Daphne finally has the money to upgrade her ship. When she turns down a shady salesman who tries to upsell her on a fancy nav computer, she gets more than she bargained for.
Daphne and the salesman, Pax, become involved in a plot by a colony of terrorists who have built a bomb that can destroy a planet. Can Daphne and Pax set their differences aside and save a planet?
But suspend disbelief while reading, because some of Daphne's adventures are a little implausible. The book is well-written and a fun read, although Rusty needs more page time. The body count is definitely high in this one, but there does seem to be a happy ending for at least one character.
I can't believe I paid the .99 cents for this. This writer needs to show some depth to the stories it was like a 7th grader wrote it. I guess I just expected more.
