My inner child, my younger self was the reason why I started reading this book. Rewilding my own childhood as a healing and as a proces. They are very grateful at the moment, while reading each chapter I got creative, climbed trees and got they child joyous feeling back for a few moments.

I'd like to believe that my future children will be very grateful as well for this helped me in the way I wanna raise my children. Who knows maybe they even placed this book in front of me so that I could be prepared. Thinking about stuff and guiding myself, navigating the adults with my plans for my children.

This will be a book to re read from time to time especially when I feel a little lost our overwhelmed. Just reading one chapter will spark the joy, creativity and ideas.

Rewilding Childhood is a book that encourages children and their parents to explore their adventurous side in a modern world that increasingly stifles it. A great tool for parents who want to consciously raise their kids.
