Getting divorced is never fun. Losing the house, you’re set to move into days before the closing, is most definitely not enjoyable.
Stuck between a rock and a hard place, I’m temporarily left without a home. With no other option, my last resort is to move into my brother’s place, until I secure one of my own. The problem: he shares that space with my ex-boyfriend, his best friend, Micah.

Pisces is the second chance story between Micah & Ryann, and it packed an emotional punch. Micah is the best friend of Ryann's brother, but he was also her best friend & more before he broke her heart. Many years later they come face to face when she has to stay with her brother after getting divorced & losing her house, as he's living there as well. It doesn't take long before Ryann is feeling all those feelings of so long ago that she thought she had moved on again but will Micah fix what he broke so many years ago?! This story is easy to devour in an afternoon as it's a novella so you know what to do to find out. Pisces may be a short read, but it had me up in my feels so I HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Loved this quick novella from Kristi Lynn.
Micah and Ryann’s story is a second chance, forced proximity, best friends little sister romance that was written just right. Right from the beginning we are faced with two people who love each other so much that they make the ultimate sacrifice. Then comes the roller coaster of broken promises, the heartbreak, the unspoken words, and facing reality. 12 years pass and Micah and Ryann are faced with the realization that they haven’t been themselves or living life because they are not in each other’s life. The universe has brought them back together again and the ending of this story was just perfect! Great read!

This was a quick paced novella that packed a punch!!
Micah and Ryann's story was full of everything from second chances, best friend's little sister to being forced into the same space.
Micah and Ryann were everything to each other but when that eneded 12 years ago they changed. Now that they are back in each others lives will things change? Will they be able to have what they once had, which was everything?
Overall, this was a very well written story and showed two people that were broken are now healing.

Pisces is a second-chance, best-friend’s little sister romance that starts with the break-up before we fast-forward 12 years. Micah thought he was doing the right thing by letting Ryann go when he joined the Army. Little did he know that more than just his 6 year contract would stand in their way. This was a quick and enjoyable first read by Kristi Lynn.

Enjoyable story.
New to me author.
I like the fact that Ryanns’ brother was supportive on her relationship with Micah, his best friend.
Decisions made, had Ryann and Micah on different paths but now after years apart Micah is getting his second chance with Ryann!
I’m wondering if Jamison is getting a story? I kind of want his story…

This book was so amazing. I loved every letter of it. I've been waiting for another book from Kristi Lynn and she definitely didn't disappoint.

This short best friends little sister, second chance story was written very well and it packed quite a punch in such a small book. Really enjoyed this one.
