Thoroughly enjoyed this novella. Short but spicy hot and well written.
I think I am going to need a name chart soon to keep up with all the characters…lol. But I love that the stories intermingle and can’t wait to read the books she writes with Nichole Rose.

This was a super cute read! Maddie is opening a bookstore with her friend, Allie. Allie's brother, Fischer, turns out to be Maddie's neighbor. They meet one night when she accidentally steals his dinner and sparks fly.
I love how this didn't end the second they got together! Loni Ree is quickly becoming a favorite novella author of mine!

Boring.
Three very generous stars.
I was disappointed in this book after reading another in the series and really enjoying it. I thought it was absolutely boring. There wasn’t really any story and there was zero conflict. They basically got together on page 1 and we’re happily together from that moment on. Let there be SOME back and forth. Some kind of conflict, I beg of you.
Besides the story being a dud, Maddie was bossy and annoying.
The story was super choppy jumping around all over the place.
I might try another Nichole Rose or Loni Nichole book in this series but I won’t be trying another Loni Ree on its own. I think this is the second book I’ve read of hers and have had very similar issues with.

My reviews always contain spoilers, I write them so I can remember the story.
The little thief steals his dinner then his heart. How was Maddie to know the bag of takeout on her doorstep wasn’t hers but her new neighbors. Who just happened to also be her business partners older brother. Fischer falls instantly in love with Maddie, they have funny banter and he ask her out. But work keeps them both crazy busy, he’s a lawyer and she and her bestie, Fischer’s sister Allie own Gatsby Books in Silver Spoon Falls and are getting ready for their grand opening. After days of missing each other Fischer comes home early and surprises Maddie with their long overdue date. After the date they end up at his place and have their first time together, she’s a virgin no mention of his history. Sweet sexy times and both say I love you. When the store’s previous owner shows up drunk and scares Maddie Fischer hires her a body guard to be at the store with her and Allie. He also goes with his boss to scare the previous owner into staying away from them. Maddie’s surprised by the bodyguard but Fischer tells her he loves her and proposes. They get married soon after and on their wedding day Maddie tells him he’s going to be a daddy. Epilogue two years later with a baby boy and Maddie pregnant again and more kids years later.

quick(ish) Review
I needed pure fluff and I picked this up. It’s just ok because maybe I need fluff with just a little more actual story than this. It’s so insta, and no build to any connection between the MCs that I was left feeling meh and wanting to skim a novella which is never a good sign. But I believe in giving anything at least three tries I wouldn’t rule out another book in this series.

WOW!! Fab*u*lous Absolutely love this one!! I couldn't put this one down. This was a nice quick, short read.
Fischer and Maddie met after she takes the food that was delivered to her apartment door and starts to eat it. Maddie thinks that her best friend and business partner Allie ordered food for her so she goes into her apartment and doesn't look at the receipt. Fischer comes knocking on her door asking Maddie if she enjoyed his dinner. Maddie feels horrible for eating Fischer's dinner, and offers to order him dinner. Fischer doesn't want Maddie to order dinner then asks her if she'll have dinner with him tomorrow. Fischer goes back to his apartment and makes a peanut butter and jelly sandwich, then his sister Allie Allie's Enforcer calls him wanting to know when he's coming by to see her new book store. Maddie came to SSF a few months ago to open a new book store with her best friend Allie. The next day when Maddie gets to the book store she tries to figure out a way to tell her best friend that she met her brother Fischer and they have a date. Soon there's a knock on the door, and Allie tells Maddie that her brother finally came to see her. When Fischer sees Maddie he tells her this was a pleasant surprise and Allie asks them if they know one another. Fischer tells Allie that Maddie is his neighbor and she stole his delivery last night. Maddie lets Allie know that she didn't know it wasn't her food and just forgot to tell her. When Maddie finally leaves the book store she has a migraine coming on, she makes it to Fischer's door. When Fischer answers he asks Maddie what wrong. Fischer takes Maddie into her apartment gets her medicine and locks her door before he leaves. Over the next few days Fischer and Maddie pass one another but they don't have anytime for a date. Fischer goes to his boss Jude "Fifth" The Lawyer and asks him for a favor. Fischer gets some vacation time so that he can woo Maddie. When Maddie gets home Fischer asks her to have dinner and see a movie with him, then he kisses her. Maddie has been working on getting the book store ready for the grand opening while Fischer has had lots of criminal cases piled on his desk. One the way to the movies Fischer notices that Maddie is nervous and he tells her not to be. Maddie tells Fischer that she's never done this before and he tells her that's good. When they leave the movie theater Maddie tells Fischer she doesn't want the night to end. Fischer wants to make sure that Maddie is ready to take their relationship to the next level. Maddie tells him that she's ready, Fischer takes her to his apartment. Fischer pleasures her then Maddie pleasures him then they make love. Fischer tells her he loves her and Maddie tells him she loves him. The next day when Maddie leaves the book store Fischer is waiting in the lobby for her. Fischer takes care of Maddie by giving her a bath and letting her relax. When Saturday comes Maddie doesn't have anymore discomfort, she slips out of bed to take a shower leaving Fischer sleeping. Fischer comes and joins her in the shower, Maddie tells him she was letting him sleep in. Fischer helps Maddie wash up then makes her breakfast. Maddie and Fischer arrive at the grand opening for the book store just a few minutes before they are expected to open. When they open the doors to the New Gatsby's book store it fills with customers. Fischer and Allie's family comes and she introduces Maddie to their parents Libby and Mitchell MacKenzie. Fischer kisses Maddie in front of his parents and she tells him he shouldn't do that in front of his parents. Fischer, Maddie, Allie, Libby and Mitchell all go out to the steakhouse to celebrate the grand opening being successful. Over the next few weeks Maddie's things start migrating into Fischer's apartment, and he asks her to move in. Maddie tells Fischer she has a lease and doesn't want to get sued by her landlord. Fischer tells Maddie he knows the landlord and will talk to him. Fischer is able to get Maddie out of her lease and tells her he'll help her move in on the weekend. Maddie and Allie decide they need to hire some employees since they're stretching themselves thin. Things are going great until a customer comes in asking to talk to the manager. Maddie comes out to find an upset man who tells her she stole his store. Maddie tells the man she and her business partner bought the store from the bank. The man thinks they stole the store from him and soon the Sheriff comes walking in. Sheriff Armstrong arrests the man and takes him to jail. Fischer comes racing to the store because he heard about what happened, and promises the man will stay away from her and her store. Fischer heads to the man's home with Jude to talk some sense into him. After Fischer leaves the man's home Jude suggests he get a restraining order filled out with Maddie and Allie with the sheriff. The next day Fischer asks Maddie to marry him and she tells him yes. A few days later the sheriff stops by and lets everyone know the man left town. A few weeks later Fischer and Maddie have their wedding at his parent's backyard. After the wedding Maddie tells Fischer that she's pregnant, and he needs the help of his father and uncle to help him stay standing. Fischer and Maddie head to Houston for a few days for their honeymoon. When they return to SSF they start looking for a house, but don't find one that fits. They end up buying property and have Rafe The Architect design their home. For the next three months Maddie has morning sickness, and the fourth month is worse. Maddie is told by her doctor that she needs to cut back on her work hours. Maddie and Allie hire another employee so that she can cut back on her work hours. By the fifth months Maddie morning sickness starts to ease up. Two years later, they have a one year old son Charlie and Maddie is pregnant but doesn't want to tell Fischer just yet. With Loni Ree you are guaranteed a light, sweet, fluffy, romance that will sweep you off your feet and take you to the clouds (where my head usually dwells).
First things first,
Like all Loni Ree books this is safe, no cheating, HEA, faithful MC's, insta love, OTT Alpha hero, sweet heroine, low angst.
Fischer our Hero is not a man whore I think (his past was not mentioned). I am not sure about him really, he gives me the impression that he does not go for women when the mood strikes him and his family pushes him to go out with women but he avoids that. When his dad meets Maddie, he pulls Fischer to the side to say that he wants to make sure he is not just messing with her, to which he replies that he is in love with her. His dad laughs and says that is what happens when the Mckenzie men meet the right woman, they fall hard and fast. If the dad suggested that, then he may have done that many times before, So I am not sure if he had heeps of women he's slept with or not. I prefer to think that he is not a manwhore.
He is for a fact fallen for our Maddie the second he sees her and his love and lust only blooms and he only has eyes for her and I LOVE that!
Our h is a virgin, shy but blossoms for our hero during the sex scenes (she learned everything through all the dirty books she reads) ;D She is sweet and sassy and is smitten with Fischer, falling in love with him at first sight and it is all new to her.
This is a fast, light, low angst read that I love and I am already excited for the rest of the series!
I do hope that it is clear for the rest of the heroes in the following books, that they are celibate, virgins, or at the very least not manwhores, or former manwhores. Just a hopeful thought...

This book had so many vibes going on that I couldn't help but love it! I loved the storyline and how the main characters were linked and the connection they had was just what you need from a good romance story. Both main characters were so well written that you couldn't help but love them and for me personally I couldn't really find anything to dislike about them, which was a bonus! Even though this book, I think, would be classed as a short story or novella I found that I didn't get that feeling... to me this was a complete romance, with nothing left out or forgotten and it didn't feel rushed as it was drawn out in a way that allowed you to experience the whole story between these two characters. Saying that I liked that it wasn't a storyline that went on for too long, it was just the right amount of romance goodness that you can quite happily read and still get that satisfied feeling at the end of the story. I cannot wait to read more in the series!!

Who knew stealing someone’s dinner could lead to the love of your life? That’s what happens for Maddie and Fischer. These fantastic characters discover each other over a dinner delivery mixup. His little thief not only stole his dinner but also his heart from the moment he meets her. It’s an instalove romance with heaps of scorching steam and plenty of sweet. I loved experiencing these two falling deeper in love. I enjoyed how Fischer takes care of even the little things, like being afraid to ride in an elevator. I definitely recommend reading this romance. It’s enjoyable from start to finish with enough drama to make a great story but none of it between our couple in love.

Oh this one was super sweet and packed full of Loni Ree’s signature insta love! If you are looking for something light and fluffy with an HEA guaranteed, you should definitely pick up this book asap! Maddie & Fischer had such a loving relationship, and their characters just gave off such a warm and welcoming vibes. I loved them so much, and I especially enjoyed getting to see characters Fischer & his sister are related to from The Sweet Beginnings Series and The Mackenzie Family bundle.
This was such a fun and fast story to read, and I can’t wait to see more from Silver Spoon falls universe. Thank you Loni Ree and Nichole Rose for creating these lighthearted and steamy connected stories!

Cute but also steamy instalove story.
I really liked this short love story. It was sweet, entertaining, and enjoyable. The characters were cute and likable. Fischer was the absolute best and he was totally my favorite. Maddie and her friend Allie were opening a book store together. Maddie and Fischer met after she “stole” his dinner. His reaction changed very quickly once he got a look at his “thief”. There were several interactions between them that made me smile. I loved their happily ever after. I recommend reading this book.

Lucky for her, her best friend ordered her something and it's sitting in front of her door when she gets home. Or did she? Meeting her new neighbor and realizing it's her friend's brother, doesn't keep her from drooling over him and Fisher feels the same way.

Seemed like a cute premise with some spice. What I got was so much cringe-worthy cheese. When it says insta-love, think Disney princess in the 1950’s instalove. The author kept having Fischer repeat ‘my girl’ and ‘luscious body’ what felt like every page when it was his POV. And the phrases ‘little woman’ and ‘honest woman’ were actually used. What century are we in? The only reason I finished this novella is so I could review it.

Absolutely loved this awesome from the amazing Loni Ree. I love heading back to Silver Spoons, and you will fall in love with Maddie and Fischer's story. These two definitely were made for each other and another great edition to the couples group, their really is something in the water of Silver Spoon Falls.

Not my type of book. 2.5 ⭐️ I love novellas and insta love but this book had zero tension or character development. No real cute quotes or tension.
It's just her meeting her best friend's brother and they falling in love right away, no climax and little spice. Fast and safe read tho. If fast, plain and simple doesn't bother you, go for it.

I didn't believe it. Instalove has to have on-page chemistry to work, and the descriptions in this one fly by wayyy too quick for the trope to work. In my opinion, I feel like it's a writing issue, but just in case it's just me, I'll add a star. It was readable, I finished it, I just won't be continuing in this world.

I love this world that Loni Ree has woven. The characters are always so great and this book added more to that list. Maddie and Fischer were amazing and over the top fright off the bat. I love how hard all of these men fall for their ladies. Great story.
