Jessica Gadziala is a USA Today bestselling author who lives in rural New Jersey with her parrots, dogs, and an ever-growing collection of houseplants. A lifelong dreamer, she’s been writing stories since childhood and published her first book in 2015. When not at her desk, she’s usually feeding backyard birds, rewatching crime dramas, period pieces, and 90s supernatural TV shows, or adding to her towering stacks of unread books.
SAVAGE by Caroline Peckham and Susanne Valenti As always with books by the Twisted Sisters, I wish there was more! Caroline and Susanne just gave us a taste of how the Savage King met his Queen and just how much Lame Lionel had him shackled in his dark grasp, and I'm dying to know more. Nevertheless, I really loved the glimpses we get into Merissa and Hail's lives before they meet and how electric their chemistry really was. Seeing a certain baby was just so amazing as well! 4 stars
FIREBALL by Nikki Belaire This was such a steamy and gripping novella! Addie plays the role of our innocent and down-trodden heroine who happens to be in the wrong place at the wrong (read: right) time. Titan plays the ultimate alpha j/p hero--the mafia crime boss who becomes obsessed with Addie as soon as he kidnaps her. I loved the tension and grudging lust that develops between these two as Titan slowly unravels Addie's mistrust. This story made me want to get kidnapped by a hot mafioso who will love and cherish above all else! 4.5 stars
INTO THE FLAMES by Skye Warren Sexy short about two people who yearn for more but are too afraid to reach for it. Their romance progresses a little fast for me, but this is a novella so it's expected. Not bad for my first Skye Warren book. 3.5 stars
A DARK & DIRTY SINNERS MC by Serena Akeroyd This novella consisted of text conversations between various characters and couples from the series--some cute, some steamy, and some with a serious undertone. I haven't read this series, but the men seem a bit light for heroes of a motorcycle club series (I'm used to the dark, brooding and slightly deranged MC heroes). 3 stars
*ARC provided by Valentine PR, and I voluntarily reviewed it*
Not only is this anthology in support of a cause that is incredibly important but it's also a jam-packed collection of short stories, book previews, story excerpts, and a compilation of once published or newly published content. No matter what you're preferences, tastes, tropes or genres, there's something for everyone in this meaty and compelling anthology. So many talents showcased, the voices of 40 passionate authors who bleed their hearts and souls into every word. Authors who are all women- women who are not just passionate about their words but the world around them. The stories themselves are worth the kindle cost, but this is more than just a compilation of addictive, steamy, and compelling stories that showcase the real talents of these authors. This is a quest to support charities that protect the rights of women, a cause that seems extra pertinent to a predominantly female readership of the romance community. This is an act solidary, a statement of rebellion, a storm of passion and energy. Like the unconventional, rule defying and unapologetic stories inside these pages, these authors use their agency to remind us of our own- of the power of our hearts, our minds, our words, our stories.
ƚԋҽ ϝαƈҽσϝϝ - ƈαʅι ɱҽʅʅҽ Eden Finley, a figure skater working toward her Olympic dreams has neither the time nor interest in anything more than the enemies-to-lovers arrangement she has with the playboy hockey star, Hayden King.
Persistent in his pursuit, Hayden is determined to thaw her icy façade.
This teaser of The Faceoff gives us a glimpse into the one-sided and oft tumultuous relationship that’s building in this enemies-to-lovers with benefits story.
I’m anxious to see how their love affair takes shape when we get their full book in November.

Even if there is only one story you like I think buying this Anthology is worth it. Especially since it is for such an important cause. Lucky for me there were multiple stories that I loved. Here are mini reviews of some of my favorites.
The End Game - Anna B. Doe 》 5☆ I love Hayden and Callie so it was amazing to read this extra story about them in the future. This extra happy ending was just perfect. Do recommend reading the book first since this is an extra epilogue!
Arrow & Salem - Saffron A. Kent 》 5☆ This was sooo good. I feel like it's an epilogue or something, but maybe it isn't. This story had so much feel to it and the love argh it was just amazing.
Driven - Sierra Glass 》 5☆ Wow I was not expecting to love this as much as I did. The heroine is the definition of a girl boss and the hero is so supportive. Their chemistry is amazing!! This mafia world sounds so interesting I want to read more about it.
Savage - Caroline Peckham & Susanne Valenti 》 5☆ The sisters will have to turn this in a full length novel because it was so good. If you have read any of the Zodiac Academy series or anything set in Solaria you will want to read this one for extra background info. The characters were so much fun as well, gosh I just need more.
Inheritance - Amelia Wilde 》 4☆ What a cute and emotional short story. It sounds like it might be an extra epilogue.. somehow this author still made the story make sense and made me feel the connection and love between these characters. It also sets the setting for another book.
Clyde + Bear - Jessica Gadziala 》 4☆ This was such a fun MC short story. What I liked best was that the heroine was the one going to save the hero. She was bloodthirsty and that all for love. I love a strong female lead and Clyde was definitely it.
Fireball - Nikki Belaire 》 4☆ This was soo much fun! The heroine is feisty and her bestie is Pete... Pete is her dog omg I love him so much. It's a short mafia romance, which the last lines make it look like it will be turned into a longer story. I liked the characters and their different characteristics.
Into The Flames - Skye Warren 》 4☆ I loved the beginning this was fun super hot even though it was insta attraction I do like how this was done for a short story. Fireman lovers this one is for you!
A lot of my reviews are also available with photo at my Bookstagram: @justmyfantasyworld
“If you do not know of me yet, then let me warn you now, for it will be your last chance to leave. I will let you run from me, Merissa. I will open this door and cast you back to the life you came from if you wish it. But know this. If you choose to stay after I have told you the truth of me, I will never let you go. You will walk willingly into your captivity, because that is what this will be. The moment I laid eyes on you, an obsession awoke, and it will not die. I know that much of myself. I am possessive, and selfish, and I when I lay eyes on something I want, it is never denied me.”
This short story follows Finnegan Ramsay aka Curtains, a side character we have met from the Fallen Men Series.
It was a nice story and I liked getting to know Curtains more as a main character but the short story didn’t quite give what I wanted it to give.
I did like the secret penpals type trope the story had as Curtains is a hacker and formed a friendship with a female hacker but they did not know what the other looked like until they met.
However as soon as they met, it was incredibly insta love even though their online relationship was friendship only and we never got to see it be more than just that. We didn’t see any flirty messages or anything like that so when the time came to them confessing their feelings for one another it just didn’t feel as nice as I had hoped.
I also wish we got to see more of how and when he first joined the MC. It is hinted at but not shown and I would’ve loved to have seen more of that.
This anthology was pretty amazing, featuring some of my go to go authors and it also helped me discover some new authors too! The stories were amazing and I just couldn't put it down until I finished it. For short stories, there is enough of information about the characters, emotion and angst which made me feel connected to them. It was sweet, poignant, heart-rending and a must read! I'm not going to spoil anything but there are so many stories by some great authors and it was definitely an entertaining read!
The best thing about anthologies is you can find both new and old authors you love! And when they are for a good cause, it’s even better!
One particular story I enjoyed was Fireball by Nikki Belaire. She is a favorite of mine and I couldn’t wait to read her story! This story has it all! I love Mafia stories and between that and the wonderful characters, I really enjoyed this story. Addie is a young girl who has had a rough life. Always on her own until one night , her life is changed. Titan sees her and knows he wants her and will do anything, even kidnapping to make her his. But Titan isn’t prepared for the fierceness in Addie. She will fight him until she has nothing left. These two have very steamy chemistry and their interactions at times made me laugh and cry. There were times I laughed and cried. I can see this being made into a full length story too! For a short, quite a bit goes on that packs a punch.
Another story I enjoyed was by a new to me author, Sierra Glass. Her story is called Driven and is a prequel to a new series. It has mafia themes and criminals and is set back in the 70’s. I enjoyed the references back to that time, and can see this being a big hit. The main characters are Owen & Elizabeth, and they have sizzling chemistry! I enjoyed their banter and can see them being a power couple. I definitely recommend this novella!
Wow! These short stories were all fantastic. I couldn’t put them down. I absolutely loved the following short stories: Sandy & Crystal’s. I absolutely loved reading about Bella & Logan again. It makes me want to do a reread. I also loved Anne Malcolm’s. I want more of her story. Seriously, it just ends like that! Lol. I thought Cassandra and Serena’s were a page turner too. I couldn’t stop reading. KL’s. But I need the rest of the story. Jessica’s story…is this the start of a new MC or will he be joining a current one. Giana’s was great. It was great to get how Curtains met Zeus and his love. But what happens next? I loved Pipers story about Harm. It was one of my favorites. And loved the pre story about Duke from Jack. Okay, you get the hint. They are all fantastic stories and I can’t pick a favorite.
This was a short but very promising story... If you are familiar with her "Wyncote Wolves" series, you already know Hayden King... This is the beginning of his story and I can assure you that it is a hell of a tease!!! I just need more of Hayden and his girl!!! Can not wait for the actual story!!! If you are still not familiar with Calli Melle and her hockey romance series, this is a great first taste that will make you craving for more...
Spectacular collection of stories by some pretty awesome authors, donating their stories to worthy and much needed cause. Sadly, this is still an archaic world when it comes to women and their rights to their own body, and the fact that we have taken a large leap backwards is appalling and disgraceful. Thank goodness for wonderful authors like the group in this anthology who use their voice and their writings to draw attention to this plight. Burn by Clarissa Wild was sensational and a wonderful prequel to what is coming. I loved Emilia and Vincenzo's story. It was breathtakingly beautiful. Into the Flames by Skye Warren had Kennedy having a surprise and dangerous encounter with a firefighter, Jax, on Valentine's of all days. Short and passionate story! A Dark & Sinister MC By Serena Akeroyd was a wonderful compilation of text messages between these much loved characters and the women they worship! I still have so many more to read!
Not only is this anthology for an excellent cause, it’s full of fantastic stories. Short, sweet, not so short, steamy, amusing, dark, a touch forbidden, small town, gruff and gritty, this has a little of everything. It’s got authors you know and a few you may not. It’s able to drag you into each author’s creation with little effort and keeps you guessing as to what type of tale may come your way next. I personally loved the potential for future stories in many of these and look forward to delving into a few of the other works from these men and women because why wouldn’t I? Good reads, good cause, good time spent in my book!
This review is for Poison Pen by Dove Cavanaugh King.
Ricki is awesome! She's tough and has a mouth on her. In a male dominant world, she gives the middle finger whenever she can. Things aren't easy for her, but she keeps getting up. I love Ricki, she is another bad B character from Dove this steels your heart. Asher is a sweet guy who has a clear instant protective streak. Even with the banter and the tension, I could sense their chemistry right away. And bonus, if you're a fan of the Castoff Empire series, you'll be excited to see Frankie pop up in this story. This is just the beginning taste of Ricki and Asher's story and I'm so excited to get more.
My Reviews For: -Inheritance By Amelia Wilde (3.8 Stars) A little bonus scene with Charlotte and Mason from the Wealth Trilogy
-Hostile Fates By India Adams (5 Stars) Buckle up for this full throttle look at book one from the MC/Mafia dark romance Steel Stallions MC series that I need to check out! Can this VP catch the mafia princess? Even though it was only two chapters I was highly entertained.
-Laying Low By Cassandra Robbins (5 Stars) Blade and Eve From Lethal return in this steaming hot short. Fans of this series will want this MC extra!
-Burn (Prelude) By Clarissa Wild (5 Stars) This is the prelude/prequel to a new dark RH romance coming soon called sick boys. Meet Emilia who is down on her luck until the mysterious Vincenzo finds her. I can’t wait for more!
-Swan Song By Giana Darling (5 Stars) Get ready to meet our favorite redheaded H4ckr, Finnegan “Curtains” Ramsey before her becomes part of the Fallen MC! This is a short full of action and definitely leaves you wanting more of his story! Originally in Twelve Naught Days Anthology
-A Dark & Sinishter MC By Serena Akeroyd (3.8 Stars) Get a inside look with text msgs between your favorite MC couples within this series.
-Into The Flames By Skye Warren (3.8 Stars) Valentine’s will never be the same after this last one. A super short sweet story.
-Fall Into Me By Willow Winters (4 Stars) A steamy short originally only found on paetreon. Aubrey always had a crush on her friends now ex. Well, he is back in town and Bennet is ready for a second chance at love too…with Aubrey. This is just the beginning for these two in this romance with a unique “ending.”
Hell Hath No Fury is a great box set of books by different authors. This box set has about 2191 pages. These are the authors that have added their Anthology to this box set: Alexandria Bishop :: Amelia Wilde :: Amie Knight :: Anna B. Doe :: Anna Edwards :: Anne Malcom :: Anne Mercier :: Bella Matthews :: BT Urruela :: Cali Melle :: Carly Phillips :: Cassandra Robbins :: Claire Hastings :: Clarissa Wild :: Sandy Alvarez and Crystal Daniels :: Danielle Pearl :: Darcy Rose :: Dee Palmer :: Dove Cavanaugh King :: Eden Summers :: Ella Fields :: Evie Mitchell :: Giana Darling :: Hannah McBride :: India R Adams :: Ivy Fox :: Jack Davenport :: Jenika Snow :: Jessica Gadziala :: Kat T. Masen :: KL Donn :: LP Lovell and Stevie J Cole :: Max Henry :: Nicole Blanchard :: Nikki Belaire :: Piper Davenport :: Sade Rena :: Saffron A. Kent :: Samantha Young :: Sarah Bale :: Serena Akeroyd :: Sierra Glass :: Skye Warren :: Susanne Valenti and Caroline Peckham :: Willow Winters
I wanted to highlight : Swan Song By Giana Darling. I am such a fan of MS. Darling since her first book. This Anthology is about Finnegan “Curtains” Ramsey in the early days before the Fallen MC. I loved it.
So far I have only read Savage by Caroline Peckham and Susanne Valenti which is what drew me to the anthology in the first place as I love the Zodiac Academy Series. I loved this little prequel and the insight it gave to the world before we get to know it in ZA. It was interesting to see the characters for themselves and not from the point of view of the younger characters in ZA and it really helped to get to know them better
I’m making my way through this anthology and I’m loving it so far. It’s so great to be able to have picked it up for authors I already know that I love and then also be able to discover other authors and their stories along the way. And the proceeds go to such an important cause!!!
First off, this anthology is for an amazing cause! That alone made me want to read it. When I found out that Caroline Peckham and Susanne Valenti were doing a Zodiac Academy story for this? Omg I was 100000% sold! I was not disappointed! Savage was amazing and I want more! I've read a couple of the other stories in this collection and, so far, I've noticed a theme... All the women are badass! Considering that the proceeds for this anthology are going towards reproductive rights, I think it's only appropriate that these women are strong and powerful. I can't wait to read more!
This was an entertaining and well written story about a smart, ambitious woman and the man who she did not see coming. Elizabeth and Owen’s story had heat and humor and a fantastic hero who knew what he wanted from the first glance. They had great chemistry and the story somehow felt complete even though it’s a short one. Owen’s jealous and possessive qualities were perfection and I loved how driven he was in his quest for his woman. I’ve enjoyed every book this author has written and this one was no exception.
Inheritance by Amelia Wilde-
This story is a continuation of this author’s Wealth trilogy, which I highly recommend. Mason and Charlotte are such a fantastic couple and I loved seeing the post-HEA. In this short story Mason desks with his fears and Charlotte helps him as only she can. I love that the fire between them still burns strong. This was a great, and hot story.
Hurt Me by Evie Mitchell-
This story was angsty and emotional and introduced a new couple within the Nameless Souls MC world. I’m a huge huge fan on this series and I’m so glad to know that there are more books coming. We are given some bits of information on both Pope and Jules in the previous books, and here we get to see how they come together for the first time. I am looking forward to reading their full length story.
Look But Don’t Touch by Jenika Snow-
Jenika Snow is a queen when it comes to dirty, taboo stories that are well written and full of steam. This was a best friend’s dad story that left me wanting more. The intimate scenes were well written and the angst was well done. I have yet to read a Jenika Snow book that I haven’t enjoyed, and this quick story gets five huge stars from me.
Fireball by Nikki Belair-
This was a fun and entertaining mafia romance that I enjoyed. An overbearing, possessive Hero and a strong yet vulnerable heroine made this story a great one to read. I really enjoyed the push and pull between them at the beginning, and the way Addie challenged Titan all the way through to the end. This was a great, well rounded story with a lot of fun scenes.
Into the Flames by Skye Warren-
This story was full of angst and emotion and was very well written. I loved the whole premise of a lonely girl rescued by a fire fighter. The story was well executed and was equal parts emotional and hot. There were sweet moments and spicy ones and was overall a well balanced and enjoyable story.
This is INCREDIBLE!! Some of the stories I couldn't read yet because they are part of a series or connected. But I cannot wait to. As for the stories I did read, FANTASTIC! This book has such a great purpose and out together buy so many talented and strong women. Could not ask for a better anthology!
Anthologies are the best. I get so much bang for the buck. Numerous talented authors donate their talent to a cause. That allows me to discover new authors. At times I am reminded of authors that, do to no fault of their own, have become buried in my kindle. Even better for me, some of my favorite authors give me a little more of themselves by donating a usually never before read story to give me an author fix.
Two of the contributing authors are Jack and Piper Davenport. Their submission, Harm, is worth eh cost of the anthology. I freaking love a younger man/older woman story. Harm is a member of the Dogs of Fire so I got to satisfy my love for the MC genre. Bryn is a single mom with a difficult ex so I got to hope he got what he deserved by the end of the story. There was hot steamy sex. There was Bryn just being a good mom and Harm valuing her sons and showing them respect. It all added up to a wonderful, feel good read.
We will not be silent. We will not stand down. We are furious. We are the storm.
More than forty of your favorite authors have gotten together to create an anthology where 100% of the proceeds go toward charities fighting for our reproductive rights.
Listed below are all the stories and individual reviews for the ones I've read. I will continue to update them when/if I finish them.
Wicked, The Daughters of Lilith MC by Anne Malcom 5/5 ⭐ 3/5 🌶️
Wowwwww. Just wow. Anne took one of my favorite MC worlds and said "Oh hey, let's add bädäss witches" and it was what paranormal MC dreams are made of. Lilith MC is an all female biker witch coven in the same world as Sons of Templar. Bellona was not only looked over for coven leader after her mother passes, but who her mother chose was her arch rival. On the way home from a meeting with the Sons, Bellona discovers a man unconscious by the river and literally steals him from Death. It gets spicy right before Anne hits us with a "wicked" cliffhanger. I didn't realize a short from an anthology could give you a book hangover, but I'm absolutely suffering from one right now. I need this story and I want it now (in my best Veruca Salt voice).
Dark + Dirty Sinners Bonus Scenes by Serena Akeroyd 4/5 ⭐ 1/5 🌶️
These bonus scenes consist of a set of text messages from each couple, along with one from the guys and one from the posse. Each characters tone shines through so well, they are absolutely hilarious! We get to see the boys pull a prank on the girl's baby shower plans and then the start of the girls' revenge.
Savage: A Zodiac Academy Prequel by Caroline Peckham + Susan Valenti 5/5 ⭐ 3/5 🌶️
PLEASE NOTE: This prequel is chronologically book 0.5, however it contains MASSIVE spoilers for the Zodiac Academy series. It should be read after Cursed Fates, book 5.
This is such a fantastic look into the twin's parents beginning. We start with Merissa competing in the marriage games, get to see how her and Hail find each other and in true Twisted Sister fashion things are about to go crazy and we're left on a cliffhanger... I loved these two together, in the short span we get some fun steam and get to see some fun banter. We also get to see Hamish! (and Lionel, but ew.) I can't wait to get the rest of The Savage King's story.
I’m currently only reviewing Savage: a Zodiac Academy short story by Caroline Peckham & Susanne Valenti due to time constraints, but I look forward to reading more from this. The chance to have a glimpse into the Vegas’ parents eyes is a treat as amazing as buttery bagels with extra magic in the fact that all proceeds from this go to women’s reproductive rights. I applaud all authors & anyone that helped put this anthology together. As a disabled woman, I know the importance of reproductive rights & especially, the repercussions it can have on healthcare & access to medications, particularly those necessary for autoimmune diseases. I’m also tickled pink with the fact even thought the genre of romance is so often not taken seriously &/or ridiculed as not being “real” books or whatever nonsense people say, this is the perfect showcase of the power of the genre of romance, the authors & the readers & how we all can insight powerful change with romance books.
Savage is partly reminiscent of a Hunger Games-esque tournament with Marissa having to take part in the Marriage Trials. You get to see the meeting of the King Vega & his Queen. If you are a fan of Zodiac Academy, you will delight in glimpses of some of your favorite characters’ parents. This was a story I didn’t know I wanted to read but now I am in desperate need for at least a whole book exploring this relationship & their tumultuous history. I was enraptured in learning so much & gaining a better understanding into the complex history that obviously created a world of chaos that begins in The Awakening. I implore the sisters to keep writing because y’all have a gift of wicked entertainment & I applaud & thank y’all dearly.
Massive thanks goes to Wildfire Marketing Solutions for sending me an e-arc, which I voluntarily read & reviewed. All thoughts & opinions are my own:
“The question is; what mark will you have left in your wake, princess of the burning empire?” - Caroline Peckham and Susanne Valenti, Hell Hath No Fury
Good books are great. Good books for important causes are best! And here we have Hell Hath No Fury supporting reproductive rights. 👏🏼
I’ve been waiting to get my hands on this book since Caroline Peckham and Susanne Valenti announced they were writing a Savage King prequel for it 🙀 And let me tell you… it delivers. It so f ing delivers!!!! If you read Zodiac Academic maybe you’re as heartbroken as me thinking of Hail and what was implied. If the twisted sisters do gift us a full book on him, I’m so going to cry 😭

Hell Hath No Fury is a romance anthology with stories from more than 40 authors.
Wicked, The Daughters of Lilith by Anne Malcom This is the start of what promises to be another fascinating tale from this author. Lilith MC is an all female biker witch coven in the same world as Sons of Templar. We got some angst, we got some steam and we got an unexpected cliff hanger. I cant wait for more.
Unreasonable by Anne Mercier I loved this Office Romance. Derrick and Audra had great banter, excellent chemistry. I loved their friends who provided great support and pushed them together in their own way.
Swan Song By Giana Darling Here we got to meet Curtains, our favorite hacker before his Fallen Men days. Although short, the story was action packed and suspenseful and gave us a cameo appearance by a well loved Fallen character.
Headmaster Taurin by Ella Fields A short, steamy secret society tale that I loved. It was angsty and the addition of Headmaster Taurin made it oh so taboo.
Into the Flame by Skye Warren This is a fast paced romance that leaves you wanting more as we meet the quirky stationary designer and the sexy firefighter. It was a cute read and I loved it.
I am a massive fan of Caroline Peckham and Susanne Valenti's books. I've read all of them, so of course I was going to jump at the chance to read Savage and dive more into one of my favorite worlds they have created. I would have read this no matter what, but I love that it is part of a charity anthology for reproductive rights. I'm loving reading all the other included authors' works and making my list of their books to check out. Such a great collection.
