I recieved this book as a gift and after trying out some of the recipes, my overall opinion of this book is good. It has a variety of unique recipes and styles of mocktails that range from only a few simple ingredients and steps to several. I especially like that it includes the recipes for the required syrups and also QR codes to videos for each recipe to show how to make the drink. My only complaints are that there are small typos throughout the book such as "spring" instead of "sprig" and that some of the recipes are better than others. All in all, it's a very good introduction to mocktails and allows the reader to become familiar with, and experiment with different ingredients to their taste.
A good friend of mine decided that she would tone down her alcohol intake and I thought this book was perfect for our get togethers. I loved all the syrup recipes in the beginning and the creative mocktails all sound so yummy! My one issue with the book is that as I read it on my kindle (phone), I wasn’t able to scan the QR code. I think a link would’ve been helpful for us kindle readers. Other than that, great book, can’t wait to try them all!
this had some interesting recipes, some i will definitely be trying in the near future but the recipes were kind of placed weirdly and the writing was off at times but other than that, a good read for those who wanna have fun with their drinks.
