From conventions to famous monuments, and all the hotels in between, it turned into a trip I wouldn’t soon forget.

So when a bully appears and tried to steal our happiness, I knew it was time to take a stand—even if that meant singing on a stage. My secret dreams were at my fingertips, I just have to be brave enough to grab them.

This is a why choose novel, meaning the main female character doesn't have to choose between love interests. This is an adult romance and intended for readers 18+ due to language and content. This series contains MM. Books 1 and 2 must be read first.

So cute! This is just a fun little RH ( with ⚔️) story that makes you feel good. Super fun and spicy Novella following the Tattooed hearts duet and I love that Kris has spin-offs so we get to not only see more of this quad but also her friend Darcie ( a darker story)

In Open Road we join Lennox, Thane, Slade and Simon on a road trip! I won't say too much about what they get up to but a little mayhem does occur and lets not forget the saucy scenes. Kris Butler has a way with words and creating such beautifully written stories. I love the worlds she creates and she truly is a talented author. I can’t wait for the next book with Lennox.

Open Road: A Tattoed Heart Novella by Kris Butler as it's rightfully called is a short but satisfying book. It follows the road trip of Lennox and her three men: Slade, Simmons, and Zane after they receiving a surprise letter. This may be a short story, but Kris makes sure it is filled with spice, drama, laughs, and keeps you hooked to till the end. I also loved how Open Road answered some of the questions I still had from the duet. It makes you need and want cameos of these four in future books.

Noxy-girls novella 💙
Kris has managed to create a super-satisfying short story here providing us with the next instalment of Lennox’s journey 🥰
After a surprise letter Lennox convinces Slade, Simon and Zane that a road trip is in order, what’s more is Simon finds a competition that offers them all a chance to find their creative freedom and potentially what they want to do with their future 😄 although all is definitely not plain sailing when it comes to this competition 🙈
When a wild opportunity is presented to Lemon-drop, entirely separate from the competition, she’d be daft not to take it and her men really come through - I love the positions they assigned themselves and how they did it 😂
Kris has managed to pack drama, heat and intrigue (🔥🔥🔥🔥), along with bonds mended and made, in this novella and provide a fulfilling closure to some of the life questions raised in this book! There’s a real sense of them coming together as family unit 😍 although I believe this is the end to books solely focused on Peach and her men I look forward to her cameos in other series 😁

Open Road was such a fun read I was sad I read it so fast! The competition aspect was a fresh change to others I’ve read, the trip the fun, the drama!! This novella was hot HOT hot from chapter 1! Slade & Simon are too cute and them with Lennox in the middle mmmm!! Zane is my low key favorite of the guys because he’s so thoughtful and sweet!

Like always Kris has given us another amazing story!! 10/10

This book was such a cute and steamy read!! Lennox and her men truly find themselves on this journey and the author makes you feel as if you are right there with them. I laughed, cried, swooned and wanted to get punchy at one point lol and absolutely loved it! I could not put this book down. Highly recommend this book!

Lennox and the guys are back. Make sure to read the tattooed hearts duet first or you will be confused. You will also need to read beautiful agony and vibing…just saying.

I love how these three stories inter loop together. We get a little bit of drama but a whole lot of fun. I love that Lennox is taking Babs advice and living her best life with no fear just experiences.

I can’t wait for more. It ends on a hook leading into beautiful envy and I’m dying to find out more about Darcie.

I love how interconnected this series is with others. I do feel you need to have read both the Tattooed Hearts duet and Darcie’s story in order to fully understand the importance of these characters.

The sweetest goodbye to our favorite tattoo artists, we see Lennox finally traveling around a few states. Be warned that reading this may make you want a new hair style, a new tattoo, and a few orgasms to finish off the day. Lennox and Slade are competing in a traveling tattoo competition, while Simon completes with hair, and Zane finds his place in their group. Lennox has to work through her feelings when she hits some rough spots, but with the help of our men she makes it through even stronger on top.

Also, I want wherever underwear she found at one of the conventions. 😂 I loved it, and I am sad to see it end. I'll miss seeing the story from Lennox's POV, but we will see them again in Darcies story!

I can't wait for Darce's story and the I am trying to find where I can read about Shadows of Mayhem.

This author is my fav RH story teller! Love there is a balance between story line as smexy times. I get so easily bored when it's more smexy than story. We already know we will be getting decent amount of smexy with so many sexy men and one girl. I mean... They all need their time, but I enjoy the story around them more.

I was so sad about Babs and so happy that she was mentioned again. She was a special lady event though the encounter was short it was meaning full.

Well done on another excellent extension of the duet. I still need more...

I absolutely loved this fantastic novella featuring Lennox and her hotties 😍🔥 I’m so happy that Kris decided to give us another taste 🤗 This road trip was spicy 🌶 and fun to read!! So much spice 🥵 Lennox and Slade are in a traveling tattoo competition, so we’ve got our whole gang traveling to different states. Lennox’s guys are still there for her through the hard times, and I adore them 🖤 I’m so sad to say goodbye to these characters, but so glad they got the happy ending they all deserved 🥰

I really enjoyed the Tattooed Hearts duet. I think I gave those 4 or 5 ⭐️.

This "after-story" novella was just ok for me. It didn't have the same feels as the duet. The... intimate... scenes seemed forced and way too frequent for the size of the story (not hating... there was just a LOT of story in the duet and this... well, a lot of story was crammed between the lines of the smex.)

Would I recommend it? Sure, if you read the duet and want a little more Lennox/Slade/Simon/Zade.
But if you didn't LOVE love the duet... I can recommend something else.

Last... There were some grammar and continuity issues- nothing super distracting, but enough that I noticed.

Open Road is a why choose novella in the Tattooed Hearts world. You must read the duet before reading this.

Lennox, Slade, Zade, Thane and Simon go on a road trip in this novella and what a trip it is!!! I love these characters so much and i love this world Kris has created!!

This is such a fun read, and the spice is 🔥🔥🔥🔥, plus some drama. These characters deserve all the happiness and seeing them getting it, ugh my heart!!!

If you havent read the Tattooed Hearts duet (or any other Kris Butler book) go do it now!!! You won't be disappointed!!!

So Cute, what a story. I absolutely love how different characters' stories come together in this book. The connection was very well written, definitely worth reading to see how and hints for future books. This book was very spicy. I truly loved how they supported each other on the road trip and came together as a family. I was about broken in a couple of spots, so many emotions. I absolutely loved this book, I did not want to put it down. I highly recommend you read it. I received a copy of this book and am voluntarily leaving a review.

Loved It!!
I thoroughly enjoyed revisiting Lennox and her men. I loved getting to know them better and watching their relationships flourish. The premise of going on a road trip has even inspired me to plan a multi state trip for the family. It was so wonderful to see them grow and experience such a wonderful trip together. I’m excited that we’ll see more of them in Darcie’s next book as well.

While I liked the Tattooed Hearts duet a lot, I loved this follow up novella so much! It was great to just be able to see Lennox and her guys and how they navigate their new relationship, especially as they embark on their road trip together. I adore the way Simon and Slade are together and that they both are able to integrate Zane (Thane) in the relationship with Lennox. This is one hot group of guys! I also really like Lennox's quirky, sassy personally. Great book!

As expected, they do cause some mayhem.

And in Kris Butler's fashion, spicy scenes.
It is a novella so short but it is a very satisfying story.

They go on a roadtrip after Lennox gets a surprising letter.

This novella even answered some questions that I had from the duet.

Open Road, a Tattooed Hearts novella by Kris Butler, will leave you crying like a baby, laughing out loud and begging for more at the end. I love seeing Lennox again, and going on a road trip with her guys is the perfect adventure for these budding relationships. Filled with spice, sass, laughter and tears, this well written, fast paced storyline will keep you glued to your seat from beginning to end. Enjoy!

This is book 3 in the tattooed hearts series so reading in order is a must. Kris does a great job writing the story. It's fun, spicy and I everything in between. A really good mixture and it's a lighter story but that's what I enjoy too from time to time. The drama, mystery and the feels are real here and I don't wanna spoil it but I loved this book very much!

Awwww....my heart!! I am so happy I got to read more about Peach and her men. I absolutely loved them and this novella just hit a home run! It was sweet, funny, steamy and absolutely entertaining. I loved getting to see more of Lennox and her men. It’s always great to see characters get their happiness with all the drama of getting there, but to see after the drama when they’re together and secure in that is my favorite thing.
