27 booksRay Scott was born on September 19, 1961 in Gardner, Mass to parents William and Bernice Scott. Ray was raised as one of 6 children, his mother had two sets of twin boys and two girls.
In 1980 Ray attended Taft College in California where is was recruited as a long distance runner and business administration student.
After graduating Taft College Ray enlisted in the Marine Corp. He attended boot camp as part of the 3rd Battalion, Platoon 3015 on Nov 18, 1983. Ray stayed a member of the Marine Corp until 1987.
In 1984 Ray married the love of his life Deann (Uhles) Scott whom he shares two daughters (Lindsey Dawn and Ashley Renee) with. He also has six grandchildren whom he adores.
Today Ray is an Administrator for the refuse and recycling company Price Disposal and is also the President of the Board for Keep California Beautiful.
