Christmas wish... hooking her all her brothers up with her best high school friends.
Jane heads to beautiful Haven's Bay for a Christmas getaway and to get her parent's house ready to sell. The last person she expected to encounter is her friend Thea's older brother, Ian. He's hotter and grumpier than she remembers and well, he doesn't remember her at all. That's a bit of a gut punch to the little crush she had on him.
This is not the somewhat plain, shy girl Ian barely remembers from high school. This Jane is a beautiful, sexy woman rocking a librarian vibe. And Ian suddenly really likes libraries.
Start was a little too close to book one for me but the the story was cute and I enjoyed the little conflict in the background. Good holiday read!
Great story about finding your true love, the one you crushed on when you were younger! 5 holiday stars for this one! Jane is taking a break before starting her new job, and when she's offered the cabin in Maine by her bestie, she jumps at the chance, plus she needs to check in on her parents house so they can put it on the market. What she didn't expect was Ian to show up at the house also. Ian didn't recognize her at first, it's been a long time since he's seen her, but wow, she's even more beautiful now! And he's fighting his attraction to her, until she drops the bomb on him that now he can't get out of his mind! Sit back and enjoy their story, you'll fall in love with it! Another great addition to the Haven's Bay Holiday series!
Jane needs a break before her new job starts. Luckily, her friend Thea offers her family's house in Maine for the holidays. Jane can't wait to relax and unwind in solitude. But then lan shows up. Her friend's brother. The guy who never paid her any attention in high school. And he's also planning on spending time in the house. What's the plan then for these two to get through a winter storm stuck in the same place? This book was very sweet. Jane is hard headed and is holding onto some past resentment towards lan. lan is just trying to figure Jane out so he can make the best of their situation. But being cooped up together leads to some intimate conversations and decisions must be made. Not the spiciest book we've read but a quick sweet read just in time for the holidays!
