Harper’s whole life has centered on the disappearance of her best friend Beth. She has spent her life looking for a clue that might help them find her. She has even became a detective. When another girl goes missing with a similar MO to Beth’s, Harper becomes excited to get more evidence and reopen Beth’s case. No one in her department is aware that she is witness from the cold case. When they capture a suspect in the current disappearance will her secret be revealed? Will it jeopardize her involvement in the case if they find out? Is the suspect actually the kidnapper? This action packed thriller will lock you in and keep you reading to find the answers. The second book of the series did not disappoint. It will leave you ready to read the next book!!

Chasing Memories (Shadow Man Book 2), my fourth read from author B.P Stevens. Even better than the first book in the 6-book series, a 55-page-read that grabbed me and kept me reading until I finished it in less than an hour. “I received a free Kindle copy of this book and am voluntarily leaving a review." The gifting of this book did not affect my opinion of it. I look forward to reading more from this author and in particular Shadow Man Book 3, the next book in this series when it's published. (RIP Marley January 20, 2014 - July 24, 2018).

What a suspenseful and thrilling addition to the series!! There were unexpected twists and a shocking truth that had me gasping aloud!! I definitely kept asking myself, "Is Harper really experiencing this or is this really a dream/nightmare?". In the author's style, it was left at a cliffhanger that made me want to just dive into the next book already!! This is definitely a series you want to read in order or you'll be lost in the storyline!!

I received a copy of this book and am voluntarily leaving an honest review.

Book two is a quick little read that picks up exactly where book one ends, in an exciting chase through the woods as Harper believes she has the Shadow Man in her sights. Will she get the answers she so desperately needs? This one gives us some answers while the ending brings more questions. Fast paced intriguing story. I'm on board, bring on book 3.
I reveived a complimentary copy of this book and this is my honest and unbiased opinion of the tale

Harper chases after the man in the woods, tripping over things in the dark and rolling down an incline to hit a tree at the bottom, only to get up and run on. When Harper finally catches the man, he throws dirt in her eyes but she eventually stops him, punching him in the face. After waking up in a hospital bed, Harper learns that the man will only talk to her. This quick read never stops moving, ending with a cliffhanger. Very highly recommended.

Chasing Memories

This is the 2nd book in this series. They should be read in order since each one ends in a cliff hanger. Harper is out to solve the disappearance of her best friend from her childhood. The books read quickly and the plot keeps you interested and wanting to discover the true criminal. I look forward to reading the rest of the series.

I really don’t like reading several very short books! I’d rather read one book. This is the second short book in the series. With each book we learn just a little bit more. In this one a suspect is arrest. Harper is hurt making the arrest. Once she gets out of the hospital she realizes they arrested the wrong guy. On to the third book.

A good continuation from the first in series, Harper runs down the Shadow Man but all is not as it seems. Some good twists in this tale.

An instant continuation from book one and once again straight into the action. A mystery full of intrigue, we know who done it, or do we?
You will only find out by reading this next in series book.
I received this arc for free and I wanted to leave an honest review.

Harper got quite a surprise when she realised who the man was that she caught. I am starting to get very suspicious about Andrew. I think there is more to him than meets the eye.
