“I’m sorry about your husband, but he saved a life today. The person who got his heart was a perfect match."I could sorta get behind Millie and her need to “save” Ashton, but the overall story lacked character depth.
I would give this guy thirty days. Thirty days of the best Millie I could be. I would do it for Colin. If he wasn’t a better person with a better life by then, then he was hopeless and not worth saving. The more I think about this story, the more I don’t like it. I kept wondering if it were an older, unsexy man who received her husband’s heart, would she have taken the time to “save” him too? The overall story felt rushed, superficial and I didn’t buy the insta love for a second.
