I was known for my love of Disney. I was the one that everyone turned to when they needed a friend. But what they all didn't see when they looked at me was the demon that I have, buried deep within. Years of torment turned me into something that I never wanted to be. Now? I can't live without it.
That was until the day my world did a complete one-eighty.
One day, one place, one little girl.
She found me because she knew I would keep her safe. When her mother found her, I found the one I couldn't live without.
Meg.
Running from the past and hiding from the unknown, I become the savior she never wanted. I vowed to defend her and her daughter from the monsters that were after them.
I would keep her and her daughter safe.
Yet when more windows to the past are opened, a new, bone-chilling truth is revealed, a reality that I can't ignore. One that I will die before I let it touch Meg or Roxanne.
Monsters may hunt them, but a demon is guarding them.
Michele Lee isn't a "she," but a "we." Ashton (Michele) and Brittany (Lee) make up this writing duo.
We met via a readers group, and instantly connected via the books we love to read. It didn't take long to form a friendship, and learn that we were both writing our own stories. After sharing our work with each other, we learned we have the same writing style, and decided to come together for a whole new story.
Four years later, we continue our writing journey together. We have multiple storylines in the works, and can't wait to see all those words hit the paper.
We're a duo who have only meant once in real life, but have found our best friend within each other.
Oh my heart.....I can't handle what these two woman do to me every time I pick up their stories. But it hurts so good.
Dizz was everything and I loved seeing all his sides. He's goofy and fun, loyal and fierce and freaky!!! He's truly the best type of book boyfriend.
Meg is shy and timid and constantly angry at herself for her perceived failings. Every mother has at some point questioned if they're doing right by their children. And although fictional, this story brings some of those fears we all have to life. Granted in a large fictional way.
This story also really stretches out the larger plot and opens so many doors for the next few books. As much as I loved this I was angry that it didn't go how "I" wanted but understand the path the characters are on.
Start with Judge but know this series just keeps getting better and better.
A seemingly calm member of the Nameless Order MC,with a hidden demon inside his soul meets his light for his darkness, his calm for his storm, his love of his heart in the shape of Meg and her equally strong and beautiful daughter Roxanne. A time of hurt, terror and devastation brought them into Dizz's and the club's lives and it takes a while for them to truely feel safe again with people who they never thought they would find and be worthy of...and that's Family. Meg is breaking inside every single day,and she stays strong for her daughter but she needs someone to be strong for her...she gets that from her Dizz, but also from the formidable spirits of the woman of the MC. Michele Lee truely know how to bring a story to life whether it's light hearted or as dark as you never felt before, and it only leaves you wanting more. Even though Dizz's book has alot of triggers and pulls on your heartstrings, there are quite a few laugh out loud moments too which I absolutely love! Phenomenal job ladies!
Dizz is a man with many interests and one of his biggest ones is Disney but don’t let that fool you because he is also the Enforcer for the Nameless Order MC. All is takes is a little girl looking for her mom when Dizz and Meg meet. Roxanne is that little girl that plays a big part in this story with everything she has gone through. Her mom, Meg, feels “mom guilt” and is trying to do her best by her daughter.
Dizz wants to protect his two favorite girls from the harshness of the life they have lived. Will these three have a chance at their HEA? You’ll have to read to find out. This is a book I definitely recommend.
This is the 3rd book in this phenomenal series, and each story just keeps getting better and better. This is Dizz and Meg’s journey. Dizz is the Enforcer for the club, and he is fun and loyal, and is fiercely protective for all that he cares about, but he is the master of hiding his demons deep within himself. When a little girl Roxanne walks up to Dizz looking for her momma, his heart melts. Meg is shy and timid, and with Roxanne, she is running for her past. Dizz knew straight away that Meg and Roxanne, belong to him, and he will do whatever he must to protect and keep them both safe. Meg is the light to Dizz’s darkness. As this story progresses, more of the puzzle pieces come together. This is a well written action-packed story which is dark, raw, gritty, intense, and intriguing, with family, humor, witty banter, danger, suspense, twists, emotions, trauma, revelations, and love, which all leads to a thrilling and addictive page turner, and this story pulls at the heartstrings throughout.
None of the books by this co writing duo are easy reads, and this one was no different. The further we get in the series the grittier and darker it gets and I am here for it. So much happens within the pages that your head will be spinning. That and several puzzle pieces are starting to move into place, the outcomes will shock you. There highs and lows and everything in between. Honestly I could go on, but whether you're new or old to this series, it's best to go in blind.
This book was really good. I loved both sides of Dizz. I think both sides are needed in this world. The chemistry is amazing, the story is even better. I loved all the characters in this book, they were all strong and worth being loved.
Dizz is obsessed with Disney. The children are the home love their Uncle Dizz. He helps fulfill their fantasies whether it's playing in the mud or dressing up like a princess. Only his brothers know of his dark soul and the demons within. Meg and Roxanne have endured so much pain. Meg finding her husband with her daughter really played a blame on her soul. Dizz knew after meeting Meg she was the one and her daughter was a bonus. As their relationship grew obstacles were thrown in their path from the Company putting their lives in danger. Why is the company so obsessed with Meg and Roxanne? A special bond formed between the ten year old Roxanne and her protector Angel. A heartbreaking story. TRIGGERS!!

This is the third book in the series, and recommend that you read in order.
Dizz is the fun-loving, Disney obsessed, 'uncle' to all the kids of the ranch. He indulges all the kids fantasies in living their dreams. He is also the Enforcer for the Nameless Order. There is a side no one talks about, a dark side that he is constantly wrestling with for supremacy.
Meg hasn't had it easy at all, but she is a fighter whose love for her daughter is fierce. She will do anything for her. Anything.
Roxanne is such a sassy mini heroine who is wise beyond her years. This child goes through so much trauma, yet she is still able to smile. The unshakable bond she forms with the club solidifies her place.
The way these two meet is kismet. It's 'written in the stars'. Laughter and love shine through all the 'edge of your seat' moments. Michele Lee has brought everything to the next level. Highly recommend this.
This book pulled at my heart. Meg & Roxanne have been through so much, my heart breaks for them. It’s hard to trust and feel safe when you’ve been through so much. Dizz isn’t looking for anything, but when these two ladies come into his life, things seem to change. Through Ann the ups & downs, will they make it out together? Great book!!
I loved the meet-cute. Perfect for the man who loves Disney. A little lost girl asked him to find her mother. It was the mom who found them and he found his one. He was to learn Meg and her sweet daughter had gone through a horrible experience. Would she become his to protect? It's what his club did--protect those abused and in trouble. However, this time it was more. Could the club get involved?
This is the third book in the series. The club is not your usual MC, besides being on a cattle ranch, they are a kid's home where they can transition before being placed in a more permanent foster home. They work to keep the town safe without being one percenters or peachy clean.
The characters are unique as is the punishment and dealing with those being mouthy during "church". Loyalty, family, steam, problems, action, and so much more. The couple is fun to watch yet each has their problems from their youth. Will the problem the club is working to clean up for the safety of the town possibly link? Will the club be able to keep them safe?
It is complicated, touching, and one you'll have a hard time putting down.
This was a very gritty story. I had a lot of emotions throughout the story, some happy, some sad, some dark. Dizz and Meg made a great couple, though their pasts were definitely on the happiest. Their love for Roxie and the support from the Nameless Order made this story worth reading. I felt it was a bit long and a tad confusing once in a while, but I really enjoyed the solution to keep Meg and Roxie safe at the end. I look forward to more in this series.
I received a copy of this story through Enticing Journey Book Promotions, and this is my unsolicited review.
Another action-packed addition to this already busy series, I thought this with Cowboy's story but there is a lot going on, almost feels like it's too much stuff going on. At 57% I felt like everything was wrapping up nicely, but no the story wasn't anywhere near being finished. Dizz and Meg have one heck of a story filled with some issues that seriously suck, danger, violence, and of course some spicy naughty bits. This was definitely not a boring read by any means, and I give this 4 stars.
Dizz has always been teased for his love of Disney but when that love leads him to Meg and Roxanne he knows he will do anything to protect them from "the company" and the evil then support. I love this MC family and how they will do anything to help those that need it most. This story was full of danger and twists that I never saw coming.
5* Dizz has just made a stop at another mc club when he's asked to help Meg & her daughter Roxie. Not knowing the full facts only that he needs to protect them he takes them back to his club. Meg ran when she found her partner on top of her daughter, discovering what he's mixed in with comes as a shock, but who can they trust. Difficult decision to be made
Wow what a powerful story. The collaboration of these two authors are phenomenal. I have to say I absolutely love Dizz. He may have been through hell in his youth but he didn't let that keep him down. He was there for the kids and he definitely was their advocate. I loved how he fell in love with Roxanne before falling hard for Meg. I love how the family supports and surrounds each other. This story had a lot of hard issues but I really liked how the authors handled them, that the person doesn't stop dealing with them just because the abuse has stopped. Sometimes its a lifetime struggle but with help and love that it does help. The men in this story when they fall they fall hard and will do anything to fight for that love and relationship. And let me tell you I absolutely love love Angel. I can not wait for his story. Most definitely highly recommend this book.
Wow this book had me cry, laugh and guess throughout. I couldn't put book down once started.
I loved Dizz and Meg together, they meet under hard circumstances. Meg and her daughter Romance has been through a lot, and Dizz makes them feel safe and loved from get go.
What a crazy crazy book. The Company. What the heck. These people need to annihilated. Loved Med and Dizz they are so perfect together. While I do understand they needed to make the change toward the end I still hated it for Dizz and the rest of the club. Great book.
This book was an honest look at something that is hard for all decent people to imagine. The subject is done delicately and emotionally. The story itself is a page turner that you cannot put down. Follow Dizz and Meg along their journey to a HEA.
Good read but I had expected more from Dizz’s story and Meg could have been a better character. Her daughter was better than her. Not a fan of the drip feeding of the company with very little in the way of wins. That said good read but felt it could be better.
I enjoyed the book but didn't click with Dizz the Disney loving brother. It just never clicked but glad he found his family and new club. Will be into where this series go.
Dizz has a heart of gold. He’s always there for everyone. Now that he’s met his special lady, he needs the help of his brothers to keep her, and her daughter safe.
This story really pulled at the old heartstrings. These characters go through so much. So do take note of trigger warnings.
