The Fire Between Us

Fiery Hot
First book I have read by this author. I enjoyed it very much. Two hot headed fiery women meet and sparks fly. One a young cage fighter. The other a older CEO and one of the richest women in the world. Both came from very hard times. But made it.

Exciting, Hot and Sexy!
The story of a young UFC fighter and an older company exec, who meet but have different opinions. What starts out as a way to get revenge on each other turns into something that both can not control. Lots of twists and turns which lead to a enjoyable ending.

Um pouco aleatório sei lá... duas páginas após se odiarem elas já se amam. Ate ai, tudo bem...
Mas tem coisas que não encaixam tipo 'vamos ter um date se vista bem e me encontre no orfanato só pra mostrar como sou legal com crianças e uso meu dinheiro pra cuidar delas', nitidamente BEM forçado... aí uma das MC chega lá toda vestida pro date gostosona (a outra MC insistiu pra ela se vestir bem) brinca com as crianças, é adorável e elas voltam pra casa pq MC que chamou pro date quer se vestir melhor... que
Aqui eu quase desisti pq forçou, as mcs moram juntas. Vai lá, fica com as crianças, volta pra casa, se troca, pega a sua garota e leva pra sair que nem gente pensante. Quase parei de ler aqui! Porém continuei mas não muito... aquela bobagem de lap dance/sei la na frente das amigas foi o final pra mim.
Eu li outro da escritora e não era tão ruim assim, não tão bom... Acho que ela potencial, mas só vou ler os futuros que tende a melhorar... pq os antigos, jamais

great concept/lack luster execution
I really wanted to like this and I did on occasion but it just missed the mark. I don’t think this is the authors fault tho because many of my issues are grammatical and continuity issues which an editor should have caught. I’ve read other books by the same author and liked them. Still the concept was great, the spice was hot and the angst was all there!

Great read!
This book was in my recommendations and I decided to give it a shot. I was not disappointed. I enjoyed the crazy relationship between the MC's. I wish the steamy scenes had a bit more details but the overall picture that the author created was amazing. I also found a new band to listen to thanks for that. Can't wait read other books by this author.

really good book
I really enjoyed this book. Interesting story line and 2 main characters don’t seem to fit but somehow it seems right that they do. Can’t wait to read more by this author.

This was a really good book! I love the creativity of this author and it’s nice to see lesbians that don’t lead back to sleeping with a man somewhere in between. It’s also nice to see us have a happy ending

Fast paced basic lesbian enemies to lovers trope with an age difference. Both MC went and fell in love in about 8 days. Loved the different type of character that was showed. The rest was meh. Really a fast read if anyone needs to pass free time.

Why was this book so GOOD likeee, it had me giggling, gasping and sweating lmao. I don't know why I loved it hahaha, beside some grammatical error in dialogue order, the story was really good and captivating.

Great intense read.. the 2 MCs were strong and passionate with great chemistry. The storyline moves very quickly but just staying in the context of the story it makes for a hot and ultimately a sweet story!

No, just no.
Between the robotic conversations, the weird af descriptions and the most Y/N sounding character to possibly exist I literally just could not continue with this.
In saying that, I did get a nice laugh out of some of the oddest descriptions ever so it had that going for it.

The dialogue in this book made them sound like robots, and the enemies to lovers transition was a bit poorly executed to me. And the grammatical errors!!! What was the editor doing!!!!
