What I Wish I Had!!

You would be mistaken if you thought this was JUST a children’s book. Do not let the fact that this book may be geared toward children deter you as an adult.

There are tools in here that a lot of us may have missed as children. This book taught me a lot about emotionality and the message behind anger. And the usefulness of anger. I don’t know about you, but I was not taught or talked to about any of this growing up. I can’t wait for her next book. This one has been so transformational for me. I can only wonder how she’s going to dazzle me next.

awesome book explaining a hard to understand emotion!

I love how “The Anger Inside” not only says that anger doesn’t make you bad, but draws lines between acceptable an unacceptable things to do with anger you feel. I also think it has an easy to understand explanation of how anger can mask other emotions. Great book for helping children understand feelings.

Awesome

Really good way of explaining anger. Downloaded this book for my 10 year old who has ADHD. She expresses anger everyday and sometimes it's extremely overwhelming. Thank you for this book.

Explaining Anger.

I thought the book did a great job of explaining the purpose of anger and some ways to deal with the anger inside. I like the push to let go of anger and that it is not meant to stay inside.
