A poignant and brilliant collection

The Lost Notes is a poignant collection of self-reflective poetry that delves into a diverse array of themes, from the profound realities of death to the enduring quests for world peace and love. This incisive anthology not only entertains but also seeks to educate, offering readers insights that resonate deeply with the complexities of everyday life.

Among the standout pieces, "I Have Found" captivates with its passionate emotion, drawing readers into a well of feeling that is both relatable and profound. Additionally, the clever use of figurative language in "Rushing Water" and "The Waves" showcases the poet's skill in crafting vivid imagery that lingers long after reading. Meanwhile, "My Odyssey" stands out for its striking beauty, transporting readers on a journey filled with rich, evocative visuals.

Having previously enjoyed this poet's work on Instagram, I can confidently say that The Lost Notes is a testament to their talent. Each poem in this collection invites introspection and connection, making it a rewarding experience for anyone seeking both entertainment and depth in their reading. This collection is a must-read for poetry lovers and those looking to explore the intricacies of the human experience through artful language.

The Lost Notes(poetry) is exceptionally written, with each piece coming alive in its own form, its inspiring and motivating in an extraordinary way. The poet did mention there would be some complex poems, but each one resonated beautifully with its theme.

The dedication itself is so wholesome that it's melted the hearts of all poets.
The description of war and the emotions that follow, the sweet nothingness, and the painfully woven words. Everything about this book was breathtaking.

To all the poetry lovers out there, this is a book I'm sure would resonate to the deepest parts of your heart and melt it as well.
If you want love, hate, sorrow, war, history, etc, you got it. It's a full-blown entertainment of words.

In reading Lost Notes, Joseph Spencer's book of poetry, his love of family and mankind shines forth. He has a depth to his words that reflect his strong belief in righteousness and fairness. He is a supporter of fellow Indie artists and writers and helps them to get their voices heard. His poetic topics in The Lost Notes range beautifully from love, to death, to hope for peace. The pages of this book are trimmed with a beautiful subtly colored flower border that adds a tenderness to Joseph's writings as he takes us through the thoughts and feelings of his soul. A beautiful work by a wonderful person.

decent

It was a decent poetry book. The poems ‘my life’ and a few others were posted twice in the book.
