The Fourth Step Inventory is a three-part Resentment, Fear and Sex. It’s in the resentment part we discover what we are like. In the fear part, why we are like that. And in the sex part, why it’s important to change. “Resentment is the number one offender.” But all you’re told to do is “let it go”, “turn it over”, “live and let live”, or my favorite, “just don’t think about it.” This doesn’t work. You need to learn how to master your resentments. In this workbook we do just that. How? By providing a set of clear-cut simple directions, that if followed, will not only expel the obsessions that harm you, but allow you to be happy, joyous, and free. This eighty-page 8x11 workbook has two parts. One intellectual, one mechanical. The first, provides a narrative text as to the rationale for doing this work; why this work is vital to your recovery; and the directions for completing this task. The second part gives you the means and methods to complete this part of your fourth step inventory.
