I listen to Lee's monthly energy update podcast and when he did the annual one there was a section at the end where he channeled the Z's (88 ninth dimensional brings who are his guides) which I found interesting.
I became aware that he was publishing these facilitated conversations between a psychotherapist Dianna Edwards and his guides, a novel approach, as Lee can't question while he is channelling and often the answers produce more questions, an issue that was addressed in this first book.
It's a short book with vast content that won't all be absorbed in the first read through. I enjoyed it very much, lots that is familiar and plenty of clarifying moments as well.
I received book 2 a day before book 1 and as one of the blurb's suggested using it like I am oracle, I did. No surprise I opened it straight to the conversation on grief, going straight into another dimension immediately with all that that reopens.
Now I'll restart that one from the beginning. I believe there are six books planned, humanity is getting an upgrade and this is one of the places whete we can read about it.

What a spectacular book, the z’s shared some real nuts and bolts of the universe and the soul and why we are here and what we are doing. I inhaled this book and look forward to inhaling the next ones too! More please!

Channeling - question and answer style. I watch Lee Harris’ YouTube channel and have picked up much of the same information there. It was nice however, to see a chunk of it compiled and in written form.

You have to understand that you can't see everything with the human eyes which can just see in visible light. There is ultraviolet light, infrared light, wi-fi signals and a lot of the electromagnetic spectrum that we can't see with eyes just tuned to the visible spectrum.
This book is channelled information from a species of extraterrestrials which call themselves the Zs, channelled through Lee Harris.
Therefore, the information is coming through the lens of Lee Harris and how he sees the world. All channelling is modulo the channeler, how they talk, how they see the world and the language that they use.
If you want to let your mind expand, read this book and just read it with an open mind and ask "what if?" because no one can verify anything for certain, right? So anything really is possible.
Even if you don't believe in extraterrestrials, this book gives you what might be if you let your mind expand and temporarily suspend judgment with your left brain.
So if you let yourself go there, then this book is a magic carpet ride!

Regardless of where your beliefs fall when it comes to the Z’s, the overall message in this book is clear and worth hearing. I listened to the audiobook and found it fascinating—equal parts grounding and expansive.
There were a few moments that really stuck with me, like the line:
“I am a human soul becoming. I am remembering. I am divine. I allow my soul energy back through me.”
That sentiment captures the heart of the book—a reminder to reconnect with ourselves and the bigger picture of what it means to be here, now.

I like Lee Harris, I like the Z's and the format in which the material is being presented. The conversation flows nicely and is lighthearted, the information has been impactful on me - not in all parts, but there were some messages I really needed to hear at this point of time. Thoroughly enjoyable to listen to, to connect some dots and to stay sane during these enlightening times of change and wonder - oh, sane AND hydrated: I had no idea how important it is to stay hydrated when the awakening process is underway. My water intake is something I have been keeping a watchful eye on for quite a few years, but I noticed how burned up I felt during the last weeks, and now I know why...

This was such a powerful book. Spirit guides can be a powerful and helpful force, but accessing them isn't always intuitive. Harris presents his method for connecting with them in such a way that anyone open to it can easily put it to use. This will truly help you connect to a higher plane of consciousness, and I truly enjoyed reading each conversation recorded. Highly recommend for anyone in need of spiritual guidance.

I absolutely am enthralled with Lee Harris and the Zs, so this book is just another resource to devour from them. I've now read it twice because I have a book club coming up and I wanted to refresh what was covered. Both readings I came away feeling the first half of the book is profound. The second half is on the level of interesting but not compelling. But still a book I will not let get lost or buried. I have too many highlights to review. Can't wait to read Book 2!

I really enjoyed listening to these conversations and the wisdom coming from high dimensional Beings. They provide a good dose of insights and help to "understand" such a vast topic as human evolution, expansion of consciousness and harmonizing our life with our soul/higher self guidance. I love how they are conducted by Lee and Diana and I am inspired to read or listen to the following books of Lee Harris.

Fascinating!
All I can say is that most everything that was shared by the Z’s resonated with me. I will no doubt re- read this book many times! There is a wealth of enlightening knowledge here. I have purchased the 2nd book ok and understand there are many more that will be offered. As I said; fascinating!

Great book! The last conversati0n in the book didn't draw me in like the other 2 conversations in the book did. That being said, I enjoyed the question and answer format and the rest of the book was worthwhile to sit with and consider.

During Covid, I started off watching Lee Harris’s interviews on YouTube. Then I started watching his monthly message. I value his input, the knowledge he shares is channelling his group the Z’s, and appreciated all the information included in this book. I would read anything he writes.

I ended up being very disappointed with this book. Maybe, I just need to reread it, to truly "get" it. For me, this book is too boring, basic, and scattered.

Conversations with the Z's – Book 1 is a question-and-answer session by psychotherapist Dianna Edwards to a council of 88 extraterrestrial entities, of whom Lee Harris is the 89th. I like the way D. Edwards asked the questions that I as the reader intuitively led into from the previous answers. The answers felt organic in terms of how the metaphysical world might exist.
For those who are already viewing their existence as a multi-dimensional soul reincarnated on the Earth and part of the multi dimensions and worlds in the universe, reading this book will repeat what you have read before. It is word salad that doesn’t IMHO lead to greater wisdom.

Recommended to me by my mentor. I enjoyed the conversation and felt I got even more out of it by reading each conversation once and then reading it through a second time two days later before moving on to the next chapter.
I have implemented weekly journaling into my practice thanks to the prompts suggested, and can’t wait to incorporate the Ha! into a yoga and meditation practice with a focus on opening up the heart chakra/anaHAta.
