Andrew Phelps , born in 1967 in Mesa, Arizona, now lives in Salzburg, Austria. He is a member of the Fotohof Gallery. Higley will be shown at several venues in Europe and in the United States.

Such an underrated artist. This work is his magnum opus, at least in my mind.
