Vasara

Rate this book
Since the creation of Vasara, Meliakken has been the god of all evil, with his evil penetrating the very fabric of creation.

Though imprisoned by the Five gods and the goddess Braylynn, Meliakken continues his meddling, putting all of Vasara at risk.

To counter his evil machinations, the Five Gods created a living prophecy, bringing heroes to Vasara to defeat every threat Meliakken threw at them. But now Meliakken is nearly free.

Even though the final seals are almost broken, the gods and goddess have gone silent, and the prophecy itself seems at an end.

With everything on the line, the Dragon Summoner and First Dragon battle Meliakken.

The cost of failure is unacceptable.

They win or Vasara ceases to exist.

About the author

Roland Capalbo

Roland Capalbo calls New York home. He lives in the picturesque Hudson Valley, an area so rich in beauty, history, and folklore, an author has an abundance of inspiration to draw from. Roland is married with two kids who constantly provide inspiration for the creation of story lines.
He draws his ideas from the people in his life and from the nature that surrounds him. Always a big reader of the fantasy genre, he has sometimes come across a book whose plot he just didn't like and, in his head, proceeded to rewrite the scene. This is where his desire to create his own worlds began.
Roland’s first book was a bedtime story he had written for his five-year-old nephew, called The Magic of the Pony Man. It was in this book that the idea for his first full-length novel, The Dragon and the Faerie, was born. He is currently writing the sequel, titled, The Dragon’s Redress.
Roland's favorite quote:

I like nonsense. It wakes up the brain cells. Fantasy is a necessary ingredient in living, it's a way of looking at life through the wrong end of a telescope. Which is what I do, and that enables you to laugh at life's realities.
—Theodore Geisel
