I thoroughly enjoyed reading Diana Catt's story about an investigative reporter, Lila Kincaid, who is shocked by the murder of her dearest friend. I appreciated that when the character, Kincaid, is unable to accept that her twelve-year-old godson is responsible for his mom's death, her response is both personal and professional. The unpredictable twists and turns held my interest to the very end as I followed Kincaid's journey down a rabbit hole of surprising leads and other questionable murders. If you enjoy an unpredictable fast-paced read, then I highly recommend Death Map.
