Honestly, I could not finish this book. The MC is just an utter ditz. She's in her early/mid twenties, but acts like a love struck and star-struck pre-teen. Honestly, she lets the love interest believe she doesn't speak English because she's too busy analyzing her feelings for him and his features. (Insert eye-roll here). The mystery part isn't very titillating either. Mostly quit reading because I couldn't read about "his pointy nose" anymore.
I hate to say it I rarely DNF a book. I will just let it play and hope it ends but I just can’t. I read her other series Wisteria Witches and fell in love with Angela Pepper but wtf. If I had read these books first there was no way in hell that I would have read anything else. Sorry Angela this series is not for me. Hoping the next one is good.
