I've written 17 books on different aspects of astrology, meditation and self-development. I do my best to make these subjects as woo-woo-free and practical as possible.

My Mind Won't Shut Up! was written with my sister Linda. We're sturdy-legged, chip eating meditating sisters from Scotland. The world needs a panpipe-free, meditation book for people like us - with money worries, weird families and short attentions spans.

The Little Book of Astrology was written to encourage beginners to move past Sun signs and delve into what can be lifetime's study. I've been learning about at my own astrology chart and the charts of the people in my life, for over 30 years. I still find new things about the birth charts all the time - just as I discover new things myself and the people around me.

I edited the Prediction magazine for ten years, the UK's first Mind, Body, Spirit magazine first published in 1936. Since then I've worked as an author, editor and ghostwriter with astrology columns in: TVTimes, TVEasy, Essentials, Soaplife and Angler's Mail.

Cute illustrated book w/ sparkly pg edges. Astrology is goofy fun like fortune cookies w/ meh-ish coincidences. I wonder if every sign is described so positively. I’d be interested in sales figures per sign and if they line up as expected by the authors.

This does contradict how an Aquarius views other signs in many other things I’ve read and personally. The hobbies that kept being assumed appeared more male-oriented. The book seemed ordered kinda backwards. Definitions should’ve been up front and explored more in depth, and what should have been enticing ch headers were put afterwards as quotes.

Even knowing what my exact chart looks like, I have hardly any idea to read it with all the geometric symbols and popping up of planetary names and houses like a silly spell. I guess an app could do that better but this has already been paid for… Also this subtitle says it offers advice and it doesn’t beyond scientific careers I have zero interest in. Not that I expected this book to be more than fluff, but just so pre-buyers know.
