Too much fluff making a long read
The first thing I didn't like about this book was it had too much fluff. It tended to go on and on unnecessarily. In my opinion the author needs to write more succinctly. I had to wonder if he got paid by the page. Scenes in the book was a lot like a video game. As far as research, I didn't see any. The reason I chose to read this book is that I enjoy reading post-apocalyptic books and also enjoy the useful knowledge that is usually tucked away inside the story that I could find useful. I didn't gain anything from this book. I hope that the author takes this as constructive criticism and puts more effort into his work. He has the potential to be a much better author.

One of the best!!
Fantastic series! I enjoyed every page. I can't help but want a sequel!!!!! I have a feeling Tyler and Wendy would have a future together.
Great descriptions of the scenes and the skills of each character.
I wanted Vee to get her bow and arrows
back.
Wendy and Vee had to get physically involved in order to cheat death...proving once again the power of a ticked off woman.Go ahead and read this series, I guarantee you will be glad you did!

Bloody and Brutal
From the start to the finish the story is bathed in blood and evil run amuck! The hero took more beatings than a human brain can function with. The heroine started out with practicing at a gun range but then missed opportunities to get possession. She too kept on going in spite of what would call for a visit to the ER.

Great read couldn't wait to see how it worked out. Loved the characters nice to see females showing as strong independent people. Wishes Vee got her bow and arrows back. Would like to have a sequel just to see how things worked out

Couldn't put it down
I had to see what happened to Alex ,Vee and Wendy. Wendy really stepped up when the going got tough. Alex net his match in Vee. Just what he needed. It was an adventure for sure, with you not knowing what would happen next.
