Our hero : Trent Dorsey is the COO and Head of PR and Marketing, at the Mystique hotel in Vegas. He has been hurt in a previous relationship and ever since then he only does one night stands. He works for the family business and his father has issued him a final warning. If he has one more affair with a staff member, he will be fired and the reigns of the company will be passed over to his half brother.
The problem: Trent meets Gia in Vegas, and they share a passionate, erotic night. No strings. No attachments. Just pleasure! After all what’s the point of coming to Sin City if your aren’t willing to gamble? Especially as everyone knows that what happens in Vegas, stays in Vegas. According to Trent “great sex was about bringing a woman to orgasms many times over and seeing the look of pure ecstasy on her face. It was about being in the moment and treating her like a queen.” Of course this is complicated when on her first day at her new job, Gia comes face to face with the COO, who is none other than her partner from her erotically satisfying one night stand.
Sabrina Wagner, where have you been all my life? This was my first Sabrina Wagner book and I will definitely be going back to read her other books. This book was well written and the dialogue between Trent and Gia was witty, funny and ballsy! The extended prologue was much appreciated!! 🌶🥵😈🔥 I would love it if Penny (Gia’s personal assistant) and Brett (Trent’s friend and “partner in crime” -IYKYK) get their own book.

This is my first read by Sabrina Wagner. This is a detailed read and although it starts off with hints of a spicy scene the story builds with the slowburn of a connection that both Trent and Gia feel, but attempt to deny. For those who would have loved to be a fly on the wall during their first night together, no worries, there is a link to download an extended prologue. This book is low angst, plenty of entertaining banter, and the kind of romance that draws you in and has you wanting that HEA. This is an easy book to have you settling in and enjoying.
Trent and his best friend Brett enjoyed sharing. And, when on a night out they spot the gorgeous redhead at the bar alone they make their classic moves.
When the said gorgeous redhead walks in as the new hire at his family's hotel, Trent knows he is in serious trouble. His father is already watching him like a hawk because of his extracurricular activities, not to mention his half-brother gunning for his job.
Gia Romano moved from Illinois to Las Vegas to shake up her mundane life. A place to reinvent herself away from her failed marriage and overbearing family. Having her boss be the very man she had a menage a trois with, not quite in the plans.
Trent decides to challenge her hoping she would cave and resign. But, then he sees firsthand just why his mother chose to hire her, she was damn good at her job.
Gia was not caving to Trent’s attempts to thwart her. Or his brother’s attempts to lowkey seduce her. She was here to do her job and do it well.
They begin to work well together. Making keeping one another at arm’s length impossible.
So, they decide to see where getting to know one another will take them, on the downlow that is.

Wow! Sabrina started this off with a bang (literally and figuratively). Is it terrible that part of me really wanted some of the details you miss out on in the Prologue?
This story picks up with Trent and his friend Brent trying to have a little bit of fun, they find a redhead at the bar, they don't exchanges name but agree to a night in Vegas she won't forget. However the universe has other plans, because that redhead -Gia just so happens to be the new event coordinator at Mystique a hotel in Las Vegas owned by Trent's family which he finds out the next day.
The sparks between Trent and Gia are next level. Unfortunately Trent decides to channel all of that passion into pissing Gia off and trying to get her to quit. He quickly realizes he has underestimated her and her abilities.
Gia is determined to make something of herself and prove her family and friends wrong. She will not let Trent ruin her chances of rocking her new job.
The sexual tension is unbearable at times...not sure how they survive so many interactions without ripping each others clothes off. Also you may or may not discover that Trent's dirty talk is next level.
Will they roll the dice and unleash the passion or will they keep it professional? Find out November 15th.

Sitting at a bar alone, Gia was approached by two guys that wanted to have a “fun night” in Vegas. Deciding what happens in Vegas stays in Vegas, she goes ahead with it only to find out that Monday at work one of the guys is her BOSS 😳.
Trent was told that Monday morning by his father (the big boss) that if he didn’t stop having flings with coworkers he would be fired and his half brother Hunter (who is a massive jerk) would get to take over. Trent is beyond livid and starts to take it out on Gia when he realizes who she is.
Goodness the chemistry in this story is INSANELY good 🥵. Gia’s character is amazing, I love a strong personality in the female that does not put up with the grumpy boss and can handle her own. She could have went back to her hometown but decided to stick it out as event coordinator and did a great job at it. Trent eventually stops treating her terribly and starts to think of maybe having a relationship with her after his disaster of his last relationship.
Without giving too much more detail I’m just going to say this was my first Sabrina Wagner book and it won’t be my last.

This book was the perfect blend of substance and spice, what starts off as Gia escaping to Las Vegas to start over and having a one night stand with not 1 but 2 gorgeous men turns into a recipe for disaster when she shows up to work at her new job a week later to find out that one of those men is her new boss and he has a reputation around the office, and the other is his best friend.
Trent is the COO of the Mystique hotel in Las Vegas and his father has given him an ultimatum, basically keep it in his pants 🤣 otherwise he will lose his rights to take over the hotel when he retires. But what he wasn’t expecting was Gia to be his new events coordinator, the only woman to make him feel something in a very long time.
Both try and keep it professional for the sake of there jobs but they find it difficult and with Hunter, Trent’s you get brother snooping around and trying to make their lives harder they are up against a lot. But both can’t hold back on their attraction and soon realise that they are it for each other.
I really enjoyed this story, Gia was strong and fiercely independent and Trent although he was an arsehole at the beginning quickly turned it around and he had some very swoony moments.

This was a fairly quick but fun read about a woman who escapes to Vegas in order to start over. However, things don’t really go as planned when she find out her boss is the same guy she had a one night stand with.
I found Gia to be a refreshing character—as she’s very strong headed and doesn’t take crap from anyone. She’s fierce and knows what she wants, and I appreciate seeing that in a female lead.
I would give the spice level a 2.5/5, as it’s not as explicit as some spicy books can be. However, it gives just enough to add to the story line without it being TOO smutty, if that’s not your cup of tea.
This story is part of the Hot Vegas Nights series, which is written by multiple authors. Therefore, this book can be read independently, but there are more books you can read in the series if you find yourself loving this one! Gia Moved to Vegas from Waukegan after her divorce she decides to go out for the night where she get propositioned not by one but to hot men that ask about a threesome she decides why not she will not see them again, when she goes to work for her first day she goes in for a company meeting she meets Trent one of the guys from her one night stand.
Trent could not thinking stop from thinking about her one night stand, when he gets into work he dad want to talk to him and say if he sleeps with one more of the staff he will fire him, when he get to the company meeting he can't believe it her his one night stand, he trys be a D head so she will leave.
Gia cant to believe how he is being towards her and she will not let him make her live,
But they can't stop the chemistry they have between them and Trent does not want to let her go. Can they work out so no one gets hurt or will they both lose everything.
Loved this book and the ups and downs.

Well this started off with a bang 😉!
I enjoy a good office romance and this one delivered. Trent and Gia were oil and water in the work place which ramped up the tension between them.
Brett and Penny were wonderful secondary characters who made this a fun read.
Overall the writing was wonderful and the story included all the craziness you would expect from Vegas with a sweet couple. The steam from this book could melt your kindle!! In addition there was a great balance of the tension at work to the time Gia and Trent grew to know each other outside of the office. I will definitely be back to read more from this series!!

Trent and Gia were a good match. I fell right into the story and didn't pull myself out

Like I'm talking about HOT HOT HOT so all fun & games until she walked into her new job, and her new boss helped make that night HOT! Trent has been threatened by his father that if he didn't stop fraternizing with the ladies in the office that he would remove him as CEO so when the sexy girl from that night walks in the office, well, he's not so nice. Luckily, Gia is a strong girl who will go toe to toe with anyone so no matter what he dishes out to make her quit, she's not having it LOL! The sparks are flying of course because these two can light the sheets on fire together so it's only a matter of time before all hell breaks loose! What Happens in Vegas doesn't always stay in Vegas and after reading this all I can say is sometimes that is a good thing because HOLY SURPRISE 5 STAR READ OF THE YEAR FOR ME.
This book starts off with a bang (quite literally but also very closed door) and the action only grew from there.
Enter Gia, small town girl looking to prove everyone who ever told her chasing her dreams was stupid wrong, as the new events coordinator at Mystique. Fresh faced and ready to prove herself, she was not expecting to come face to face with the man only a week ago she rolled the dice on a one night stand for- Trent, heir to the Mystique fortune and her new boss.
I feel like I have read far too many books lately where there is not a good slow burn leading up to the fireworks show and I have to say that after this book, I have missed that. The slow burn was to die for- the tension both of these characters exibit towards each other is beautiful and the push and pull of their feelings battling their need to remain professional and maintain their boss/subordinate relationship is delicious and makes the moment when they do finally throw caution to the wind something magical. Throw in the threat of being exposed from an invested third party and you have spice that is to DIE FOR!
I also really loved the character development of Trent. Some of the time when you read stories about billionaire alpha males, they tend to be set in their ways and not always ready to get down and dirty to help so to speak. Trent, despite knowing what he will inherit someday and that he was groomed for that reason, does not shy away from helping Gia out when necessary and really adds another dimension to his character that I loved (and okay maybe it was self serving on his part so he could see her but who cares!)
This book was a surprisingly fantastic read, one that could be done in one sitting as it flows easily, hooks you right from the beginning and has a slow burn that ends in spice that is to quite literally to die for (Trent may have become one of my new book boyfriends and I don't care!). Definitely one that should be added to your TBR immediately.

This well written book starts with Gia, who is spending her first night in Vegas alone sitting at a bar, where she is approached by a sexy stranger and his friend with the promise of a one night stand like no other. Well, she has just moved to Vegas after getting a divorce so how could she refuse! Two days later Gia starts her new job and is introduced to Trent, her new boss, who just happens to be the hot stranger she spent the night with!
Trent has a reputation with the ladies at work, so much so that if he can't keep his hands to himself, then his father has threatened to fire him. What follows is a wonderfully well written game of cat and mouse between Gia and Trent, with a few surprises thrown in as Trent tries to resist the temptation of all that is Gia. This author not only has you wishing for a romance like this, I want to work in their office too.
While the tension is building between Trent and Gia, you meet Penny and I’m really hoping the author tells Penny’s story also because I fell in l love with her too.

Awkward and tense, not to mention he has been instructed by his father not to have sex with her. Brent slept with the coordinator who ended up fired. This story is fun, sexy, crazy, their banter is a riot. Nevermind the fact Brent taunts Trent about Gia. Then there, is Brent hitting it off with Gia's assistant. And Brent's slimy snake of a brother. Loved it, my first by Sabrina and I really enjoyed it.

“What Happens in Vegas” was a fun and steamy little workplace romance that you will love!!! Trent and Gia have one steamy night together, but even though they assumed it’d be a one night stand, fate had other plans. The next week, Gia discovers that Trent is her new boss, and his arrogant behavior immediately makes her dislike him. But even as they bicker, the sparks between them become impossible to ignore. I loved Trent and Gia’s love story because even though it was a novella, it didn’t feel rushed. Trent was arrogantly charming, and I loved watching him fall for Gia. And Gia! She was so bold and sassy and confident, and I loved that about her. I would definitely recommend!!!

I absolutely loved this book and I really wish we had more of the prologue!!! When Gia moves to Vegas to get a new start in life she never expects the one time she lets go will have such crazy ramifications in her life.
I love the chemistry between Trent and Gia! The love/ hate they have is perfect and I love how once they actually get together they have to pretend to still hate each other(which dosent work out). I want more in this world and hope that Sabrina brings in more people to this amazing book.

This is one of those books that draws you in from the first chapter and is perfectly paced with an awesome storyline that keeps you quickly flying through the pages.
Trent and Gia were such a great match! Trent was bossy and arrogant, Gia was outspoken and independent. The two of them had great banter and steam but my favorite part was the growth they both made throughout the book. I loved seeing different sides of them and had fallen head over heels by the time the book was over.

There was a ton of spice but also had angst and forbidden romance elements mixed in.
I really enjoyed the workplace romance as well as the one-night stand romance.
The characters are sexy and well developed.

Cute, Easy Read
This is a story that started off as what should have been a hot one night menage a trois! (Un)Fortunately for these characters, it did not. The story is engaging, fast moving and was quick to read. I really enjoyed all of the characters and the chemistry was high! The only reason I didn’t rate it a 5 is because the smut level was on the low side to me. There were missed opportunities in my opinion, especially the hot scene at the beginning of the book.

I am not usually a huge fan of boss/employe romances but Sabrina has changed that with this masterpiece! This was such a fun sexy read that I couldn’t put down and just had to read in one sitting. The characters were written perfectly and the plot… chefs kiss. Will definitely be reading more from this author.
