Holy Hotness! I don't know if it needs to be said, but I'm going to say it anyway. This is a DARK read. It's not grey, it's D-A-R-K. It's also one of my favorite guilty pleasure tropes. Not a trope I'm ashamed of, but one that I'll stand on the rooftops and scream about at the top of my lungs. It's the trope that I continually recommend to everyone I know even if they only like 'sweeet romance'. I'm hoping to corrupt everyone and bring them to the darkside. If any author, and any series, can do it than it's the fabulous Felicity Brandon and her Beauriful Deceit series.

Kade isn't the guy you bring home to meet the family. He isn't even the guy you admit to knowing if you pass him on the street. He is the BAD BOY, and I mean that in every way possible. He's deprave, deranged, disturbed, and delicious. Those are all my favorite D words and they all apply. That doesn't stop Tiffany from being drawn to him in some sort of sick way that feeds into all my fantasies. She can't deny him and the way he makes her feel, any more than I could have put down this book and go to sleep. One tip: don't start this thinking you're going to only read a few chapters and go to bed. You won't. You'll stay up all night and even the massive book hangover won't make you feel bad about the choices you made. No regrets! Unless you count the one about reading the book so fast and now having to wait for the next one.

This is a can't be missed read for all those who love the dark.

Captive of Desire is a continuation of the story given in Captor in the Attic. These are the tales of Kade and Tiffany, and know at the outset that these are dark romances told quite effectively by Felicity Brandon. If you are not a fan of the darker aspects of romance novels, this talented author is not for you. Because of her skill we experience these stories while reading them.

Ms. Brandon takes the reader of these books on quite a harrowing journey of the creation of a submissive by a rather alarming dominant. There’s a bit of a mystery running through these stories and due to the author’s ability to weave an incredible tale, I’m hooked and am looking forward to that mystery being revealed in the next book.

In conclusion let me state that if you’re a fan of dark romance, give this author a try. She will become one of your go-to writers. She never disappoints, always delivering a well written, tight and interesting story. Highly recommended.

This is book 2 of “Beautiful Desire,” and OMG, now that Kade has been able to forcefully encourage Tiffany to live out her secret fantasies, it is still erotically intense. While Tiffany is amazed by her positive reaction to his punishments and demands, she also hates him for coercing her cooperation in these humiliating and demeaning activities. What can she do? Will she be able to escape? How will she feel if she does? Will she miss Kade and his salacious demands? Can she find a way to undo whatever legal implications she might have set in motion? Will she want to?

My over-all emotions were totally entwined with Tiffany’s strong denial and yet secretly acknowledged acceptance of Kade’s insistence on bringing her fantasies to life.

This book is a continuation of the Tiffany’s & Kade’s story from Captor in the Attic. You really need to read this story first to understand the characters dynamics and the horrific beginning of their relationship. This story is full of intense cravings, dark desires, subjugation and contains scenes of domination. Although I found some scenes disturbing I was absorbed and interested in seeing Tiffany fight for respect even though her darkest desires were forced upon her by Kade. It was interesting to see how Kade’s character changed to respond to Tiffany’s needs. This is a disturbing intense dark romance but is worth reading as the characters fight to establish their place in the relationship. The story ends on a cliffhanger and I can’t wait to see how this relationship plays out in the next instalment. I received an ARC for an honest review.

Wonderful 2nd installment of Kade & Tiffany's story.
Once again Ms. Brandon pulled me DEEP into a world of her creation & made me CARE about her characters so much I could not this one down until I finished.
Excellent writing that intensely & relentlessly grips & imprisons the reader with a perfect balance of sizzle, suspense & surprise ~ as only Ms. Brandon is able to do.
And the ending left me with 2 thoughts:
WOW!
WHOA!
And the highest accolade I offer about Ms. Brandon's writing: despite how narcissistic, self-absorbed, self-indulgent, depraved, twisted, blackhearted, lust driven her anti-Hero Kade is, I still have my fingers crossed & my hopes up that both he & Tiffany WILL find a HEA .
I NEED the next installment to see if somehow, someway that will happen. And if anyone is able to do that, Ms. Brandon can.

Captive of Desire by Felicity Brandon is book 2 in the Beautiful Deceit trilogy. It is the continuing story of Kade and Tiffany. He continues to demand things from her and force her to submit to him. She plays the game. But, she has a plan.

Still creepy and absorbing, but the field has changed a bit. Kade is still forceful, a bit insensitive and powerful. You love to loathe him. Tiffany is strong, determined, but confused by her growing feelings. This story ends in a cliffhanger. Ready for the last in the trilogy!!

Oh, the twisted desires that lay in the deepest part of your brain and body brought out by the wickedest of people. Kade is the nightmare of the dark yet the savior Tiffany needs in her life. The only one capable of bringing her innermost desires to light. How is it possible this author takes the most deviant wants and makes them sound, dare I say, almost delightful or ok? Can he tell her what he needs her to know without losing her? I cannot wait to find out.

This series is so amazing, Felicity Brandon out did herself on book two Captive Of Desire. It sure lived up to its title, the characters found a desire in each other that made them feel complete. They did not know what they had been missing until they met and realized how much they fulfilled each other. I found Kade and Tiffany a compelling couple to read about and I can’t wait to read the next book in the series.

What a great second installment of Kade and Tiffany, they certainly keep you on your toes with heart pounding hot sexy scenes as they try to figure out how to navigate this unusual relationship of demanding, degrading and alot of bossiness.

I love the characters and Kade is well he's just Yum and Tiffany has found a whole new side of herself but will it work I can't wait to find out what each of them has planned for one another.

Here we see Tiffany and Kade figure out dynamics of the relationship. And the will she or won't she for Tiffany on what she desires most...freedom or Kade.

Wow! This story is heating up like wildfire. I enjoyed the dark twists and turns that Kade and Tiffany have taken. The magnitude and chemistry of these two characters is off the charts. The degradation is a little rough but it’s not my kind of thing but it sure makes for some hot reading. These two have the magnetizing pull towards each other no matter what the circumstances. This was a fantastic book and I look forward to more dark stories from this author.

The 2nd book in a trilogy and can’t be read as a standalone. In this book we continue Kade & Tiffany's journey in their dark world. What I liked most in this book is that it shows how the situation affects the captor as well, not only his captive. The transformation in Kade's character in this book gives hope to a happy ending. This, however, has to wait till the last book as this one ends in a cliffhanger. A dark read that may not be for everyone but if dark is your thing, you will find much more than you have bargained for.

What a continuation of Tiffany and Kade’s story. I’ll warn you this is a dark book and not for someone who likes romance. Kade gets Tiffany up into the attic and all her fantasies start to come true but not in the way she expected. I stayed up until the early hours as I couldn’t put it down.
