Take time for yourself and love on you. Auntie Tab shared her soul with these thought-provoking prompts that will assist you in finding your true self. While I read through the entire book and didn’t journal it did bring my self-sabotage to the forefront.

Such a feel good for your soul read! This is a journal! Tabithia Brown ask question throughout the book to help you find things in your life that motivate and inspire you to conquer goals. I especially love her catchphrase she uses throughout this journal , "because that your business". She uses this in reference to you finding your drive to help you accomplish your tasks and goals. Also, saying goodbye to relationships, jobs and bad habits that are no longer swerving you! Enjoyed reading it !

Cathy R. Brown is alway happy and willing to share.
Yet something is missing. She did not seem to really want to talk about Jesus like a person in her position. So much she could have said, but did not. I looked her up and all I could find was live podcasts. That sounds good but it seemed to me, at times, that she was off, not really wanting to get into deed Christian teaching. She sounds more like a motivational speaker, probably because she does’t know much about the Bible. Just my take on things. Sorry Tabitha but you don’t seem to be doing what you do for the right reasons. I think you like the attention more than anything else other than the money.🤔 It is obvious that you do want to be seen, loved and heard!!!!!!
