This volume shows a behind-the-scenes look at a serious main story plot point that starts in That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime, Vol. 12 and goes up to about halfway through That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime Vol. 17. USE CAUTION: MAJOR SPOILERS
Phos, Nemu, and Stella all split up, going home to take stock after Milim attacked Carrion and Clayman attacked Tempest. Sadly, this puts Stella and Phos on opposite sides in this war. Nemu, on the other hand, shows incredible character growth by fulfilling her duties before taking a nap. Also there's a fun moment when she meets with Frey and I 100% agree with her assessment.

Stella and Nemu's great home adventure
With news of demon lords Milim and Carrion at war with one another Stella and Nemu return to their respective homes to discover what has been happening while they have been in Tempest. With most of the last volume being primarily Phos (thanks to the denizens of Eurazania coming to Tempest to avoid the war) this one focuses on the laid back Nemu (not always an easy task considering her energy levels) and the excitable Stella who although young has a chance to prove her strength to her superiors. As such for those that have not read the story behind the fall of Clayman in the light novels and/or main manga series this book will be offering spoilers as we get a behind the scenes look at what was truly going on.

It's not too often I really enjoy a spin off, this one is one of them! So good!
