A very personal, relatable story about a suicide disease called TN that was ripping the writer's life apart and how his journey to find a cure has led him to the path of Vipassana, a simple yet not so simple meditation technique that has proved to be a lot more than he was looking for yet somehow exactly what he needed his entire life. A humurous tone for a not-at-all funny situation or story, yet Mo manages to take you through his journey of pain and misery onto the other side... He manages to make you land safely. Very safely actually. I say relatable not because I suffer TN, but because this book is relatable to anyone with a suppressed past or on autopilot or have forgotten who they are, for anyone who feels they've lost the plot or lost control of their minds, a slave to their every day life or their everyday habits. This book is a pleasant and very informative read.
