This is a really engaging book for young readers, with great photos accompanying clear, digestible, and interesting text. It covers all the key points about how different animal species communicate with sound, touch, smell, and sight - and also has some really interesting tidbits I hadn't heard before (like the fact that gorillas hum or sing when they're eating something they really like!) Short text packed with info but very accessible. Recommend for schools, libraries, and kids who love animals.
