I think we all want to do our bit for the planet in any little way we can. Public consciousness is becoming more subtly aware of our need to change and this book is a perfect step in that direction! It’s a book that should be on every bookshelf.

It’s perfectly informative, succinct and easy. It has plenty of tips and tricks, informative segments and all without being preachy or forceful. You can implement many of these effortlessly into your every day life with some points to strive towards or keep in mind.

It’s not too over facing either and makes you feel like you can really make a difference. Being a few single people trying to make a change can feel like it’s a drop in the ocean and not enough to make a real impact, but this book will certainly change your views.

It’s really well written and I love the concept of this book as I certainly do feel climate change anxiety and often feel powerless to make a difference. After finishing the book it made me feel much more positive about the things I could do and the little steps I could take to feel like I could do something about it.

It has handy links to direct you to more information, some great illustrations and non nonsense information. A great book on sustainability!

Thank you to the author and publisher for this book on NetGalley in return for my honest thoughts and review.

Really love this book. Its so practical, very empathetic to people's situation and full of helpful tips for a more sustainable life. Its the the first 'eco' book that hasn't made me panic, and that makes me feel like I am doing some things right already, and that there is more I can do quite easily. It will also feed into my practice as a coach with an interest in climate change and climate change anxiety.

I don’t know what this book is made of, but it feels rough to the touch and it caused an allergic reaction. The content was ok - I didn’t learn anything new but I liked that tips were split into 3 categories of eco friendliness levels which feels more forgiving and an easier transition. I would give it more stars but I really disliked the weird material used for the cover.
