This place is so quiet that it’s unreal, everyone smiles all day…everyday…you would think they’ve never experienced pain. Their aura of falseness can be suffocating at times, dad helped me with adapting to this world, but at times I find it difficult. I pity those that are born in this town, the life they are living is lifeless and they are content, due to pure ignorance. Even the high school is plastic, the students’ lips are lined with clown-like smiles and forced joy; they even hide who they truly are…well except for one small group. I wish I could just leave this town, but I’m stuck…this is the one place he wouldn’t think to look for me. The one place I don’t want to be is my safe haven, fuck my life.
Shaquarius is the unique name that I have been given, difficult to pronounce at times, but if you can pronounce Aquarius, than my name is a breeze. Yes, I am named after the zodiac, no I am not an Aquarius. Holmes like Sherlock, but not related.

I started writing when I was younger because my school library were out of books that I was interested in. Reading had become my safe haven, a way to escape my reality, and that's the goal I have for all of my work. I want to help my readers mentally escape their reality...even if it's just for a brief moment. Traditional writing is not my style, and I refuse to stick with just one genre of writing. I enjoy mixing genres,
