This was a fun book to read. Family is everything. This is a story about, a young college boy. who upon his parent’s death, takes on the duty of raising his four siblings. All of them, at the age of twenty-one.
The youngest is Claire, the artist, and singer, who performs at her twin brothers’ bar & grill, who is now twenty-seven, then the twin brothers, Wyatt and Van owners of a bar & grill, Mack’s. And second to the oldest Ronan, a cop. He parented well.
Finn continued to run the inn, his parent's owned. He has made it grow and thrive into the place have an event as big as a destination wedding or as quaint as a tea party for four. All were treated equally the same. Thanks to the manager he hired seven years ago. Hannah came to him as a newly divorced single mother with nowhere to live. Her son, Liam was only an infant, so took a chance. Although he didn't need the help, giving her a maid service job, where he allowed her to bring, Liam to work. Finn also helped care for him, he allowed her and Liam to live in a cottage on the inn property, for free.
Without either realizing it, not only did a friendship grow but so much more. At the seven-year itch, where most people want to get away from each other, these two were being drawn even closer, Now, what to do with those emotions, and not break the rules or their friendship.
Loved this book, the dynamics of the couple, along with their sexual energy you feel right off the bat. I love the bond the siblings hold willingly, over a decade out from their parent's death. How all the younger siblings truly worry about, Finn's happiness. Yup! Good book.
