Trinity Waters hates the ocean. But when she’s called out of the blue to help her younger sister, the 41-year-old artist exchanges her eclectic Coyote Moon Commune in the Nevada desert for the sunny shores of Cocoa Beach, Florida. But when she arrives, she finds her sister missing.

Falling in with the tall and charismatic single father Evan Bradley and his eight-year-old autistic son, Trinity begins to dig deeper into her sister’s disappearance – and she unearths a secretive story that’s nothing like what her sister told her. She begins to realize that she knows nothing about her family.

As Trinity searches for more clues, a spark begins to simmer between her and Evan – one that gives her a connection to this magical place and makes her momentarily forget her aversion to the sea. She’s curious to dig into this mysterious and sensitive man’s past… but she knows that if she does, he’ll start asking questions too, and she might not be able to answer them.

Can Trinity find the truth behind her missing sister? And will she stumble upon love on the idyllic shores of this seaside paradise?

Brimming with beautiful emotion and poignant themes of family, building a new life, and finding love at the seaside, Summer Shores is a charming summer read that’s perfect for women who love clean romance in picturesque locations. Scroll up and grab your copy now to start reading!

Sucked me in right away. The suspense has got me with Nancy, Trinity’s sister and what she’s doing. Trinity & Evan are finding strong feelings for each other while Allen, Evan’s son loves everyone.

Just what I needed to remind me that summer is not over yet and I still have a bit more time to enjoy some light reading. I enjoyed book one of the Cocoa Beach series - a bit of mystery, a bit of family drama, and a bit of romance to keep me engaged.

Easy quick read. I mean really quick. I am not sure what to think about a 65 page book. Keep me interested and I will read the next.

This is the first book in a new series, Summer Shores, by Ivory Fields. I was not aware of her other series, but will definitely look for it. In this book Trinity receives a phone call from her sister, Nancy, saying she urgently needs her to house sit while she investigates a new job. However, when Trinity arrives there is a note from her sister who has mysteriously already left.
While there, Trinity meets a neighbor who just may be a romantic interest for her in a future book. Another man appears who has a key to the house and Trinity is concerned because Nancy never mentioned this, and she demands the key. Hopefully in the next book a lot of these issues will be addressed. The writing is well done and I look forward to continuing this series.

Book One of this series introduces the reader to the primary characters including Trinity, who travels to Cocoa Beach from Nevada in order to house sit for her sister Nancy who is scheduled to be away for several weeks due to her mysterious job, and Evan, a house painter and single father to Allen who is autistic. Evan and Trinity accidentally meet as he is Nancy’s next door neighbor and they find a mutual attraction. Several mysteries are revealed in this first book which sets up the storyline for the series. There is a cliffhanger at the end of this book.

Trinity has been living in the desert and she gets an emergency call from her sister to housesit in Florida. While there, Trinity starts enjoying the company of the man next door and his young son. Trinity is of a certain age and doesn't think love will every find her.

This is the first book in a continuing series. It's a sweet romance, a growing, unexpected relationship.

I recommend it for romance lovers of all ages.

I received an advance reader copy from the author. This is my honest review.

This is the first time I have read this author. Trinity comes to town to house sit for her sister Nancy. While the circumstances seem a bit mysterious, Trinity agrees. Add in a handsome next door neighbor with his special son, a shady character who “claims to be Nancy’s boyfriend and you have some intrigue.

After almost no contact…surprise Nancy shows up. Can’t wait to see what happens next

Thank you to the author for this ARC. This voluntary review is my honest opinion.

Will the Real Nancy please stand up

Talk about changing personalities and mysteries. Garrett comes out of nowhere refuses to answer questions, Trinity sister knows what's going on without being there, two different personalities of clothing in the closet, and no answers, WOW. This story is one mystery on top of another and keeps you turning pages definite 5 star.

This is a good novel. The family values shine out and the characters are realistic. I enjoyed the lack of course language and sexual scenes. The book was well written and had a good editing job. I highly recommend the series.

Shallow

It took a little while to draw me in and I enjoyed the romance but felt it needed something more. I found it to be a bit shallow.

Very good read. Trinity is house sitting for her younger sister Nancy. Nancy says she is a traveling teachers aid and is being sent on a mission. Trinity uncovers some strange things about Nancy that don’t seem to add up. Nancy’s neighbor Evan and his autistic son Allen are a nice diversion for Trinity. Trinity’s love life is definitely heating up. There is a strange man, Greg, that periodically shows up to cause havoc in her life. Who is Greg really? Ends on a cliffhanger.
