This book outlines the basic real estate development structures, debt options, risks, rewards, challenges & financial analysis behind developing real estate in addition to the technological advances in the field regarding automated services & cryptocurrency/blockchain enabled ways of performing business.

The best part of the book were the concrete examples of where deals went wrong vs deals that went right. More deal analysis would have been useful for this book. Otherwise, it was pretty good
