After finishing ‘The Star’ I didn’t want to let go of Carson, Logan and their friends, so I picked this one up right away. I liked it just as much as I liked ‘The Star’ and a lot of the things that the first book had going for it, this one has going for it as well.
I loved the characters and their relationships. First and foremost of course Logan and Carson. They are such a cute couple and not only share a lot of Sex but also a great friendship and understanding for each other. This book also highlights the friendship between Hayden and Logan and I hope we get to see more of that in the next book. Levi’s story still is an enigma to me, but I’m expecting to learn more about him, if not in ‘The Wicked’ probably in the third book of this series, which will have him as the MMC.
I do have to admit that I’m not a huge fan of the whole brother/sister thing during the smutty scenes and I probably never will, I don’t think that’s overly sexy, but it works for this story.

Just when you finish a book and you think to yourself "wow, this book was so dang good, I wish this author would give us a little more. I just need a teeny tiny bit MORE from these characters because one hit was not enough. I am an addict now." The author listens and GIVES.
This book was short, sweet, sext, hot and right to the point. Carson, Logan, mom, dad, Hayden and Levi went on vacation and what does this family do on vacation? They get...crazym sexy, cool thats what.
I haven't stopped thinking about that boat scene I will tell you that right now. Do you want to know why? Here is a little tease: "Show them how good you take it.” Well...what do you think happens????

The smut scenes that the author probably planned as steaming hot and shocking are in reality coming out of nowhere and are comically weird 🤷🏼♀️
Plus i hate the fact that the heroine apparently became BETTER friends with Hayden than the hero was ever with Hayden. And we got no reason whatsoever for this miraculous friendship 😂 she was afraid of him previous book and he despised her and now they're thick as thieves 🤡🆘

I hadn’t realized how much I missed Carson and Logan until reading this novella. It was truly everything I needed since reading The Star. This ending to their story had me pretty invested (even though it’s short). Rosie can write some of the best spice i’ve read in quite awhile and I can’t wait to read Hayden and Levi’s books next.
In this novella, we got a glimpse of Haydens story and his life and it makes me all the more excited to read his book next.

Going back into Logan and Carson’s world was intoxicating. Learning more about each other and the love they share made my heart full. Finding closure, new adventures, discovering different parts of themselves, building onto their growing relationships. Reading this has made me even more excited about Hayden’s and Levi’s stories. Their connection to Logan and Carson is completely organic and feels natural. I almost forgot how much I love Carson’s character. He knows what he wants and goes for it. Logan might have a tough exterior, but she shows her love by how she effortlessly and genuinely cares for Sara and by the way she looks at Carson. Like he’s all she needs to keep going in life.
“I will never hurt her,” Carson states firmly, his back going straight. I rub my thumb on his, reminding him I’m here and it’s okay. “She is everything to me,” Carson says, looking at me. “I will protect her until the day I die.”
“Logan has her hood up, walking ahead of us with her shoulders slumped forward because she has a headache and said Levi’s voice is “like a cheese grater on her brain.”
“I sit up to look at him. “Who are you and what have you done with my angry boyfriend?” He laughs, cupping my chin. “I’ve always been rational. You’re just obsessed with my toxic parts.” I roll my eyes. “Oh, okay.”

Rosie 𝗙*𝗖𝗞𝗜𝗡𝗚 Alice is 𝗔𝗛-𝗙*𝗖𝗞𝗜𝗡𝗚-𝗠𝗔𝗭𝗜𝗡𝗚 and her storytelling is *𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗳 𝗸𝗶𝘀𝘀*!
𝗣𝗮𝗿𝗮𝗱𝗶𝘀𝗲 (𝗦𝗶𝗻𝗳𝘂𝗹 #𝟭.𝟱) was a sensationally addictive and totally 𝗦𝗠𝗨𝗧-worthy novella that had me blushing all over (if you know what I mean *𝘄𝗶𝗻𝗸*). I missed Logan and Carson so much already and it was amazing getting to jump back into their world so soon after we first left them (and of course we can't forget the guys; Hayden and Levi). The chemistry between these two set my soul aflame and left me panting *𝗹𝗶𝗸𝗲 𝗮 𝗱𝗼𝗴 𝗶𝗻 𝗵𝗲𝗮𝘁*. We got some 𝗘𝗫𝗧𝗥𝗔 spicy scenes (𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝗶𝗻𝘃𝗼𝗹𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮...𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗱𝗶𝗱𝗻'𝘁 𝗥𝗘𝗔𝗟𝗟𝗬 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗸 𝗜 𝘄𝗮𝘀 𝗴𝗼𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗼 𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗶𝗹 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗳𝘂𝗻...𝗻𝗼𝘄 𝗱𝗶𝗱 𝘆𝗼𝘂?!) and some really sweet moments too!
All around, it was the perfect summertime read and Rosie Alice even gives her readers a little taste of what's to come with Hayden and Levi (let's just say a ton of mischief that is for sure). I am so 𝗙*𝗖𝗞𝗜𝗡𝗚 ready for Daddy Hayden to have his time to 𝗦𝗛𝗜𝗡𝗘 (although let's be honest...he already loves to steal the spotlight) and I just know it is going to be well worth the wait!

I will start by saying this book is VERY spicy. You definitely get some of the answers we were waiting for at the end of The Star, but it’s all in the context of some extremely graphic (and delicious) spice. So you’ve been warned. Book will give you all the 😺🦋
This novella starts 7 months after the end of The Star and primarily takes place in Hawaii. It’s the perfect summer-time read as I too was at the beach and it just made it that much more of an amazing read!

Yet again Rosie Alice has done it. But with like 10 times more smut. I missed Carson and Logan and let me tell you this book had me laughing and then made me hot all in like one chapter so I’m major mixed emotions in the best way! I’m waiting impatiently for Hayden’s book now.

🥵 This was a very quick read with a barely-there plot, but I came for the spice and was not disappointed. I still always find Rosie Alice’s books to be kind of juvenile, though the way she writes spice keeps me coming back for more. Paradise takes place a few months after The Star, and follows Logan and Carson as they take a family vacation to Hawaii. Of course, their best buds Hayden and Levi also come along for the fun. The side characters are just as adorable as I remember, and I look forward to hopefully learning more about them as the series continues.

A great novella to wrap the story up!
This was a great wrap up for the story and really helped make it feel complete! I’m a huge fan of RH, so was all about that sharing scene with the boys, it just brings a newer level of intimacy to their family dynamic, loved it. I’d be all for a ménage or swingers scene with all of them. Hopefully we’ll get Hayden’s story soon.

This novella came at just the right time. Perfect summer read and gets us ready for Hayden’s story. Also loved the connection to Nightmare. You definitely need to start with The Star to learn about Logan and the boys prior to reading this. I’ll always have a soft spot for Carson and Logan and their crazy connection. Rosie has written some very emotionally mature young adults and I really appreciate that; it's a breath of fresh air from other high school romance novels where the MCs just do dumb shit and jump to stupid conclusions so this series has been *chef's kiss* so far.
I'm so excited for the rest of this series. Someone please inject Hayden's book into my veins 💉💉💉

I absolutely needed this novella! We got to see how Logan an Carson progressed in their relationship, aswell as Lo's friendships with the boys. So far everything seems pretty amazing for the couple , an I'm really excited to see whats next in the series & what Rosie has in store for us when it comes to Mayhem & Mischief (see what I did there ? I absolutely needed this novella! We got to see how Logan an Carson progressed in their relationship, aswell as Lo's friendships with the boys. So far everything seems pretty amazing for the couple , an I'm really excited to see whats next in the series & what Rosie has in store for us when it comes to Mayhem & Mischief (see what I did there ? Heh.)

I was so happy to get more Logan and Carson content, but there was a little toooo much lovey dovey chat for me in this one unfortunately. No hate at all as I should have known going in since they are already a couple, but it just wasn’t for me.
The spice however, top notch as always 🤌🏼 THE BOAT SCENE 🥵

Lots of praise too which i’m absolutely here for.
After the boat scene is also perfection, I wouldn’t mind spending some time with Carson Briar you know 👀

Basically smut while on vacation. I enjoyed The Star so I was curious about this book. I usually don’t read novellas in series, but figured why not? This book is pretty much all smut with a sprinkle of plot. We get to see all our characters from The Star and get a resolution to some of the events in the first book. Then everyone heads to Hawaii while the main characters have sex at every opportunity. I’m not mad about it although I found myself skimming through some of the scenes do to the repetitiveness of them. The boat scene was fun though. I’m excited about Hayden’s story in the next book. We do get a little dusting of him in this book and I want more!

Hi Friends, let me tell you about this book I just read. What better way to bridge Carson and Hayden’s stories than a family vacation in Hawaii? I absolutely love this group of characters, their interactions and love for each other makes me want the story to go on and on and on! We get to learn more about Hayden and Levi making me soooo excited for their upcoming stories set to release next year. This novella was so spicy and sugary sweet which is a perfect combination for Logan and Carson, as that is their whole vibe and I AM HERE FOR IT ♥︎

I know I just finished The Star, but I was sooo happy to be reunited with these characters. Paradise was a sweet and steamy short, but I could've kept reading when it came to Carson and Logan. I loved seeing everyone's relationship grow and evolve, especially Logan with Levi and Hayden. I'm going to be forever anxious for both of their stories.

Paradise was straight up spice. I mean the author did tell us that so I knew what I was getting into. We did a have a bit of plot: Gary and Sara got back together and we learned about Hayden’s family dynamics. Carson and Logan are still happily together. Honey the group scene that wasn’t a real group scene but more of a watch party was 🥵! And we almost lost Levi, he gave us a freight but he’s good. We all need a good more smutty/spice than plot book in our lives from time to time and this is perfect!

This novella was the extra little bit of Carson and Logan that we all needed. This is meant to be read after The Star. It was funny, sweet and spicy. It will definitely answer questions you might’ve had after finishing The Star regarding the parents. It was the perfect end of summer read and Rosie Alice even gives her readers a little taste of what's to come with Hayden and Levi.
